Gorgeous area, helpful staff, nice world cup soccer decor and a live singer added to the ambiance. Glad we went before the crowds got thick, because that looked less enjoyable. Learned more about banana slugs, the native history, saw a bald eagle fly under the bridge. Grateful that they store luggage on the bus and at the park.

It's physically moderate challenging. Where good shoes and layer clothing. It was absolutely beautiful in the rainforest! We had fun! Lived the suspension bridge. Would not bring pets unless you can carry over the bridge. Family fun. Parking across the street and reasonably priced.

Seamless. The experience was what I imagined. Yes I would recommend to anyone that wants to book through Viator!!!!!

It was wonderful experience. I will recommend this to anyone that wants to book through this company.

Very helpful

Sasha_G, Jul 2026
The shuttle makes the trip to and from the bridge and park super easy and seamless. The park was a wonderful experience!

Not for the infirm.

Nancy_E, Jul 2026
The suspension bridge is very wobbly! To get to the cliff walk, there are about 150 stairs. This place is not for the infirm. The park itself is very nice and there are park guides to help you find everything.

Fun excursion

Robin_S, Jul 2026
Nice that you can take a free shuttle from downtown Vancouver. Lucas, our nature guide, was very informative. Liked the treehouse feel. Fun for all ages.

Excellent post-cruise experience

Great place to visit. The problems which spoil our experience was two coach loads of school kids arriving at the same time as us and running around shouting. And the weather was very wet. Can’t hep that.

Best adventure!!

sharla_r, Jun 2026
Fabulous experience in the forest. Fun facts given to us from the banana slug instructor and the bird veterinary folks!!! Both a must! Loved the signs along the way-I I usually do not like to read them.

Must do! Beautiful views

J_P, Jun 2026
One word breathtaking. Only complain they should limit the amount of people at a time on the bridge so one can truly experience the view and not deal with the shaking of bridge for those with fears.

Senior who experienced stiff hips after walking so many stairs.

diane_s, Jun 2026
Go early before it gets busy. The tree bridges get back to back people which ruin the beauty of the pictures. Don’t go on a weekend. Lots of stairs. If you have issues with knees or hips don’t go. They do offer senior discounts. It’s a majestic place. They have outstanding ice cream! Also have a great restaurant. If you drive you will pay $9.00 to park across the street.

Breathtaking views and scenery from the bridge to the tree top adventures. Our whole group loved it.

Confusing Shuttle service

skorpiosboi, Jun 2026
The Capilano bridge and park itself is great thing to do in Vancouver , at least once. The issue it seems is the shuttle service that could provide better instructions or a designated pickup location. I had chosen Canada Place not knowing all tour buses for docking ships pick up from there and on the day of my tour the shuttle was being rerouted! I had to take an Uber to get to Capilano but took their shuttle bus back to Canada Place when i was finished.

Amazing experience!

Annie_P, Jun 2026
This was such an amazing beautiful way to spend a few hours in Vancouver! We took the free shuttle from Canada Place at 5:00 and stayed until 8:00! The lighting, weather and temperature was perfect! Hardly crowded at all either! It was thrilling in a safe way if that makes sense. We were scared of heights but we did ALL of the bridges and everything! Gorgeous place, could not recommend more!

Reslfreshibg hike!

Dale_B, Jun 2026
We had a blast going through all the suspension bridge. What a breathe of fresh air. It was an amazing adventure!

If you don’t go you won’t know

James_K, Jun 2026
It’s so much more than expected. The history and ownership was fascinating. It’s not just one suspension bridge and it’s a beautiful walk with all ages.

Great family experience

Marilyn_J, Jun 2026
Very great experience. My teen enjoyed it very much. Would not recommend to someone who can’t be on their feet for too long pr have trouble with stairs. Staff was amazing - friendly and helpful. We tried the otter balls at the food stand and they were a delicious sweet snack. Overall a great experience.

Vancouver Highlight

William_R, Jun 2026
This experience was truly unique. The setting is quite beautiful. The informational displays were interesting, the staff were top rate, everything was clean and well maintained. The gift shop was expansive. The suspension bridge, treetop adventure and cliff walk were definitely the highlights, but everything about our day was wonderful. We took the free shuttle from Canada Place which made getting there simple. It dropped us off and picked us up right at the entrance to the park. Our Vancouver vacation was very enjoyable, with Capilano being the unquestioned highlight.

Loved this adventure

Cynthia_G, Jun 2026
The park was so beautiful and we had a great time exploring the different trails and waking across the bridge and between the tree tops. The whole family enjoyed their time here. Definitely a must body place when in the area.

Suspension bridge and cliff view

Dilip_P, Jun 2026
Beautiful Rainforest, not to far from Vancouver downtown. People with disabilities or any balance issues should avoid.

A must see! It's more than just bridges

Kalen_C, Jun 2026
This place is absolutely beautiful! Everything was so clean and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the surrounding area, the wildlife, and the indigenous peoples of the area and their history.

Amazing nature and park experience.

BritzyM_R, Jun 2026
The park is magnificent, but the transportation never picked up us. I had to workout my own transportation. The park itself was a 10 out of 10.

Worst tour experience

Brooke_M, Jun 2026
The experience was terrible. When we arrive at Canada Place we couldn’t find who to talk to or where to go. No information was provided other than a shuttle would pick us up. It took three people to help us figure it out. The people loading bus dumped out our bags throwing them under the bus and the bus started to drive away with only one bag on it. The people were rude and cussing about how much they hate their job. When we finished the bridges tour we called for an uber to take us to the airport rather than chance riding the bus again with our luggage.

Magnificent sights in a rainforest adventure

Jim_W, Jun 2026
Being amidst these giant trees was magical. There grounds are superbly maintained. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The free shuttle was so helpful. The driver and travel coach were top notch.

Great experience

Ryan_K, Jun 2026
Was a great experience for my first time out to capilano! Lots of interesting areas and information stations. I really enjoy the tree top bridges but the best part was the main suspension bridge! Hoping to come back soon 🙏🏻🙌🏻

Great park. The suspension bridge is wonderful as are the treetop and cliff walks. A must do experience while in Vancouver. The park’s complimentary shuttle was very convenient to get there and back.

Spectacular views

Heather_G, Jun 2026
Great excursion. If you have luggage they will check it for free and the shuttle up and back is free. Its ran very efficiently and well staffed with friendly people. Shuttle is on time and easy to find. I would recommend as a pre cruise activity vs a post cruise activity because its a lot of walking and makes for a long travel day.

Loved the experience on The Capilano suspension bridge!

Stephanie_T, Jun 2026

Tree top climb

June_N, Jun 2026
What an amazing place, climbing through yree tops. Food and gift warehouse fabulous. Everything with extreme quality and built to an amazing standard.

Go Early for the best experience.

Ron_B, Jun 2026
Go early! The crowds started appearing around midday - we just about had it for ourselves in the morning. For picture taking the morning light and shadows through the trees made for superb pictures with depth and a whole player of colors.
