The round-trip transfer is included in your package from most hotels and accommodations in the Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Bávaro, Uvero Alto, and Macao areas. If you do not require a transfer to the park, we ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the selected shift, so we can guarantee your participation in the activity. We have a parking area where you can park your vehicle.

The driver must be at least 18 years old and show a valid driver's license to the staff.
To participate as a passenger, it is required at least 1.30 meters minimum high (4.27 ft).
Due to security policies, infants cannot participate in the buggy tour.
Bring light and comfortable clothing; towel and bathing suit; sunscreen protector; an additional change of clothes.
The use of closed sports shoes is mandatory for the activities. Flip-flops, sandals, can be used once the activities are finished.
During the activities, it is not allowed to take any personal object with you, we have small and large lockers (additional cost). At the end of your activities, you can take everything with you.

The experience was good overall. Another driver hit the back of my buggy and my child was in it with me so that’s the only downside. We didn’t really have much time to enjoy the waterfall because of the buggy tour. I would visit again but will probably be at the back of the line to avoid getting hit. Bring your own supplies and a change of clothes because you will get covered in mud.

Long wait times and outrageous prices.

The pick up was on time. We signed the waivers through the text message, had to sign another waiver when we got there, then had to sign it again in English. Then we were forced to pay for a locker because we couldn't take the little belongings we had with us. No phones no nothing so that was a huge bummer. Had to sit and wait 45 minutes for our "turn" as they run huge groups. Had to make a few stops due to peoples buggies breaking down. It's the same loop they do 2 or 3 times just to drag it out. Then we had two hours to spend at the waterfall and supposed to be back by 4:15 and we didn't get picked up till 4:45. Be prepared for lots of waiting. Then since we couldn't have our phones they take photos of you that you have to purchase of course. We paid $50 for 5 photos and was told we would get them by 10am and we are still waiting!! You will be required to wear helmets and the description says to wear "sport shoes" no flip flops. There were several people wearing sandlas and slides. The most disappointing thing for me - there was hardly any mud!! We did another buggy tour last year through a different company and it was sooo much better.

Good but need improvement

The park is huge and inside a forest, the cenote is made not naturally but looks good with very refreshing cold water, in general, all attractions are good but for the price is ever charged comparing of what you consume, you have right only one time for each activity. For my case, I pay a buggy with a cenote 90$ each 180 total but at the counter, they won't let my 3-year boy ride with us so we are forced to do a water activity that cost 60$ each, also they recommend to buy big locker at the counter when we can take our stuff with us anywhere we go. The total we pay 69$ extra.The food was ok for me but my wife did like it, was rice with beans and roasted chicken leg for everyone in general food in punta cana is below average( but it's ok thanks God for all his grace).

The minimum height to participate in the buggies is 1.30 m, however we have the splash of emotions for the little ones and if you gonna be walking around the park, we suggest, (not mandatory), to rent a locker so you feel more comfortable and carry only necessary stuff with you. *Lunch included, water stations at the main points of the park are some recommendations that we provide at the check in, website and brochures.
