It is definitely worth doing. Great value for money and our guide, Ciara, was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. She spoke perfect English and constantly checked the group were ok. Better than a walking tour particularly in the heat. She treated us to the BEST focaccia at the end of the tour. Anna, her assistant was also wonderful.

Our guide, Federica, was weak. She seemed uninterested in her role, was not attentive to the guests, and seemed to do just enough to get through the tour. She raced ahead through the streets losing guests without knowing it. She had to leave the group twice to find lost guests because she never looked back or associated with any of the guests. Once at a location she seemed to have little insight beyond the memorized lines for the location. On the bright side the guy who set up our bikes was attentive and cheerful. Bikes worked okay.

All communication was thorough, I received whatsapp’s regarding meeting point, guide names etc. It also served as a reminder. The tour was informative and just what was needed for an introduction to Bari.

Riding thru the alleys of Old Bari and the streets on New Bari gave us a delightful overview. The stops were well planned and experiential. We walked through Pasta Alley and saw the grandmas selling their pasta which was drying on big trays. Had a few minutes at the cathedral of san nicolo. Our guide was a great storyteller. My only caution is you need to be able to navigate the bike alongside cars and in narrow alleyways with people cars and scooters next to you. I enjoyed it immensely!

Great way to see the old town and get a bit of info on this history. The riding can be a bit nerve racking because of all of the pedestrians so it’s better if you are experienced.

We thought the tour was good and a great way to tour the city. Some of the roads were busy with 'people' which meant the group got split up but our guide made sure nobody got lost. We both enjoyed the ride.

Would highly recommend this tour! It was a very fun and easy way to see and learn about Bari. The biking part is very easy -- the stops are all pretty close together. Our tour guide kept the tour interesting and even surprised us with focaccia to try. I would definitely recommend this tour if you're interesting in learning about the city of Bari.

This was a wonderful tour! We got switched into the street food tour last minute, and I was not expecting the food to be that good. The focaccia and the pasta were our personal favorites, and it was lovely to be able to keep the bikes after. Highly recommend!

Our guide Carlotta was very enthusiastic and spoke several languages which is impressive. The tour we went on took in English and French speakers. We didn't find it easy to understand what she was saying in English, perhaps the rapidity of the delivery given she needed to give the same information twice to the group.
The tour advertised a trip to the fish market and an ice cream, neither of which happened. Frequently, we were told we have free time which is not what we expected to hear on a guided tour. Bari old district does not really lend itself very well to this type of tour as relatively small and crowded streets and outside this area it is just a busy city. One of the group had bike trouble so unsure the bikes were in the best shape given we cycled wholly on the flat.
We were offered use of the bikes to go to the beach in the afternoon which was kind but essentially we didn't feel it was an enjoyable experience overall I'm afraid.

Enjoyed the tour but it was challenging riding a bike along the narrow streets of Bari with all the people walking in the same area. It was nice to be able to keep the bike afterwards for as long as I wanted until 7:00 pm. The bikes are heavy and old-fashioned but it was fun to ride along the sea for miles afterwards and explore other areas of Bari.

A helpful overview of Bari old town at the start of a visit covering all main sites. Quite generic and slow paced compared to similar tours in other cities.

We had a bike tour booked for 11.30 but due to the fact we had to be back on our cruise ship for 1pm. Thanks to the amazing staff they took us out an hour earlier than planned. We were very grateful.
We brought our 8 year old granddaughter with us on the tour she enjoyed listening to our guide emanuella, who was very informative and friendly and when she brought us for a gelato she made a friend for life in Hallie.

The tour is identical to the walking food tour we did the day prior. A refund was offered in return for not taking the tour but never received despite emails and WhatsApp’s to request. Very disappointing experience all round .

Giada and her team at Veloservices were fantastic. They allowed us to keep our luggage there as we wandered the city. The Bike tour was an excellent way to see and hear about the highlights of the city. Highly recommend this tour! The ice cream at the end with our group was a perfect way to end our day in Bari!
