- Parking is limited in Niagara Falls and lots often fill up by mid day. We suggest taking an Uber or Taxi to the meeting point. However, there are a number of paid parking lots in the area, the closest being on Hiram Street

This Niagara Falls tour was truly unforgettable — the perfect mix of natural wonder, adventure, and local charm! The Behind the Falls experience was absolutely breathtaking. Standing at the base of one of the world’s most powerful waterfalls and feeling the mist on your face was exhilarating. The tunnels leading behind the cascade gave us a whole new perspective — you can literally feel the roar of the water echo through the walls!
Our guide Asif was knowledgeable and entertaining, sharing fascinating stories about the history and geology of the Falls along the way. Afterward, we took a scenic drive through the Niagara countryside to visit a local maple syrup factory, which was a delightful surprise. We learned about how syrup is made from sap collection to bottling, and even got to taste several grades of maple syrup — the amber was my favorite! They also offered maple-infused snacks, which made perfect souvenirs.
Overall, the tour struck a wonderful balance between excitement and relaxation. The behind-the-falls portion gave us that thrilling “wow” factor, while the syrup factory stop added a cozy, authentic local touch. I’d highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience Niagara Falls beyond the typical viewpoints — it’s both educational and incredibly fun!

This tour was everything I expected and more. Asif was an excellent guide. Just be aware that from your knees down, you will get wet! But all in fun.

My 5 stars are for Customer Service. We were unable to arrive in canada in time for the boat ride and had passed the date for a refund. After I explained the situation the tour company moved our tour date. They were so friendly and accommodating. Very impressed.

We had a WONDERFUL experience with Asif! He picked us up at a parking spot that was a bit away from the downtown area but that was cheaper than parking downtown. We had VIP tickets to everything so parked very close to the entrances to things and skipped the lines for both the boat and the behind the Falls tour. As an extra treat he took us to a Canadian maple syrup and chocolate shop where we tasted three different kinds of maple syrup and the chocolate they made there. He then drove us back to our car. Ten stars!

We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend the behind the falls tour. Since it was raining, we missed out on the walking tour portion but it was replaced by a driving stop at the chocolate factory for maple syrup tasting.

Asif was a wonderful tour guide; very informative and entertaining.The boat ride was exceptional and he got us through the line quickly. It is a very long walk to the other side to do behind the Falls tour. Once again, he got us to the front of the line quickly. When you complete the behind the falls tour, you have to walk back to wherever you parked so be prepared for lots of walking.

The tour takes about three hours to complete. Be sure to have your parking paid up so that you can enjoy the full tour. Although there is a boat ride included there is still quite a bit of walking in order to see it all. Wear good shoes for that.

Do not book with this company. They do not respond to messages or calls. They are not helpful and very expensive. I tried contacting them multiple times and they refused to respond. I had to speak with Viator who wasn't able to speak to them either.

We had our own private tour guide which made our experience even more special and enjoyable. We are an older couple in our 70’s & 80’s. Mr. Asif was very patient with us and wanted us to have the best time. We had front row on the boat and loved the falls. Once in a lifetime experience. He also gave us some history lessons of the falls and some of the notable people in the Canadian area.

The boat ride portion was cool. Our guide did a lot of lecturing on safety, behaving, and things that "annoying tourists do". Mind you we were all grown adults in our 50s. We were also lectured about not shopping at the gift shops. The outside portion of "journey behind the falls" was cool, but the "behind" the falls portion was dumb. We stood in line for 20 minutes to make our way to a small opening with water flowing in front of the opening. It was underwhelming. My recommendation is to just buy your own tickets for the boat, buy tickets to jounery behind...but there is no need for a guide.

Tour guide was late, thought it was a scam but he eventually showed up. Fast talker, lacked substance to his tour. Just book the boat cruise and behind the falls on your own, this isn’t worth the money.
