- Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.
- Children: All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey and must be requested in advance. Please note that the above may not be available in all areas at all times. Should a car seat not be available on the date of service, infants can still travel as per UK laws.

Our driver was over an hour late picking us up. They really should have offered at least a partial refund but we only received an apology. This train station is extremely busy with little seating. We were very tired and had to stand up for over an hour waiting to be picked up. We could have been at our hotel via taxi a lot sooner but only waited for the driver since we prepaid.

No show by the driver, on arrival when We arrived I checked my phone and a text was sent earlier inquiring time in and train no. This info was given on my booking and the confirmation came back so I assumed all good.
I have used VisTor for my whole trip and this was my first problem. I believe I should be refunded the cost, as no driver was sent because it was not confirmed.

Arrived at St Pancras Eurostar station on time 1130am on June 25, 2022 (Sat). The driver was not their in the dept arrival area. Waited till 1220pm . Had to even asked police for help. This company is like what previous people or persons posted that driver’s were a no show . I should have listen to my instinct.

We had to wait almost an hour to our destination.
Once the driver was there, he was wonderful, but no one was waiting for us with our name card as mentioned. The experience was just average.

Communication between viator and local ride provider resulted in over an hour and a half wait at station. There was also confusion in finally getting a driver and the local provider had zero sense of urgency saying only they did not have out train number. This info was communicated at booking but must not have been relayed to local provider. That is on Viator in my opinion.

Driver didn’t show up. Our train arrives at 1:25 pm. We got to arrival at 1:30. Driver was not there. Waited for 1.5 hr, I called company. Super said he will be at the station in 5 to 10 min. No show up.

Our train was delayed, but the driver was still there waiting with our name on a sign. We had to follow him through a very busy terminal with our luggage at a very fast pace. It was as if he was in a hurry and forgot that we were both trying to manage two suitcases each as we followed him through an unfamiliar area. It was nice to have this booked before we left the states and not stress while on vacation, but after being there, we realized there were other more cost effective options.

The driver was lovely, but 25 minutes late and arrived after everyone else had already left the exit area. He said his company overbooked his day and he was on his way from Heathrow and couldn't get to us. Should have just taken a taxi, but we thought it would be more convenient.

Driver was not at agreed upon meeting spot upon arrival. First time this has ever happened to me using these kinds of services. I had to call the agency twice to connect with driver. Driver arrived 15 minutes later. He did not offer to help with luggage and was constantly on his phone with someone while walking to the parking lot. At the parking lot, he talked to me in a different language that was not English Don't know what language it was nor why he assumed I understood that language. Car was nothing impressive, looked like a family vehicle. For what I got, might as well have gotten a cab. Don't get this service or get a cab instead.

Chauffeur on time. We called the agency upon arrival and coordinated the meeting point at the arrivals exit for Eurostar trains. Great service whether he spoke English or not. On time arrival. New van, clean. Courteous driver who took care of the luggage for us. Can not ask for better service.

We were met by the driver Illy on time. He was courteous and friendly. What we didn't like was his driving skills. He was so fast on turns that we were thrown from one side of the seat to another if you don't hold on. He drove fast on streets as if we were on hurry going to our hotel. felt like he was on an F1 race :- I hope this will not happen to other tourists.

Arrived at St Pancras station and no sign of our driver. Waited approx 10 min before phoning the local rep. They eventually found our booking and advised that a driver would be there in three minutes. Twenty minutes later the driver fronted up. No apologies for delays etc. Eventually got us to our hotel. Not up to the usual standard of Viator transfers in fact this was the first dud one we have encountered!!

Pleased we had booked the Private transfer and the driver was their as we arrived. They always cost more than the local taxi however they are their when you arrive and you don't then need to line up to catch a cab. Twice on this trip to Europe when we have used Private Transfers I have been confident they have taken directly to our destinations because its a fixed price if I had been in a taxi and even though they may have used the same roads I would have been concerned they were taking the long way around. Our driver used a number of what looked to me like back streets and almost going 'back on ourselves, I knew he was going the most efficient way and we were comfortable the whole time.

I arrived in the station with my family and I was very disappointed to see no one appeared from the transfer company to take us to our hotel. when I called the number provided they told me that they did receive the confirmation e-mail although all the payment was made in advance and I did reply to the confirmation e-mail and they asked me to wait for 40 min minimum, I refused and took a taxi instead . defiantly will not use this service again

Our guide was a few minutes late which had us wondering, but got us to the hotel in one piece. She was derogatory about London cabbies which wasn't necessary.
