It is not only a Niagara tour, the guides also provides a lot of interesting information about Toronto and the surroundings! It was a lot of fun, the buses are comfortable and safe, the whole experience was delightgul. I strongly recommend it, not only for new commers to the city, but also to everyone interested un fun facts, having a great time, and a relaxed day full of entertaining.

Thank you, Mel (Melvin), for your kindness, professionalism, and great sense of humor! My group was on the quieter side, but that didn’t stop Mel from making the experience engaging. Throughout the tour, he shared fascinating history, fun facts, and trivia that made the journey even more enjoyable.
The sights were absolutely incredible! Skylon Tower is definitely worth the additional cost you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of Niagara Falls. I also wouldn’t recommend skipping the boat ride. It was such an unforgettable experience, and honestly, words can’t fully capture its beauty. It’s something you have to experience for yourself.
One tip: you will get wet on the boat ride! I highly recommend wearing sandals instead of shoes so you can enjoy the experience comfortably. If you have long hair maybe a cap or hair tie to hold it back. They do offer free ponchos.

Wonderful experience with Micko. The coach was directly outside Rippleys Aquarium. The coach departed on time and it was a smooth drive. A few beautiful stops by the falls for pictures and the maple factory was lovely and fair priced for gifts. We had just over 3 hours to spend at the falls, which was a good amount of time. The boat ride was incredible and the experience was very memorable. Micko made me feel very safe as a solo, female traveller.

Milo’s was a brilliant tour guide. Very knowledgeable and gave us lots of time at the stops to enjoy them. He also gave us expert tips on where to stand on the boat at Niagara to get the best experience. Good advice and tips for how to spend our free time on the tour was much appreciated to get the most out of the experience.
Niagara Falls was a dream come true and would recommend this tour with the maple tasting for sure.

We sincerely enjoyed our day trip to Niagara Falls. It was the perfect combination of structured and free time, to allow travellers to take in their preferred sights/activities. The actual tour was quite informative and enjoyable, and pick ups and drop offs were efficient. Our guide, Ralph, was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, humorous & most of all, accommodating. Our son requires some physical accommodations and Ralph went above and beyond to assist however he could. He did this quietly and skillfully so that our son did not feel singled out. I would definitely recommend this trip to families, friends, and couples. It is well worth the money! Hopefully you will be lucky enough to have Ralph as your guide!

All day your with multiple photo stops. Do the skylon tower and the boat cruise. It is worth it! So much to do in Niagara Falls. Could spend an entire weekend in the town and still not do it all.

Brilliant day trip to the Falls. Knowledgeable and invested tour guide made it a memorable experience. Skylon Tower was great, boat was unmissable. Do both if you can afford to. You won't be disappointed. Maple syrup tasting stop was interesting too and a great place for a comfort stop

Our tour guide Micko was fantastic. He took us to a number of great stops a long the way and finished with the falls, which did not disappoint. I highly recommend this tour. Just make sure to get a ticked for the boat ride as that is a very unique experience.

Ralph is an awesome guide/driver he kept us engaged by explaining everything on our way!We have around 4 hours to explore in Niagara Falls after our Hornblower cruise.I would highly recommend this tour if you want more time to explore around the Niagara region.

The tour was ok. The boat is good to the see the falls closer. But we only had 3 hours on the place and we had lack of time because the driver left people first in the tower and then gave us a tour taking about the restaurants. I wish we have had more time in the falls, what in my opinion, is more important than restaurantes and attractions.

We give a minimum of 3 hours in Niagara Falls. Apologies if you thought it was not enough time for you. We try to get everyone back to Toronto at a reasonable time (around 5pm usually) so they have time to get ready for their evening plans.

The trip to the falls was one of the best experiences we had during our vacation in Toronto. The trip included multiple stops before reaching the falls, which enhanced the experience. Excellent tour with a fabulous tour guide. Very well organised and timings just right for you to see all you needed to. Definitely recommend the Skylon and boat trip - both were great fun. A very beautiful set up along the garden route to see the falls. Can’t recommend the company enough. On time / great guide / fabulous day.

Micko was our tour guide for the entire day. I don’t think I could’ve had a better tour guide for this experience. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, really funny and even bought me a phone cable after my portable charger stopped working during the trip. I was absolutely fascinated by how much knowledge he had and he made the tour fund for everyone. During the tour, I asked him how long he’s been doing this and whether he still enjoys it and he said to me, “ I love it so much. I love what I do!” You can’t ask for more than that! He was already there and ready to pick us up and gave us ample time at each stop. You actually need a license to be a tour guide and a license to be a driver and he has both which gives him the amazing opportunity to make the experience uniquely his! He had food suggestion spots and gave us tips on how to fully enjoy our experience! The drive back is pretty lengthy with traffic and he said we wouldn’t make any stops. A couple folks needed to use the washroom so he made a stop on our way back! I can’t say enough good things about Micko! I would recommend him and this experience to anyone! The Falls were truly magical and he made the experience 1000 times better!

Micko was a great guide, but unfortunately his interesting commentary on the way to Niagara Falls was ruined for me due a very loud family sitting behind me who talked constantly throughout the journey, it was very rude!! The trip is 9.5 hours long, but you are only in Niagara Falls for 3 hours, which was very disappointing as the whole experience was rushed. We did the same day trip September 2025 and had loads more time in Niagara Falls.

Thank you for your review. Its a shame that you had a loud family sitting behind you that was affecting your enjoyment of Mickos commentary. Unfortunately Micko (being in the front of the bus) cannot always tell when people are talking so if you were being annoyed by them talking you probably should have mentioned something to them to be quieter - its not really the fault of Micko or the Niagara Day Tour company.
We always give a minimum of 3 hours time in Niagara Falls which is more than most other tour companies give. When you did the tour previously in September the falls are much quieter in September than in July because the school holidays are over in September when the kids go back to school so there are a lot less people travelling around in September. So it probably felt like a lot more time in September because you weren't dealing with the July crowds
