It was a wonderful experience with plenty of activities to enjoy. I truly appreciated the adventures. The alternative option was satisfactory and quite acceptable. The transportation services were excellent.

It was overall nice
Please be aware that from the moment you let them take all your picture for you at the end of the day you’ll have to purchase them only the first picture at the entrance is free
The park it self is breath taking don’t need all day to discover but few hours to enjoy
The food was nice as well

This was a fun half day activity for our adult group, but would work for families as well. First phase is a short walk to a river to walk/float in the provided life jackets through caves, canyons to lagoons. Be sure to bring your waterproof cameras as there are lots of great photo opportunities.
Next it's a sort walk to beautiful blue lagoon, then on to a maze and finally the lazy river float that gets you wet from several different waterfalls.
Finally finished up with and included Dominican lunch of chicken, rice, tomatoes, cucumbers and plantains. Beverages were not included.
Overall it was well run from pickup & return at hotel to making your way from one activity to another. Be sure to bring your water shoes

The water was clean, attractions were fun. The one issue (more of a miscommunication) was that we were told it was a self-guided experience, but once inside we were instructed to follow guides.

Fantastic experience, great staff, lovely scenery, excellent value! You'll have a great time, just beware that some bodies of water, like the Sacred/Jungle River can be quite cold. The food was decent, but if you're used to Caribbean food, it might seem only average. Overall though, the water park portion is the BEST, in my opinion. We didn't do the Zipline or other activities.

This was a very unique experience. The scared river was one of the best excursions I did while visiting Punta Cana. It felt so unreal, felt like I was in a movie. Everyone was very nice!

When just doing the sacred river and jungle river, it is not a guided tour. You can go at your own pace, fast or slow as well as doing the areas more than once within your allotted time frame.

We had a great day at Sacred River. Our ticket included all the water activities- not the horse riding or buggies. But there was plenty to keep us occupied and the children loved it.
The lunch was delicious too.

Viator never informed us that the pickup time was 7:30am, every email said 9am activity begins. When transportation did arrive it get us, it was 45 min late making us late getting to the activity. The park had a long line at check in. We were never told to take extra money and carry it with you because only a standard lunch was included. However there were lots of options for snacks and drinks but our money was locked in our locker at the beginning of the park. The excursion itself was amazing. My daughter did ziplining and she wished she would have worn shorts over her swim suit bottoms. Water shoes were a must !!! Leaving the excursion was absolute choas as everyone was trying to leave and find there bus to their resort after being hot and tired.

Make sure you talk with them about pick up. We weren’t told until AFTER the excursion was supposed to start that pick up should have been at 7:50 and excursion starts at 9. We thought they’d pick us up at 9. They wanted to come pick us up a few hours later but we had other excursions to get to and they refused to give us our money back. Had to get with my travel agent to get a refund.

We had a very good experience from start to finish. It was a fun excursion, we chose to do only the water activities even though I’m someone who can’t swim. The food included was also delicious. Would recommend!

Not much to it. The bad part is you are trapped there. We tried to leave early but no taxis are there. We ended up leaving late. They have an archaic system of calling hotels for different buses. This was for approximately 200 people leaving at the same

My husband and I booked this excursion for our first trip to Punta Cana. We really enjoyed the Sacred River a lot. The cenotes were beautiful and the lazy river was nice but a little crowded. We were not able to do the zip lines or buggies but if you had a full day excursion you could add those as well.

Family of 10, added on zipline for 5 of us, meal included. Our ticket time was 2:00. All activities are fun, we enjoyed them very much. Would give 5 stars but when we checked in, the man did not tell us that several activities stop at 4:00 and also did not tell us the included meal stopped at 4:30. Our ticket said 2:00-6:00 so we had decided to eat the meal last so we could use that time to dry off before being driven back to our resort. Imagine our shock when arriving to meal area at 4:45 only to find out it was closed. So basically, we ended up with only 2 and a half hours out of 4 of being able to enjoy the parks activities. So definitely book a morning time so you are able to utilize the full 4 hours, you will not get your moneys worth in the afternoon.

Pick up was smooth. Everyone was very helpful with any questions that we had. The whole experience was fun! It’s so many activities to do or add to your adventure. I definitely recommend to do this and I would do this again if/when I come back to DR.
