Mel was an absolute sweetheart and made the bus ride experience a blast! 10/10 recommend having his bus while on the tour. For being a first timer to all of these places, this was the way to do it, including the boat ride!

I booked the tour for friends from Edmonton and although I live in Toronto I wanted to experience being a tourist. When I booked the day tour, I thought for the price I paid that it included the whirlpool and a stop at the littlest chapel. It all worked out though as we walked and took pictures close to the falls. But still a bit disappointed

The tour was amazing! It was a great way to see the Falls, but we also loved the maple tasting stop and the Skylon Tower had incredible views. Despite the queues, the boat tour to the Falls was so worth it! Once in a lifetime experience, made even better by Melvin our tour guide who was very friendly and made the tour more interesting with tons of history and anecdotes along the way. Thank you so much!

Definitely try the Maiden of the Mist, Skylon tower, Bird Kindgom and Table rock.
Freebies are a good choice when walking around.

The 15 minute boat ride past the falls was amazing, but the 2 hour bus ride back to Toronto in a bus with apparently no functioning air conditioning was not. I got off the bus in Toronto where it was 82 degrees and, in full sun, it was cooler than it was on the bus. I live in Florida where it is currently 94 degrees, and that bus was almost more that I could take.

I apologize that the rear air conditioning was not working properly on the return drive back to Toronto. It was working fine all morning as you would have noticed the bus was nice and cool until the drive back to Toronto at the end of the day. It stopped working half way through the day. Those buses have 2 AC units, the front was working fine but the rear AC was not so those in the back of the bus were affected. The driver informed us when he got back to Toronto that the rear AC was not working properly and we immediately pulled that bus out of service and got it fixed.
The comfort of our passengers is very important to us and I am very sorry that your return trip was unpleasant. The bus AC is now working fine - we got it fixed immediately when we were notified of a problem.
Again I apologize for any inconvenience.

We had a nice day with Mel even though the weather was bad. It rained off and on all day including a heavy downpour right when we got to Niagara Falls. Mel knew a ton of history and shared a lot of interesting stories.
We enjoyed the stop at the maple tasting shop and liked the fact that the drive wasn't too long. It was also nice that we had about 2.5 hours in Niagara Falls to do the boat ride, explore the town, and eat. Unfortunately we couldn't experience the beauty of the falls due to a tornado warning and heavy rain, but the Skylon tower provided some great views of the US and Canadian falls.

It is not only a Niagara tour, the guides also provides a lot of interesting information about Toronto and the surroundings! It was a lot of fun, the buses are comfortable and safe, the whole experience was delightgul. I strongly recommend it, not only for new commers to the city, but also to everyone interested un fun facts, having a great time, and a relaxed day full of entertaining.

Thank you, Mel (Melvin), for your kindness, professionalism, and great sense of humor! My group was on the quieter side, but that didn’t stop Mel from making the experience engaging. Throughout the tour, he shared fascinating history, fun facts, and trivia that made the journey even more enjoyable.
The sights were absolutely incredible! Skylon Tower is definitely worth the additional cost you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of Niagara Falls. I also wouldn’t recommend skipping the boat ride. It was such an unforgettable experience, and honestly, words can’t fully capture its beauty. It’s something you have to experience for yourself.
One tip: you will get wet on the boat ride! I highly recommend wearing sandals instead of shoes so you can enjoy the experience comfortably. If you have long hair maybe a cap or hair tie to hold it back. They do offer free ponchos.

Wonderful experience with Micko. The coach was directly outside Rippleys Aquarium. The coach departed on time and it was a smooth drive. A few beautiful stops by the falls for pictures and the maple factory was lovely and fair priced for gifts. We had just over 3 hours to spend at the falls, which was a good amount of time. The boat ride was incredible and the experience was very memorable. Micko made me feel very safe as a solo, female traveller.

Milo’s was a brilliant tour guide. Very knowledgeable and gave us lots of time at the stops to enjoy them. He also gave us expert tips on where to stand on the boat at Niagara to get the best experience. Good advice and tips for how to spend our free time on the tour was much appreciated to get the most out of the experience.
Niagara Falls was a dream come true and would recommend this tour with the maple tasting for sure.

We sincerely enjoyed our day trip to Niagara Falls. It was the perfect combination of structured and free time, to allow travellers to take in their preferred sights/activities. The actual tour was quite informative and enjoyable, and pick ups and drop offs were efficient. Our guide, Ralph, was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, humorous & most of all, accommodating. Our son requires some physical accommodations and Ralph went above and beyond to assist however he could. He did this quietly and skillfully so that our son did not feel singled out. I would definitely recommend this trip to families, friends, and couples. It is well worth the money! Hopefully you will be lucky enough to have Ralph as your guide!

All day your with multiple photo stops. Do the skylon tower and the boat cruise. It is worth it! So much to do in Niagara Falls. Could spend an entire weekend in the town and still not do it all.
