We had a great day at Sacred River. Our ticket included all the water activities- not the horse riding or buggies. But there was plenty to keep us occupied and the children loved it.
The lunch was delicious too.

Viator never informed us that the pickup time was 7:30am, every email said 9am activity begins. When transportation did arrive it get us, it was 45 min late making us late getting to the activity. The park had a long line at check in. We were never told to take extra money and carry it with you because only a standard lunch was included. However there were lots of options for snacks and drinks but our money was locked in our locker at the beginning of the park. The excursion itself was amazing. My daughter did ziplining and she wished she would have worn shorts over her swim suit bottoms. Water shoes were a must !!! Leaving the excursion was absolute choas as everyone was trying to leave and find there bus to their resort after being hot and tired.

Make sure you talk with them about pick up. We weren’t told until AFTER the excursion was supposed to start that pick up should have been at 7:50 and excursion starts at 9. We thought they’d pick us up at 9. They wanted to come pick us up a few hours later but we had other excursions to get to and they refused to give us our money back. Had to get with my travel agent to get a refund.

We had a very good experience from start to finish. It was a fun excursion, we chose to do only the water activities even though I’m someone who can’t swim. The food included was also delicious. Would recommend!

Not much to it. The bad part is you are trapped there. We tried to leave early but no taxis are there. We ended up leaving late. They have an archaic system of calling hotels for different buses. This was for approximately 200 people leaving at the same

My husband and I booked this excursion for our first trip to Punta Cana. We really enjoyed the Sacred River a lot. The cenotes were beautiful and the lazy river was nice but a little crowded. We were not able to do the zip lines or buggies but if you had a full day excursion you could add those as well.

Family of 10, added on zipline for 5 of us, meal included. Our ticket time was 2:00. All activities are fun, we enjoyed them very much. Would give 5 stars but when we checked in, the man did not tell us that several activities stop at 4:00 and also did not tell us the included meal stopped at 4:30. Our ticket said 2:00-6:00 so we had decided to eat the meal last so we could use that time to dry off before being driven back to our resort. Imagine our shock when arriving to meal area at 4:45 only to find out it was closed. So basically, we ended up with only 2 and a half hours out of 4 of being able to enjoy the parks activities. So definitely book a morning time so you are able to utilize the full 4 hours, you will not get your moneys worth in the afternoon.

This was a great excursion. From the start the driver arrived on time was kind and considerate of his passengers needs and had a very jovial, energetic personality. The adventure park itself was also wonderful. There was lots to do and all staff there were very helpful and kind!

This experience was so much fun and beautiful. The sacred river was like nothing I had seen before so pretty. Once you get to the park they offer cheaper packages that include everything like horseback riding, ziplining and buggy tours. The lunch they offered was delicious and it was a good size for one person.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. It’s not easy to do in a jungle. Did the Cenote and Polaris ATV experience. Both were a good time. I did not enjoy the 20 minute sales pitch to try to get you to purchase coffee and chocolate in the middle of the excursion. But overall it was a good day.

If you go with small children it is very good, without activities that are not very fun for adults. You do the same activity several times to be able to kill time while waiting for the transport to pick you up. You are trapped inside unless you do the activity on your own.
