This excursion in Tulum was the highlight of our trip! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, exciting, and full of energy. Our tour guide, Victor, truly made the experience even better—he was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire day.
The ATV ride was such a thrill, and the ziplining gave us an incredible rush with beautiful views. We also loved the visit to the cenote—refreshing and stunning. The brief introduction to Mayan history added a nice cultural touch that made the adventure feel meaningful, not just fun. And the food? Delicious!
I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tulum. It’s a perfect mix of adrenaline, nature, culture, and great hospitality. Thank you, Victor, for making it an experience we’ll never forget!

Great experience. The communication was a bit rocky at first, they were expecting me a day earlier than I booked. But the actual day everything went wonderful from the pick up all the way until drop off. Our tour guide Cruz was very pleasant, he made sure everyone was attentive during instructions, and kept us upbeat with the different activities. The food was delicious everyone asked for a second ‘cheese enchilada’ specifically lol. Definitely would book again & recommend to anyone coming to visit Tulum. We had a great group of people which played a huge part of the experience.
ALSO the Mayan shop did kind of no pressure but pressured us into buying. But it was for the support so even if you don’t see anything that catches your eye, a donation is still appreciated greatly by them of course.

This excursion was absolutely worth it! You definitely get your money’s worth—there are so many activities packed into the experience, so you’re never bored. Our tour guide, Victor, was AMAZING—super knowledgeable, fun, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. He truly made the whole experience even better. It does say that there is a conservation fee of $30. You just have to read the details on the page or you will miss it and be surprised when you get there.
Pros: You do it your moneys worth, lots of activities, and an incredible tour guide (Victor).
Cons: The mosquitoes were a bit intense, wish we had known how bad they hurt but then again. Victor did kinda warn us. The ATV route was very bumpy—but still fun overall.
Highly recommend this excursion, especially if you get Victor as your guide!

Another great experience abroad celebrating my daughter‘s 40th birthday destination celebration. I really enjoyed the zip lines and the buggies! The entire excursion was a great experience. I definitely recommend.

So all in all this was good. But if you don’t know over 230 you aren’t doing the zip lines or the horseback riding. It didn’t bother me much but they didn’t compensate me for not being able to go. They didn’t really tell me ahead of time. I am 6’2, how many men I’ve 6 ft are less than 230… also they took my ID in the van for a long time made me a bit uncomfortable. The atv was fun but it definitely wasn’t through the jungle it was just on a busy dirt road. The cenote was the best part. But be weary of the stairs down there. Not terrible just needs work

We had the absolute Best time.. Definitely must do this excursion when visiting Tulum. Our tour guide took very good care of us. My only complaint was the lunch they must do better, but other than that the experience was Amazing 😍

The place was ok but very disappointed with the fact that :
we ended up in Puerto Morelos instead of Tulum.
The cenote was fine, nothing magical .
The zip line wasn’t as expected, and non of them was 1km long as mentioned.
Nowhere in the booking website is specify that for grand part of the experience phones weren’t allowed, wallet and backpack are not allowed and so you need to pay for : looker and insurance. I also had to argue with the Menager so that I can keep at least my wallet with me.
Phones are not allowed because the place wants to sell you their pics and videos , if you don’t get the pictures from them you won’t any memory of this experience.
Plus on the website it says approximately 8h , if we count the pickup time 8.10 until now that we are on our way back, it’s 6h .

This tour was at a very reasonable price and was simply an excellent tour! It is very safe, well organized, and FUN! Our tour guide Sergio was excellent! He continually checked that all members of the tour were safe and doing well. The zip lining experience required some hiking up hill through the jungle. We would recommend wearing athletic shoes during zip lining and wearing pool shoes while swimming through the cenote. Swimming through the cenote was very safe and fun! We would highly recommend this awesome tour!!

Everything was great and fun. Our tour guide his nick name is (crazy chicken) he was very nice and helpful. All the workers was nice and helpful if we asked questions.. it’s extra fees when you get there and you have to lock your phone up for the first two activities

Had an amazing time our tour guide was the best. I can’t swim so he guided me through the Cenote. The atv was bumpy but I had fun we went around the part about 3 times in different areas. The ziplines were fun we were basically hiking to some of the ziplines. There were a lot of mosquitos so I recommend some type of repellent. We went horseback riding it was very calming. And lunch was great just had to fight flies to enjoy. The ride back was a long rode in so it was a long rode out. Overall I had a great time.

