The most fun I have ever had. Definitely recommend dark clothes and wearing a swimsuit under. The cave was beautiful and super refreshing. Would highly recommend. Jesus was the best guide ever, super energetic and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back to do again in the future.

We had a family group excursion for 10 of us with this tour operator, and in all honesty they were absolutely fantastic. They were punctual and professional and for the price, it was well worth it. I would recommend this company for both singles and families without hesitation.

The booking price may seem cheap, but that’s misleading. You end up paying significantly more throughout the tour. Expect constant upselling and added costs at nearly every stop.To start, the tour guides were friendly, and the buggy ride itself was long, which was a plus. However, the overall experience felt poorly organized and focused more on extracting money than providing a quality experience.The route mainly takes you through local neighborhoods, which felt more “authentic” than scenic. We were brought to a local shop for coffee and mamajuana tasting, but the products were overpriced. On top of that, our card was charged twice with two different amounts, which is unacceptable.
At the beach stop, there were vendors everywhere, aggressively trying to sell items or pressure us into taking pictures with animals. It felt chaotic, unstructured, and uncomfortable.The cenote was one of the biggest concerns. It was extremely overcrowded, with no clear supervision or safety measures in place. The guides simply told people to go down, and if you couldn’t swim, not to jump in. There was no real guidance or monitoring. They also tried to charge $2 just to use a life vest. Due to the lack of safety and organization, we chose not to get in.Throughout the entire tour, photos were taken without clearly explaining the cost upfront. At the end, we were quoted $160 for the pictures. After we declined, the price suddenly dropped to $130, which already raises concerns about pricing transparency. We decided to purchase them since it was our first trip together, but our card was charged $167, which they claimed was due to taxes. Again, unclear and inconsistent pricing.
To make matters worse, we were rushed and pressured to leave a TripAdvisor review on the spot, which felt very inappropriate and forced.
One important thing to note: we noticed that multiple ATV/buggy companies all go to the same stops and locations. So even if you book through a different company or platform like Viator, you may end up having a very similar experience. Do your research carefully and don’t assume a different listing means a different tour.Overall, this experience was not relaxing or enjoyable. It felt disorganized, overcrowded, and full of questionable business practices, including inconsistent pricing, double charges, and pressure tactics.If you decide to book with them, use cash and negotiate every price upfront. Otherwise, be prepared for hidden costs and a very sales-driven experience.
I would not recommend this tour unless they significantly improvetheirtransparency,organization, and overall customer experience.

We would like to clarify that several of the tour stops, such as the cave/cenote, the beach and some local shops, are public places very visited by tourists, so on certain days they may be more crowded than we would like. Precisely because of comments like yours, we are adjusting the times of our departures so that our customers can enjoy these places in quieter moments and with a more private experience.
As for the sellers and products at some stops, these are not a direct part of our company, since they are independent shops and local sellers. However, we always recommend our customers to buy only if they want it and without feeling pressured.
Regarding the charges and prices mentioned, we take this type of comment very seriously. Our goal is always to offer transparency and a clear experience for all our visitors, so we will review internally what happened to avoid any confusion with payments or additional services such as photographs.
Every day we work to improve the organization and the overall experience of the tour, since we want each visitor to enjoy a fun, safe and authentic adventure exploring the area by buggy.

The buggy ride itself was so fun but there were too many extra charges (they even charged our card more than they claimed). Everything was so touristy and they just tryna take as much money from you as possible. Also, they didn't explain how to drive the buggies that well and kinda assumed that you would know. My friend accidentally cut himself and they didn't even have bandaids or anything or offer help.

Wear something you don’t mind getting muddy! Bring a towel and at least a change of shirt. Practice on the breaks, only needs a tap. Our guide, JV, was wonderful. Along with his team he made sure everyone stayed together and was comfortable with the ride ( there were other riders out as well). This was sooo cool!

Read other reviews - I did and nothing surprised me. If you know that some vendors can be pushy and that you shall wear clothes you dont mind getting dirty, you will be fine :) also bring sunglasses and bandana or scarf.

You will definitely get muddy, but it’s worth it. I enjoyed seeing the countryside almost more than the stops that we made. I do not recommend this for young children. We were not prepared with goggles or bandannas, but we were fine without.

Be ready for an amazing experience. They take you to some authentic dominican places. And be prepared to get muddy and dusty in the same trip. People will try to sell you things at every stop so be prepared for that. I definitely recommend trying this

The buggy is great! The beach is ok, and the cave pool is small. Too much sales everywhere. The staff and tour guide are friendly. If you don’t want to pay extra money for googles, scarf (cover face) and water shoes, bring your own. The photo is not cheap if you want to buy. Wear cloth and shoes that you don’t care if they get muddy. Bring clothes to change after tour.
