Our tour guide Emery was great. Loved that it was a small group of 10 people. Learned some great facts about the falls and the area that I wouldn’t have known without a tour. Definitely would recommend this tour company. Loved doing the Journey Behind the Falls as well as getting wet on the boat tour. Definitely a must.

Our scheduled guide was delayed on the previous tour due to circumstances beyond his control. One of the other guides was available and made sure we were on time.
Very informative lots of good info throughout the tour. Kept a good pace. I am still recovering from Achilles surgery earlier this year and I don't walk as fast or long as I used to, yet. I had no problem keeping up and constant photo stops helped.

We had the early tour, 7:30am. It was less crowded and we were the first to see everything. We had a private tour because it was early!

This is a great walking tour of the falls. The Observation Deck was excellent! It was interesting learning the history of the falls. We also enjoyed going on the boat to the falls.

A nice experience, though a bit overpriced considering what’s included. Amy was a friendly and knowledgeable guide. That said, it would be easy to do this independently as well. However, it worked well for us since we only had one day available.

Our tour guide was wonderful. My husband was having trouble keeping up due to heat and health issue. She was wonderful letting him catch up.

Naz was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Yes she didn’t talk constantly, which was a blessing. She was kind and organized and just did a great job of sharing pertinent information and entertaining stories about the Niagara Falls.

A tour of the falls is a must do for first time travelers to Canada. To make the most of the tour in one day, choose a reliable local tour guide. It makes a whole lot of difference. My experience was worth every cent.

We did the walk behind falls and boat road. The event was fine but next time I wouldn’t do a tour. The guy we had didn’t communicate well, did explain much unless asked and just didn’t seem to like his job period.

Great experience! The tour was as described very straight forward and communication was great. I didn't have to reach out to customer service for any help. It was also work every dollar spent. My kid 10/12 loved the experience. They weren't bored or anything like that. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Not enough detail in the tour description online. Our tour guide was great, very informative and engaging. He kept track of all the participants and was very knowledgeable. However, there was a lot of walking and stairs that wasn’t mentioned in the description. And we were left at the entrance to the boat attraction to make our own way back to the starting point with no directions. Our tour started a half mile away from where we were left.

A must do activity for anyone in the area. Rozina was amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Niagara Falls has an amazing history and this gives you a large piece of that story.

Worth the time and the tour guide did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend. The meeting point is located inside the skylon tower and the tour starts from there and covers some 3/4 km walk.

Our tour guide Kevin was very friendly and told some entertaining historical stories along the way. The highlight is the boat tour of course which you can do without a tour, but I enjoy the information I learn from tours.

I felt welcomed by Alisha from the moment she saw me. Offered me a fan and a complimentary water bottle.
Being on her tour group was having knowledge and laughing stand-up style at the same time. She always made sure not one was left behind (even though I was distracted capturing the view haha). Alisha rocks!
Since I was solo, having her to explain the order of the attractions and giving us the tickets to each one of them beforehand was super helpful.

Everyone must this once in their lifetime. I’m sure you can do the activities separately, but this group gets you in and out, cutting through some lines, giving you information and hitting the highlights. You can pick and choose which elements you want. We did behind the falls and the boat. It’s a fair amount of walking, but you’re not going to be bored for a few hours.
