Mel was a wonderful driver and guide providing lots of interesting and funny facts about Toronto, Ontario, and Niagara. He was a hoot! Thank you for providing such an enjoyable experience.
The falls were spectacular...and viewing them from the tower, as well as taking the boat are a must. If you elect to do the boat ride, you're going to get quite wet, especially if riding on the upper deck. The disposable ponchos provide moderate water protection, so legs and feet will definitely get wet (even soaked).

Melvin was absolutely amazing! He made our Niagara tour such a great experience from start to finish. He knew exactly where to take us, what was worth seeing, and how to make the most of our time without ever making the day feel rushed.
He was extremely knowledgeable, organized, friendly, and easy to talk to. You could tell he really knew the area well, and he gave us great recommendations throughout the day. Everything felt smooth and well planned, which made it so much easier for us to just enjoy the experience.
What stood out the most was how attentive and helpful he was. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable trip and didn’t miss anything important. If you are looking for a Niagara tour guide, I would absolutely recommend Melvin. He made the experience so much more enjoyable, and I would book with him again without hesitation!
this was so breathtaking. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. If you get a chance to do it while you’re in Canada, it is a must.
Great tour. The maple syrup tasting is a fantastic stop on the way. The bus driver was very informative and kept evey thing running on time.
We enjoyed the narrated tour guide on the way to Niagara Falls. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and knew the area well. You do make several stops within the park before arriving at the Falls but you do not stop at all on the way back.
My wife and I thought a day outing by bus from Toronto would be the best hassle free way to do it. We were right. We were aboard the bus outside Ripley’s Aquarium at 8am. Our driver/guide Miki was terrific. He seemed to know a lot about everything we passed on our journey of over 2 hours to Niagara, where we would be spending 3 hours. We stopped for maple syrup tasting and a bit of shop browsing, had a photo stop for a dam and hydro electric works, and again for the floral clock before finally reaching Niagara. We had booked to go on the boat to the falls. Miki sorted the tickets out for us and advised us to do that first before taking in the other sights. We wore waterproof jackets and trousers for the boat trip, with the plastic poncho’s provided on top. That was the right move because everyone on the top deck was thoroughly drenched. You can stay behind glass on the lower deck if you don’t want to get wet. The sheer noise, wind, and spray from the Canadian horseshoe falls in particular is incredible. After the boat trip, we had a cheap and cheerful lunch, although Miki had recommended a number of better places to eat if we wanted to walk up the hill through the LA or Blackpool like amusements, sideshows, and ghost houses. On the bus trip back we were provided with bottles of water and allowed to sit back and enjoy the journey. This was a fantastic day trip and well worth the money. Great without the hassle, and with a top driver/guide. Highly recommended.
Went as a solo traveller and it was great! lovely history lesson and story telling by the guide. I would definitely recommend.
If not the boat tour to the falls, the trip is not really worth time. All was fine, timely organised, but it had a rather boring character. Μy guess is that the guide was more suitable for older people and his monotone manner of providing info reminded of boring days at school..
Well balanced tour with a guide who provides a variety of information on areas as we travel through them. Option to undertake some parts of the tour adds a nice level of flexibility. Well managed tour, encourage going with others.
This was well worth the price. I appreciated the fun stop to do Maple syrup tasting and pick up a few souvenirs. The coach was clean and the Tour Guide kept everyone on schedule.
Fantastic day out - well timed to enjoy Niagara Falls and the skylon tower without feeling rushed. Highly recommend!

Make sure you know where the bus is going from so you don't have to find it under pressure. It's exactly opposite the stadium. Micko is very knowledgeable, we had a wonderful day! Highly recommend this trip!

Light and easy schedule enroute Niagara falls cruise, Micko our guide was knowledgeable on small details in Toronto and Niagara's history, added plus is our small group which made it easy for us to go in and out of the bus for picture taking...

A great way to visit Niagara Falls from Toronto. Our driver Mel was full of information about the region and was meticulous in maintaining our schedule. We added the Skylon Tower on his recommendation-an unforgettable view on a beautiful blue sky day. We skipped the Boat Trip though, preferring to grab some lunch (recommend Iskender Turkish restaurant at the top of Clifton Hill) and wander the length of the promenade at our own pace. A super day out - thank you!
A tip - if you are going on the boat you might want to grab a snack from the Maple Syrup stop otherwise you could be waiting a long time till lunch….

Lovely tour, the trip to Maple Leaf Place for a maple syrup tasting was great as was Skylon tower for an amazing view of the falls (for an extra charge - bring cash!). I definitely recommend booking the boat, getting up close to the falls was incredible and you still get time to explore on your own.
Our guide, Mel, was amazing giving us loads of history chat, stories from his life, and jokes on the drive over. It was really interesting and he made me laugh several times with his deadpan delivery and it made the long drive much more enjoyable! I particularly enjoyed his story of his 'ufo' encounter and learning about people who have gone over the falls.

The attractions were great. You stop at a maple syrup place for tasting , then the skylon tower for a fabulous view of the falls. Then you can spend time at the falls or do the boat trip which we highly recommend it was great. Niagara Falls has a lot of restaurants, arcades and family stuff.
Now let’s get to our driver. Melvin from vegreville while knowledgeable was the most boring host of a viator tour that we have been on and we have been on several around the world. His monotone voice for 1 1/2 hours there and back was a cure for insomnia. He brought us kicking and screaming into the 1980s with his laminated cards he brought for show and tell.
He regaled us with stories of the falls and of two helicopters crashing with the same tone as he did about his excitement of seeing a wolf up close. All the while clearing his throat repeatedly on mic while he told said stories.
One side note viator should say we aren’t allowed coffee on the bus as we all threw away coffees before boarding as everyone brought one for the drive at our 8 am pickup.

Our Niagra day tour was a great day out. Everything ran to time. The journey was comfortable. Our guide Brukus was helpful and friendly.
We loved the horn blower boat trip and the Skylon tower. Plenty of time for lunch in the table rock restaurant.
