Bad experience! Was presented as a guided tour with a local. Instead, we got a link to a digital guide.

The concept of this walking tour is good, but the content was rather frustrating. The problem was the speed and tone of the audio commentary, which was clearly being read in a very flat tone, with little expression. It was therefore easy to miss prominent pieces of information.
The commentary would be infinitely better if the narrator were to "walk the course" while talking through the tour, giving it a synchronised and more personal feeling.
I would suggest that an "English" English speaker rather than a North American English speaker would go part way to giving the commentary more expression.
There is so much information to share during the walking tour, it is a shame that so much is easily missed (unless one keeps stopping, rewinding and repeating).

Audio descriptions were OK navigation from one point to another was absent. I had to keep dumping back between the app and Google maps to figure out where we were and how to get to the next location.
