Our Free Shuttle service is optional and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Shuttles pick up and drop off at three convenient downtown Vancouver locations: Canada Place, the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and the Blue Horizon Hotel. Shuttle pick-up times vary so please check the most up-to-date schedule. Guests must show proof of purchase when boarding the shuttle in both directions. Please plan to arrive early, especially during peak times, as seating is limited and wait times may vary. Guests with paid admission are welcome to use our complimentary same-day luggage storage. This allows you to explore comfortably and enjoy your visit without the burden of carrying your bags. If you are driving, a paid parking lot is located directly across the street from our main entrance.

My partner booked this trip. I wasn’t really sure what to expect. However, I was totally amazed! It is absolutely worth it to visit this place. You will need at least three hours to comfortably stroll through and see everything and have a quick bite. It’s extremely clean, well put together organized and very very amazing!

Booking through Viator is only buying the admission tickets. When you book you have to pick one of 3 pickup locations, so we thought the transport was though Viator. After waiting around for almost half an hour, we. Spoke to the Concierge, we were told that transportation is not included and you need to take the free shuttle. That was never pointed out in the description of the tour.
Other than that, the park itself was absolutely amazing, breathtaking, and gorgeous. Soooo glad we went on this trip!!!!!

Involves a lot of walking and stairs. Make sure your cellphone is secured to you if you're taking photos. Parking is at a premium.

Very hot & humid in the forest. Dress appropriately. The water was low in late August. I think the scenery might be more spectacular in the Spring or early summer.

Enjoyed visiting the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Walking on the suspended bridge was an experience. Enjoyed the attractions included at this park like the tree top adventure and the cliff walk. We ate an early dinner there at the Cliff House Restaurant and Bar. Dinner and atmosphere great, the food was delicious and moderately priced. Highly recommend visiting this attraction and enjoy the food while you are there.

It’s a great experience but if you are scared of heights it’s than it’s not for you. My son and husband loved it but I stayed back.

We caught the free shuttle from Canada Place to Capilano. Very easy & pleasant experience.
Once at the park, we explored all the trails, taking our time and stopped at the gift shop briefly. We spent a total of about 4 hours here. It is a really beautiful park, nicely maintained and clean. We were in awe of the suspension bridge & took a ton of pictures! It was a really great experience & I’d definitely recommend it!

We only had 2 hours to visit. We hope to return someday, and if we do, we will make sure to have at least 4 hours. There was a lot more to do than we realized, and the restaurant food was great!

We did this adventure after leaving our cruise ship. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They storeD our luggage under the free shuttle bus and then again onsite in a locked shed. The experience is much more than the suspension bridge which was awesome! The kids there had a great time doing the kids challenge in the different areas of the site. Highly recommend for families and everyone of all ages!! When we were ready to head back downtown, the luggage was delivered and stored under the bridge for us. We double checked that everyone was there. We were dropped off at Canada Place and they helped unload our bags there too!! We spent 3 hours there and could have spent more time.

For visitors from oveseas I would suggest that this experience is over priced.
If you are a local resident then you can obtain a years pass for free, giving you the opportunity ro see the experience at different times of the year.....not any chance if you have tavelled from Europez

Beautiful park. The suspension was a little scary for me but a safe adventure. Cliff walk was great. Enjoyed seeing the handlers with the raptors and listening to them talk about the animals. Loved the history plaques and photos that are placed along trails telling the story of the bridge and park.

Transportation to the bridge was confusing. It would have been good to know that the free coaches ran frequently and did not require a ticket. Once at the park we enjoyed the experience.

This was a bit underwhelming based on photos in the ad. Very expensive for the experience and not worth the money if you are a solo adult. People with children would find it more worth while.

It was a lot of fun! Go early if you don't like crowds or waiting in line especially on the suspension bridge! Beautiful sights and pictures.
