Amar was a wonderful tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided very informative insights about the history of Canada throughout the tour. During the actual attractions, he ensured we had ample time to explore and never made us feel rushed. His professionalism and attentiveness made the experience very enjoyable.

Our tour guide Emery was great. Loved that it was a small group of 10 people. Learned some great facts about the falls and the area that I wouldn’t have known without a tour. Definitely would recommend this tour company. Loved doing the Journey Behind the Falls as well as getting wet on the boat tour. Definitely a must.

We arrived at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting time. But the tour guide didn't show up 15 minutes after the meeting time, I had to cancel our tour by contacting the provider and called Viator customer service for refund. Fortunately, I was able to get fully refund.

Needs more organization

The tour guide was nice, but started with telling us that the Skylon Tower was closed and we were getting reimbursed for that part of the tour. Then after the boat ride, we had to walk back to the Skylon Tower parking lot for my car. The weather was terrible , it’s started to snow and rain. They told me my options were walking or calling an Uber. I will still recommend the tour but definitely let them know about the walking back to the car and go at a different time of year. I was there December 26th after Christmas.

I had Viator booking #1721498009. First of all, I got an email confirmation saying to meet at a totally different location other than directly near the falls. Weird, right? On top of that, in the email about where to meet, it says, “Your guide will meet you in front of the Skylon Tower entrance.They will be wearing a company polo shirt.” Never once was anyone near or around the building, nor did guest services for the actual building know what I was talking about. We waited outside of the building for almost an hour, trying to call customer service with Viator and no luck. Email them directly, and no response. Now that I’m trying to get a refund for services that I never received, they’re falsifying documentation saying that I never “requested a pick-up location” to a random spam email. PLEASE DO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. Go directly near the falls and they will guide you through the entire thing. What a scam and a waste of time

My boyfriend and I decided to go see the Niagara’s Falls for our one year anniversary. Our tour guide Abin was amazing! Made sure we got to all the spots on time, if you needed to be picked up he was also able to pick you up before the time for when you booked the tour, he also takes some amazing pictures for us! It was definitely worth the money. But definitely do wear shoes and pants that won’t get as wet, the water is very cold!

Fantastic day! Our tour guide Rozina was wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable! Skylon tour offered great views and photo ops. The boat to the falls was amazing - no words to describe how awesome that was! And the Journey beyond the falls was interesting - thought we’d get a bit more info/stories from this but was still good nonetheless.

Li Dai was an amazing tour guide she was super sweet, knowledgeable and made the day memorable. She offered to take pictures at any of our rest and made us laugh throughout the entire day. If you go on this tour make sure your prepared to get wet from the boat ride into the falls you do get pretty drenched(wear the right shoes preferably rain boots) also there is a little bit of walking and after your boat ride you do have to walk all the way back to the skylon which is a bit of a hike (15-25 minute walk ) where comfortable clothing (made the mistake and wore jeans). Overall though great experience

This tour was exceptionally well planned—informative, engaging, and a lot of fun! We began at the Skylon Tower and finished at the boat entrance. While it wasn’t clear ahead of time that the tour would be entirely on foot, it wasn’t an issue for us, though it would have been nice to know in advance. Along the way, we visited many of Niagara’s most significant landmarks and attractions, including the incline railway, the tour behind the falls, and the scenic walkway along the water. We also passed and discussed the old power plant, the Illumination Station and several popular restaurants. Our guide was excellent—knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and full of fascinating historical insights and lighthearted stories about the area. The tour concluded at the boat cruise entrance, where we were given our tickets and joined the line to board. Overall, this was a very thorough and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Great tour! We signed up for the 4:30 tour. Bummed that we only had about 30 minutes behind the falls. There was a huge line and weren't able to see behind one of the falls because we had to meet our group. I would've been nice to spend some time in the gift shop right after behind the falls. And we didn't get to the boat until maybe 7:00, so it was a lot darker than we had hoped. GREAT experience though! Tour guide was lovely and had tons of great information. Thank you!

This was a tour of Niagara, but our guide didn’t spend all that much time with our group. They were really there to walk/escort us to each new phone of the tour. There was a lot of “on your own time” with a “meet back here” requirement. The Falls are beautiful and I loved the experience, but could have done much of what was offered on my own.

This experience requires a lot of walking, but our guide , Li, was very conscientious about making sure everyone was comfortable with the pace. The access to the activities was a perk-we had shorter lines and it all went very smoothly. It was a wonderful experience.
