For Mount Royal Hotel Pick-up, please do not wait at the hotel lobby or at the bus stop along Banff Avenue. Please proceed to the commercial bus terminal parking lot behind the hotel's car park. For Samesun and Red Carpet Inn, please do wait at the lobby. Please proceed to the bus loading zone between the two accommodations. Hope this helps. Wishing everyone safe travels. We also do accept pick-up at any hotel or accommodation along Banff Avenue upon request and a time will be arranged for your pick-up.

Booked this for my daughters and they were picked up in a car not bus or van. They had to sit in a third row with their backpacks on their lap because there wasn’t enough room for all the luggage. So 2 1/2 hour trip cramped in the back getting car sick. They said it was terrible. Bright side the driver was very nice.

I booked this shuttle last minute for me and 3 friends. The driver showed up on time however on arrival he insisted on charging us an extra $10 per person for our ski bags which was not previously stated on Viator or the confirmation email i received from the company. The driver acted in an unprofessional and confrontational manor when i said that we shouldnt have to pay anything extra. He then complained having taken the smaller shuttle bus either our luggage, which is not in our control at all. The next time i travel to banff i will not be using this company.

Yes, we do charge oversized luggage fees for C$10/each and it should be stated clearly on our service terms and conditions as a link. Rest assured, we will make an extra effort to show it upfront to all travelers. We do this so we would know in advance the vehicle that we can asssign and ensure there will be enough space to accommodate extra and oversized luggages. It’s funny because we have had a passenger before with 8 extra luggages and a ski bag. Hope you would understand and reconsider us again in your next visit. We wish you safe travels.

Pick up on time and helpful. Sitting In the back was terrible when he opened the rear gate. The exhaust was overwhelming the van needed maintenance. We made a stop before the airport which I was counting on the extra time so was a bit stressful arriving

Our departure time was moved up one hour the night before or we had the option to go an hour later. Then the van transmission overheated about half an hour before we got to the airport. Luckily it restarted and we did arrive but the van was clearly not in good condition. This was a partner service to Fairy Bus. Sheesh! Should have spent a bit more I guess.

We were 30 minutes early waiting for the Fairy shuttle. There were many buses and shuttles coming and going from the lot and we were looking for the one that looked like the one on the ticket. Also asking other shuttles if they were the Fairy bus as well. We waited 15 extra minutes after
She should Have been picked up and had to get my daughter to the airport so we had to drive her- it took three hours- taking an entire day from our holiday. I wish the driver would have counted the passengers and then come to the bench where everybody was sitting and asked if anyone was going to the airport. Because their van was not marked at all. Total day wasted.

Banff Airporter apparently contracted out with another transport company, which led to some confusion at pickup. I was not informed of the change so I was looking for a shuttle marked "Banff Airported". Luckily the driver found us and explained the situation but a heads up would have been helpful. Also, more detailed location information would have been helpful. The hotel had two entrances and a lot. Aside from all that, the driver was helpful and quick.

The shuttle never came to the pick up area and when I called they lied about it all. We ended up having to get a cab for $350 and almost missed our flight. We will never use this site again.

The driver was very helpful and considerate. Apparently they are able to pick up at alternative locations which is good to know since we could have travelled a shorter distance for the bus.

The driver exactly on schedule, so don’t be late, viator’s service is excellent and easy to contact any time, I was mistaken order my journey and they help me, now I still waiting my refund as their email said that it will taken 3-7 days. I travel with viator’s service on July 14, 2025. Hoping today they will do the refund as they promises. Thanks viator.

Driver is friendly and professional. I waited in front of our hotel instead of the meeting place, something I must’ve misread, but he was nice about it even if he had to turn around.
Also, the price for the service from our hotel to the airport is the most reasonable one compared to other companies I’ve looked into.

We did not make the return ride with the Fairy Bus and had to book with another company. The day before departure I received a call from your company saying that they had to change our departure time and that they “were sure this was not an inconvenience”. Well it was a major inconvenience so I booked with another company. Funny thing is that after I told your company that I had booked with someone else I received a phone call from your company 10 minutes later saying that seats were now available at the original time. What a coincidence! Anyway, very poor service.

First , the driver was late , and we had to call him to inform him that we were waiting for him, He drove very rashly and he stoped for gass ,that he did not fill, lastly he was negotiating with some fellow pasengers to drop them dowm town for 30 dollars, that i beleave he took as they were with him aftet he droped us at the calgary airport. he also droped a passenger some where on the way to the airport.
Didnt feel safe and had to remind him twice that he had to drop us at the vancouver airport first as he was planing to drop some passengers downtowm first.
