The most fun I have ever had. Definitely recommend dark clothes and wearing a swimsuit under. The cave was beautiful and super refreshing. Would highly recommend. Jesus was the best guide ever, super energetic and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back to do again in the future.

Be prepared to get dirty! Not to worry, it’s all good. Bring a face covering and goggles. Not to worry, you’ll rinse off in the cave and at the beach.

Was a very good value tour using Viatour and enjoyed the experience. Opportunities are purposefully created to sell you things, which we expected. Just wish they weren’t so pushy with writing a review and purchasing the photos at the end. They literally go from being nice and friendly to annoyed. Ruins the experience, when they had already done all the hard work. If people are happy they will often do things without being forced or pressured. Either way it’s not OK.
Friendly and good guide(Stanley), beach mafia was extremely nice and water is calm, the cave is nice as well so long as you can swim

Lots of different buggy tours, so difficult to choose one. Plumped with this one because of the positive reviews, and now I see why - “let me connect you to our WiFi so you can write your review now whilst I look over your shoulder”.
The tour itself was good. The first stop to the local shop was good and the gentleman presenting was very funny. The tasting of the hot chocolate and Mamajuana was very nice.
Next stop was the cave. Was intrigued to jump in, but just too busy with all the other buggy tours that were there. Still glad to have seen it. Last stop was Macau beach. Nice to relax and watch the sea for a bit.
The buggy driving was fun, just a shame it was dry and dusty instead of wet and muddy.
They could do with checking the tyres before each trip as one on each of our buggy’s was quite flat - unnerving for a less confident driver as the buggy’s do swerve a lot when you come down from a bump.
Transfer from the hotel to the meet point was fine other than the driver spent more time looking at his phone than the road.
We got what we were told was a good price on the photos. We perhaps could have haggled down, but hearing how much the group before us paid, we were happy. The image quality wasn’t as good as it could/ should have been.
If I was to do this type of tour again, I would probably choose a different vendor, just for comparison. There are so many to choose from. If these were the only vendor, if it wasn’t for the “write your review now”, I wouldn’t hesitate.

Listen the people where nice but you are essentially driving through very poor areas. There is no lush beautiful tropical scenery to look at. Dilapidated homes and garbage everywhere. The cave swim is a joke it's like hearding cows into water they yell at you to rush and you essentially jump in then get out. The whole meet the locals and try out chocolate is just a sales presentation that again is basically in the middle of a not so good area and they just pressure you to buy stuff. If you want a tour of poverty than thats what this is. Also they pressure you to leave a review immediately and they also want to look at the review so you feel obligated to leave a positive review.

I think the experience could have been better. Pick up and drop off was smooth. Our ride was less "adventurous" then other people had at the resort. It was extremely rushed. We only had about 5-10 minutes at the cave and you had to fight your way down the stairs with all the other tour groups. the cave was not large enough to hold all groups there/ get through in enough time. then when we went to the beach we also only got to spend 20 minutes there. Other people at our resort chose a different company and they said their experience was much better! Also at the "souvenir" shops they try to con you out of your money requesting 500 USD for 4 mammajuanas and a magnet. We obviously said no but they were very pushy about it and rubbed us the wrong way. I know everyone has to make a living but they definitely tried to take advantage of us. The experience was safe but would not do it again. Also some of the tour guides made us write a review and picked what to say for us and hit submit so you will see a previous review from me but this is a true one. You might be better off booking with your hotel or going for different company.

We had a blast. Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty because there’s definitely mud along the way lol also bring cash with you. There’s a lot of opportunities to purchase little things: goggles, bandanas, and all of the goodies that you get to sample if you like it. Great time! Highly recommend!

On excursion you get to ride an ATV or buggie through mud and down a hill. You’ll see local dogs but they are passive. The buggie of course is the highlight and worth it. Stanley was a great guide and his partner took photos and color corrects watch phone

Very memorable experience. I never thought it was going to be that much fun! Buggy driving in the neighborhood and crossing a little highway were so fun. My kids want to do it again. The denote water felt heavenly after getting dirty.

Didn't get to go. Ticket time stated 9 am but pickup was 8:05. I was tod the day of what time was pickup but they didn't stayed who they were and I had them confused with another excursion. Pickup time should be a stated the day you plan your trip not just before your trip when you have a lot going on and simply want to enjoy your time.

We would like to clarify, for the benefit of future travelers, that the time that appears at the time of booking corresponds to the start of the activity, not the pick-up time. Pick-ups start in advance because we go through different hotels and all participants must arrive at our base before the start of the tour to register, receive safety instructions and learn the correct use of equipment.
The exact pick-up time is sent in advance and is also available in the reservation information. In this case, unfortunately the client was not ready at the indicated time and it was not possible to wait any longer without affecting the experience of the rest of the group.
Be prepared for a bumpy dusty ride through all sorts of roads - have bandanna and goggles to protect - good adventure and great staff

Our group was looking for a good excursion away from our resort…this was perfect! Our guides and their whole crew were so great!! We had fun driving the buggies, checking out local products and experiencing the cave as well as the beautiful beach. Well worth the money if you’re looking for something different to do. We brought along our own bandannas and our sunglasses worked fine. It was a really dusty ride. Thanks for a fun time!!

it was new experience. the experience of asv is as advertised but cenote was very crowded and Macoa beach was oggd but we stayed for little while. I feel like it could have been longer as we spend lot of time in the main office a lot

I chose this tour because of the good reviews and was less expensive. Although it was way cheaper than many other tours the picture package was very expensive. The guides were fun and engaging. It also seemed very rushed but that was all the tours because many other groups were there. Also make sure you have cash for everything if not you will paying significantly more.
