Our tour guide Emery was great. Loved that it was a small group of 10 people. Learned some great facts about the falls and the area that I wouldn’t have known without a tour. Definitely would recommend this tour company. Loved doing the Journey Behind the Falls as well as getting wet on the boat tour. Definitely a must.

My husband and I enjoyed our tour with Chris. He was young, but knowledgeable and so so patient with 4 older ladies in our group. They had all graduated from nursing school together 60 years ago so they had to be in their 80s. They weren't in the greatest shape to do a lot of walking, but Chris was so good to them and gave them assistance where needed. I was thoroughly impressed by him. We did the Journey Behind the Falls tour and the boat tour. Boy did we get wet on the boat tour. I recommend wearing clothes that dry quickly or bring an extra set with you. Wet jeans are no fun to walk around in afterward.
The tour was really nice, I highly recommend it, the bus picked us up on time and then took us to Niagra Falls, we had a pick up at 7am which was early but then we avoided the traffic on the way and also missed the busy time at the falls so we were able to enjoy it so it was not too crowded, we had Parminder showing us around for the day and she did such a good job of showing us everything and explaining, the company take care of everything for you so it’s stress free! Highly recommend
It was a very good experience. Booking was very easy and our tour guide Julian was very impressive and asnwered our questions.

The tour had a little disappointment but the boat ride was awesome. The disappointment in the tour was the tour behind the falls. We were expecting to be walking behind the falls but only had two areas to look out of and they were glassed in. We were expecting to walk all along the falls from behind
This was a lovely tour, that wasn’t too long but let us get right up close to the falls. Our tour guide Parminder was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of ideas for other places to check out and good recommendations for food. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
The journey behind the falls was cool but I don't know if I would do it again. The boat tour was neat . you do get wet so a hot summer day would be refreshing to cool off a bit. If you have not done it its a nice expierience .
You’re going to get very no matter what you wear so be prepared to have a change of wear and foot wear .

My wife and I really enjoyed our visit! Our driver was very informative and did a great job with communication. This was our first time visiting Canada and the Niagara Falls. We will be back!
It’s Better to do the Walking Tour if you can walk 2-3 miles. You see so much more, it really adds to the experience

Our tour guide, Parminder, was excellent, sharing lots of interesting facts about the Niagara Falls, and with a great sense of humor! We enjoyed the walking tour behind the falls which culminated with the splashy boat ride into the falls! I highly recommend it!
Multiple miles walking required but tour is worth it. Behind the falls and boat tour was really informative and great views.
We had a fabulous time and Chris was a wonderful guide. Very friendly, kind and helpful. Loved, loved, loved the boat ride and behind the tunnel behind the falls was a great experience, as well. Thank you, Chris for making my first tome seeing Niagara Falls so special.
Amazing guide, filled with a magnitude of interesting facts related to the Falls. Way too much walking on a humid day for this 75 year old. The boat ride to the Falls was the definitive highlight of the tour. The observation deck at the base of the Falls was very cool as well. PS. The uphill tram was not operating after a very long back from the boat requiring us to hire an Uber to our hotel.
What a great experience. I couldn't believe how close we were to the falls - the power of the mement is unforgettable.

It is an incredible experience. One of the best I have had. Unfortunately our guide was difficult to understand although he was a very nice guy.
Our tour was honestly not what we were expecting. The entire tour is on foot, and you still end up waiting in lines. The only part I really enjoyed was the shuttle transportation to and from Niagara Falls from Toronto.
Our guide, Julian, was amazing and very knowledgeable. He was friendly, informative, and clearly knew a lot about the area and the activities. Unfortunately, the tour itself just wasn’t what we were looking for.
I feel the description should make it much clearer that the tour involves extensive walking and that there are no additional shuttles throughout the activities. If you’re travelling with elderly people or anyone who has difficulty walking, definitely keep this in mind.
The tour & our guide Emery was amazing! The views were phenomenal and it even included a shuttle from Toronto. We got to do behind the falls and the boat experience in a small group. We didn’t feel rushed at all and we also got to ask questions throughout.

I do not want to dilute my comments with a litany of items in order to focus on, what I see as, a critical flaw in the tour description. The tour was three hours long and the distance was 5 km. There is no mention of this in the information. Although we felt the tour guide was well informed and did a good tour … this was overshadowed by the discomfort experienced because of the amount of walking with little opportunities to rest.
