The chef was hilarious...

The chef was hilarious and the translator was so nice. You will learn to make tiramisu and two types of pasta which were fantastic. There was a few bottles of wine for the table while eating (which we didn't finish between about 20 of us) and limoncello to enjoy with the tiramisu at the end. Overall a very fun experience and would highly recommend!

The absolute best tour!

It’s been 2 days since we did this tour and we are still talking about it. It’s not just an incredible food tour, our guide Nicholas shared captivating stories from the heart of growing up in this city and how it has changed and become more accessible for tourists. We ate some of the best food we’ve ever tasted and he shared recommendations we visited the following day. I’m so grateful we found this tour, come with an empty stomach as you will leave with a full stomach and heart. 10/10 it’s a must do.

Best boat tour I’ve taken!

The best part of our trip! Nico was warm, friendly and had wonderful stories to compliment the tour. His English is excellent and he sent helpful information prior to the trip to make finding him and boarding easier. The music was fantastic, we enjoyed a swim in the clearest water I’ve ever seen, and he even made us tiramisu. I really can’t say enough good things. I would also recommend the 9 am tour (words I’ve never said). The boat wasn’t full, it wasn’t too hot yet, and there were fewer overall boats on the water. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. If you’re wondering which company to use, pick Nico. He was truly delightful.

Great fun!

The speedboat trip was great fun. We did the last one of the day, 18.30, and it was a lovely temperature. The sea was warm when we stopped to swim in it, just beneath the famous cave restaurant. The guide told us about the caves and history. We had a few glasses of Prosecco and some tarali.

We went on the full day...

We went on the full day tour of Alberobello and Matera including an olive oil tasting. Our bus had air conditioning and was comfortable. We opted for the tour guide option in both cities. Our guide in Alberobello was Michela and she was lovely and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed visiting and learning about Alberobello with her. In Matera, our guide was Pasquale. He gave us so much information and history about the city. We had a wonderful tour with him. At the end of the tour, there is an option to either walk down to the main piazza or to take a bus for 1.50 Euro. We were all very happy to take the bus. Both guides are local to their city and we met them there. They didn’t travel with us from Bari. We would recommend this tour to anyone who would like to visit both cities and would rather not drive themselves.

Our orecchiette cooking class with Annamaria was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Puglia! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like family. Annamaria is an incredible teacher—so engaging, patient, and passionate. She shared wonderful stories about Puglia, its traditions, and the history behind the region’s famous orecchiette while teaching us the authentic technique step by step. By the end of the class, we were actually making our own pasta with confidence! The food was absolutely delicious, and sharing the meal together afterward made the experience even more special. The company, conversation, and warm hospitality made us feel like we were guests in a friend’s home rather than taking a cooking class. I took the class with my mom and my sister, and it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever. If you’re visiting Polignano a Mare and want an authentic Puglian experience, don’t miss this class. Great tour!

This was a great tour! You travel along the coast looking at the caves, seeing Lama Monachile beach from the sea and exploring the coastline and the buildings on the cliff. We then got a chance to swim and a glass of Prosecco and some trialling snacks to try! Our captain was very informative and was happy to answer any questions the group had. It was also very reasonably priced in comparison to a lot of other tours! I definitely recommend this tour if you are looking to do a boat trip to the caves of Polignano!

We had a wonderful day exploring Ostuni and Alberobello with Gabry. From the beginning, Gabry tailored the tour to our interests, creating a truly personalised experience that went far beyond the typical tourist itinerary. His passion for Puglia and its many regions is infectious, and his knowledge of the area’s history, culture, food, and traditions made every stop more meaningful. One of the highlights was enjoying an authentic seafood lunch at a seaside restaurant frequented mostly by locals—something we would never have discovered on our own. Gabry also gave us a rare opportunity to visit a friend’s Trullo home that has been preserved in its original state. It was fascinating to see such an authentic piece of Puglian history and provided a unique insight into traditional life in the region. Gabry’s warm personality, local connections, and genuine love for Puglia made this one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. We highly recommend him to anyone wanting to discover the real Puglia through the eyes of a passionate local guide.

Excellent boat ride!

Perfect way to get to see three diverse cities without the commitment of staying over night.

This was a great excursion to be able to see three cities with a driver! Nice not having to drive on my own. Nice to have a driver giving you suggestions of what to see and where to eat when at each city. These cities are small and perfect for a couple of hours.

Must do trip in Polignano a Mare

The coastline of Polignano a Mare is full of caves. It is magnificent. This cruise left from the harbour a few kms out of town and traveled along the coast going right in to lots of the caves. The captain was a very skilled driver who navigated the boat in to tight spaces. We loved the outing. We were unfortunate that the weather was cloudy and a bit cold on the day of our trip so we did not swim. But on a beautiful sunny day, the swim stop would have been incredible. I think this is a must do activity whilst in Polignano a Mare. The caves are not claustrophobic if you are worried (as I was)

This was a great pasta making experience. Silvia and Mariela were our tour guides and hosts and we had a great time. They taught us how it make tasty focaccia and orchiette and let us eat some of the creations. They were so nice to speak a little Italian with us and help us learn.
