Fantastic Experience - 1 Catch
I had very high expectations for this experience, as I've wanted to do this for a long time. I was on a girl's trip with 2 other ladies. Everything about the entire experience was fantastic. For those concerned, we were very securely strapped into padded chairs with footrests and felt safe the entire time. The crew/entertainment was lively, fun and engaging while serving the most delicious dinner we had during our stay in Punta Cana (4 courses!). Of course, celebrations are always fun but this added an extra, elevated touch for the noted occasions during our "flight". Everything about the experience was as advertised and all I expected. I loved it!! Of course, as with most tourist excursions these days, photos were taken with hopes of selling them to you at the end of the evening. Yep! I bought...and they're good! Here's the catch...make sure you receive them before leaving. I paid cash, got a receipt and because they were busy, was told I would receive the link within 1/2 hour. It took a full week and contacting Viator twice before I actually received them. I would absolutely do this again and encourage anyone who is even slightly excited at the prospect - to DO IT! And be sure you have everything with you when you leave. Cheers!! P.S. Photo too large :(

The best excursion in the Dominican Republic
This was an amazing experience! Taking this small tour was amazing. Our hotel was a little weird about where we could be picked up and they were so accommodating. Melvin was so knowledgeable and the entire staff was amazing. The bus was cool and comfortable. Breakfast and lunch was great. Getting up early to get first access to almost everything was absolutely worth it. The sea turtles and starfish were as advertised. He sent us beautiful pictures he took and you were never thirsty or hungry. We were super lucky to be with a fun group. What an incredible day to learn about and see the beauty of the Dominican Republic. If you take one tour in the DR, this should be it!

Amazing Experience, Great Guides, and Over 200 Photos! Highly Recommend!
What an amazing experience! For just $32 per person, this tour was absolutely worth every penny! A huge shoutout to our tour guides, Djovany and Evans, who were fantastic throughout the entire adventure! They made the experience fun, exciting, and memorable. Also, a special shoutout to Wilmy, our photographer, who did an incredible job! We walked away with over 200 photos delivered right on the spot! No waiting days or weeks for our memories! The absolute highlights were exploring the cave, visiting the beautiful beach, and, of course, getting completely muddy riding the buggies! We had an absolute blast! The only part we weren’t impressed with was the cultural portion of the tour. It felt a bit underwhelming and honestly wasn’t worth much of our time. However, it’s important to mention that this portion was operated separately and not by our actual tour guides, so I wouldn’t hold that against them. Overall, for $32 per person, you really can’t beat this experience! Great guides, tons of laughs, beautiful scenery, muddy adventures, and hundreds of photos to remember it all. Highly recommend! If you’re visiting Punta Cana and looking for a fun adventure without spending a fortune, this is definitely worth booking!

Perfect day!
It is 35 minute hike to the falls but once you get there, water is wonderful. You should definitely be in shape for this activity! We spent $50 for our own photographer so plan for that because the pics were amazing. Afterwards we had a beautiful local lunch that we loved and were able to purchase some local ice cold beers!
