This was our first trip to Vancouver- a gorgeous city and we have loved our whole experience- especially the all day van tour to Whistler. Nothing could top that. But on our last day in Vancouver, we had booked this whale watching tour- 12 to 5. Best decision ever! Boat is big with lots of wind protection (good this time of year)- the crew were outstanding. Special props to our naturalist Wilma. Loved her knowledge and passion and gracious demeanor. The boat ride took us all over for 5 hours. We saw bald eagles, harbor porpoises, steller sea lions, ca sea lions, 3 southern resident orcas (there 74 on the planet!!! And you can only linger from afar for 10 mins) and finally encounters with 2 gray whales that seemed cool with our presence!!?!! A new core memory- an amazing day with an amazing crew. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

You make various...

You make various different stops but nothing felt too excessive on terms of the time you get to spend in each location. If you don't come during summer season the Journey behind the falls potentially isn't really worth it, when I visited the two portals were blocked by ice so you couldn't really see anything you only got the view from the side and without clear weather this wasn't anything worth paying for. John shared a lot of information about the falls but also Toronto and the general area during our drive to the falls.

Gondola experience.

The gondola ride was very smooth. The staff were plesant and cheerful in mood. The view while going up and down was fantastic. at the top the view was even more exceptional. Although it was freezing especially with the wind. There were fires where you could have marsh mellows. I would recommend this experience as one of the highlights of going to Banff.

Our guide was Nancy and she was the best. She really understands what we wanted to see and hear. We spent the right amount of time at each spot. She knew all the tricks(where to stand/look etc) at each stop. Many workers knew her and were happy to see her, she was loved by all. Highly recommend this tour.

Julian, the Niagara Falls Expert

My partner and I had an incredible experience touring Niagara Falls, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Julian. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things Niagara Falls, from the history to the geology, and he answered every single one of my (many!) questions with ease. I am a naturally a very curious person who loves diving into historical details and Julian made the experience even more engaging with his expertise! We also never felt rushed. He gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop, see the falls from multiple angles, and complete every activity on our itinerary at our own pace. It made the day feel relaxed, enjoyable, and truly memorable. If you’re planning to visit Niagara Falls, I highly recommend requesting Julian as your tour guide. He made our trip unforgettable!
