Top Cincinnati Cocktail Tastings in 2026

You're not just a guest, you're the blender. Your host walks you through the rich history of Cincinnati's bourbon roots, dating back to our founding in 1865, before guiding you through a tasting of six distinct wood-finished bourbons — cherry wood, maple, smoked oak, and more. Along the way, you'll learn exactly how each finishing wood transforms flavor, aroma, and character. Then comes the best part. With your host by your side, you'll blend your own signature recipe — dialing in the perfect balance that matches your palate.