It was very good! Ask for Julio the best guide! Easy to talk to and fun!
But know that the taxes and fees are an additional $30-35 usd! Which are Not advertised on their page or when you buy the tour.

Love the experience, Isaias was the best guy for the tour. Friendly and very professional.
The one thing that I did not like is the shared transportation. Client should be told about this beforehand. We spent 3 hrs or our vacation day commuting. Other than that the tour deserves 5 stars.

We had a great day full of adventure on the ATVs, cenote, & zip lines! I would recommend you to eat right before you go and to pack light snacks because we didn’t eat until the end of the day. Jose was a great group leader!

This was epic for the price! We have 2 teenagers and they LOVED it!! Our guide CJ was fantastic, he was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. This was a LOCAL tour so we loved that the money stayed local with the Myan ppl!! The cenote was next level!!!! Wish I brought my camera to the cenote and purchased a n under water phone case. They fed us lunch too, so good! If your local for a sign, just book it!! But the ATV was super dusty, wear some sort of glasses.

We had a great tour guide. He was very friendly and kept us safe. There are 8 zip lines so be prepared for lots of walking. They do supply you with water in between. The Cenote caves was the best part. The water is 30 feet deep but the life vest keeps you a float. Beautiful views and lots of culture to culture to learn. ATV and course back riding if you get that package. Over all it was a 10/10.

Had an absolute blast with Julio! He was attentive, funny, well informed and well spoken. He made the entire experience very fun and enjoyable. The zip lines were very fun, the cenote was very nice and had a guided tour through it with exploration of the caves. Wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who is claustrophobic. Overall it was a great experience.

Isaiah was a friendly and knowledgable tour guide! However, we went on a very busy day so the activities seemed to be a bit disorganized throughout. The cenote was incredible and ATV/ziplining were both a lot of fun.

The driver was courteous and on time at our pick up spot. The excursion included 6 ziplines, amazing under ground cenote and atv ride through jungle! It was so much more than we expected, they really don’t charge enough for this experience so make sure you tip your guide. Our tour guide Isais was so nice, energetic and made this excursion so much fun.

The host afrikinmazing. Pick up was easy and arrival was a breeze. The activities we had a blast at every one. It rained on and off the whole day which made it more fun for me. The group was great. Everybody just having fun.

This experience was definitely the highlight of my trip. Our tour guide CJ was amazing, he was funny and very informative. That ATVs and zip lining was a lot of fun. And the cave cenote was an experience like no other. Be aware of the 30$ per person tax fee, it does say that in the description but a lot of people missed it. You’ll have to pay that once they pick you up.

Highly recommend this! Our guide CJ was amazing, competent, encouraging and patient. Loved the ATV ride, but I did get tired. The zip lines were absolutely wonderful, some of us were a little scared to try it, but CJ was incredibly encouraging and we all completed them. The cenote swim was a great experience. I was too tired to the horseback riding, stayed back and had a great lunch. If you've never tried zip lining, this is a good place to start.

It was ok, very crowded. I guess the company took on way more guests than usual. So there were wait time for zip lines. Everything was just prolonged which made the day extremely long. Oh and watch out for the HIDDEN FEES. You will be required to pay an additional $35 per person upon arrival.

How do I start? We were picked up on time which was a positive. However the drive to the venue was not advertised as part of the adrenaline activities. The driver smashed into a speedbump going way over the speed limit in a soccer mom van, my partner was left with a tweaked back and my knee smashed onto the seat Infront. Driver basically apologised and said he didn't know the roads very well in this area... Great start. We then turn into a dirty road where the centre is located and it's a 1 mile road of massive pot holes. Great fun. Once we arrived, I mentioned the drive to one of the workers and they merely shrugged it off as and said "well these things happen, but sign here to waiver any injuries you may get in the future". Great!
We just went with it after thinking it couldn't really get any worse... ATV was quite enjoyable plus the first 3 ziplines. Then on the last zipline, one of the assistants strapped me on but didn't even lock the zipline correctly until I pointed it out, " oh sorry my friend"... Great
Cenote was fairly enjoyable, lunch is watery beans with rice and taquitos, would advise to eat before hand. They also try to really encourage you to buy accessories that you really don't need like bandanas and watershoes, trust me you will be fine without any of those.
If it wasn't for our guide ' Chilango' who was relatively nice to the group, it would have been even more of a disaster.
