It was an amazing experience! I traveled with my 3-year-old daughter and my mother, and the tour was very family-friendly. Our tour guide was incredibly kind and approachable, and even gave my daughter a teddy bear, which became one of the highlights of our trip. We were also given plenty of time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the beauty of Niagara Falls at our own pace. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable, and highly recommended experience!

Mel (Melvin) was really great as our tour guide and driver. He's very informative too! We enjoyed all the information about the history of Toronto, Niagara Falls, and surrounding places.
We felt safe in his driving and the timing of visiting places was just enough to be able to experience some activities / do sightseeing.
I am very satisfied that we booked this tour (via Aviator app) instead of going to Niagara via train. 100% would recommend!

Great option for those who don't want to get their own car for the day outing. We also stopped for a maple tasting! Although they provide a rain poncho, be sure to prepare to get some spray from the falls.

Try everything. Get wet at the falls. Get scared on the zip wire. Get vertigo in the Skylon Tower and enjoy a great day out

Spend a wonderful winter day at the falls! Mel (our driver and commentator) was on time, friendly, offered us snacks and water, and tons of information on Canada and the falls. Since its winter, the floral clock and whirlpool area was covered in snow but Mel made us to stop the bus and show us anyway from the inside of the bus. We were also able to buy Skylon Tower and the boat tickets on board for a discount price (either in USD/CAD). We had a good amount of time at the Skylon Tower (1 hour) and Falls (3 hours) to be able to see all the items we wanted. Would recommend this tour for anyone who is looking to do a day trip without the hassle of having to figure out transportation.

Winter is off season for Niagara - pros included less crowds among the vistas but really cold so definitely wear a lot of layers. It was nice to have time to explore on my own, but there wasn't much in the way of historical commentary from the guide.

We booked with Niagra day tours and chose them based on their advertised itenerary. On morning of tour a different tour operator picked us up with different itinerary for the day. We received no communication about this change from Niagra Day Tours, doesn't make you feel like a valued customer. Bus was crammed and did not have USB charging ports.
Aside from that the falls were very beautiful with winter icy/snowy scenery, nice and quiet in early December.

In early December when it is super quiet there is always a chance that if we don't have sufficient passenger numbers to run a tour we may organise another tour company to take you to Niagara Falls so you don't miss out on seeing the falls. We have to do this in order to offer very competitive prices to you the consumer. If we were conducting tours will less than 5 people then we would have to charge you a lot more but we take pridevin offering a quality tour as very reasonable price which is why we cannot conduct tours with low passenger numbers in December. We did message you to let you know but perhaps you didnt receive the message so sorry about that.
The other tour company that we occasionally use is like a sister tour company and their itinerary is the same as ours. All the stops are the same - there is nothing different. Perhaps you thought it was a different itinerary because the tour bus didnt stop at the floral clock which is a seasonal attraction and not open in December.
With regards to being able to charge your phone on the bus with USB ports this is very uncommon. We do not advertise anywhere that our buses have USB charging ports. Perhaps you read in a previous review by a reviewer that the bus had a USB charging port because only 1 of the 4 buses in our fleet have USB charging ports, which is why we don't advertise having them.
Regardless of all that I am very sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations.

Worth it! Our driver and tour guide, Micko, was amazing from start to finish. He shared so much interesting information about Toronto as we made our way to Niagara Falls, and we really appreciated all the educational insights. It’s a lovely day trip , only took around an hour to get there . Lots to see while in the mini bus . The whole day was fantastic did some free samples of
Maple syrup ,then went up the towel at niagara Fallsto see a lovely view. Worth doing .very windy ,you get a ticket from the driver , wear some warm

If participating in the niagra boat trip, take a change of clothing. You're going to get wet. The tour guide Micko was excellent. He was knowledgeable and numerous and kept us entertained. I would have preferred it is some of the group on the tour didnt have their own chats while Micko was providing background information, but Micko was very patient and professional.

First time visiting Canada for work and tacked on a trip to Niagara Falls. Read somewhere to go with this group so I did but going to this beautiful place with this tour group was a bummer. The bus is very uncomfortable for two average people sitting next to each other. If you are on the larger size be ready yo be jammed together like PB and J between two slices of bread. So uncomfortable. So much so that at times I felt claustrophobic and was just aching to get off of this bus.
The tour guide was not a pleasure to listen to. He sounded bored reading off many memorized facts. He talked a lot about the people who died going over the falls. Fun facts.
The place was beautiful--glad I took the tour to see this beautiful place but wouldnt recommend going with this group on this bus with this tour guide. They probably have other guides, but ours, on this bus. made for an experience I wouldnt recommend--with this group.
