Incredible, private afternoon in ancient olive grove

This will remain a highlight of our entire trip to Italy. Rina’s estate is serene, absolutely stunning with a view of the Adriatic Sea and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. The oil that she produces is gorgeous and has so much character and she surrounds it with a perfect Italian lounging lunch that is mouthwatering in its simplicity—all local food; produce from her own garden and her neighbors, regional cheeses, and foccaccia from the nearby bakery, all absolutely top notch. She brings tray after tray of treasures to your private table in the grove—and only hosts one group per day so you are never rushed nor crowded. Finally, Rina herself is a delight. So kind, welcoming, and focused on creating a memorable day for her clients, and has incredible stories to share! Additionally, she is just so industrious—dish after dish will be accompanied by “oh I just thought I’d also try my hand at this!” Thank you so so much again Rina!

A truly amazing experience. Rina and her family were amazing hosts. We learned so much about the different olive trees and their experience bringing an abandoned olive grove back to life and producing delicious olive oil. The lavender fields were equally impressive. The food spread, wine, olive oil and presentation were way more than we ever expected. Do not miss out on this experience!

We loved this experience. Rina welcomed us wonderfully. She showed us around her estate and showed us different olive trees for some over 500 years old. Then she set us up at a superb country table in the middle of the olive grove to make us taste the olive oils, then we had dinner over a bottle of white wine. And finally we enjoyed the sunset and blow out the candles for my husband’s birthday. It was an exquisite, authentic and timeless moment. You can directly buy olive oil on site as well as lavender essential oil that Rina produces thanks to her lavender field.
