Driver was very friendly and courteous. We started on time and finished on time. Wonderful overall experience. Ride was comfortable and driver also provided bottled water and granola bar.

Very enjoyable and sights are unbelievable.
Worth the two hour bus ride to both lakes.
However max time to spend at each lake 30 to 40 minutes

I’ve always had a great experience with Viator, and this tour was no exception. Since we didn’t have much time, we chose the half-day tour to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, which was a perfect way to see both highlights. Danish was a competent, careful, and professional driver, making the trip comfortable and enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely book with Viator again.

This wasn't the best tour operator... the tour was to be 3 hours and it was over 5. We booked Banff mountain tours last year and they were phenomenal

We understand that spending over five hours on the road may have felt longer than expected, and we apologize if there was any confusion about the timing. Aki (not sure of spelling) was an excellent driver! He was very friendly and helpful. He did play a pre-recorded tour while we were driving but I actually preferred that because we could hear what was being said, and I did learn some new things about the area! It was a “short” tour with one hour stops at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake but plenty of time to get out and take photos and explore a bit. We were able to do the Lookout trail at LL with time to spare. I booked this tour pretty last minute, about 36 hours prior, and I’m so happy I did!

The tour was great and delivered as promised. Lake Louise and Moraine Lake were breathtaking. We went on a scheduled 1 pm 5 hour tour. Would recommend an earlier tour to possibly see some wildlife as we didn't get to experience that.

Very organized and quick tour. We didn't want to do too much hiking. Trip was perfect. It ended around 1230pm. We were able to visit other places afterwards.

It was difficult to find pickup location … not well signed! Cost of parking in the location should be communicated ahead of time and options provided! Driver was pleasant enough but didn’t provide any local knowledge! Recording provide underway was very generic!

Regarding parking, our booking information does indicate that **parking in downtown Banff is paid parking**. We would also like to clarify that **downtown parking is maintained and managed by the Town of Banff**, and parking rates, time limits, and enforcement are outside of our control. We understand your point that providing more detailed information about parking options and expected costs ahead of time would be helpful, and we will review our booking information to make these details more noticeable for our guests.
We are glad to hear that you found our driver pleasant. At the same time, we are sorry that the amount of local information provided during the tour did not meet your expectations. We want our guests to not only see the incredible sights but also learn more about the history, culture, and natural beauty of the Canadian Rockies.

Our driver, Sujist, while very nice had limited English and was quite hard to understand. Probably for this reason, he used a recorded tape, that they sell to drivers traveling in their cars to Banff.
While informative, it applied to 3 or 4 different tours that weren’t ours. In your own car u could look and see what was being discussed, but in a shuttle with 12 people, you could see very little. Not much of a personal touch, although our driver showed us a few 20 second videos when his tour had had good animal viewing. We apparently did have a bear on the side of the highway, and the driver stopped for it, but again with 12 people, most of us did not have a good View.
Also, it was as advertised as an hour at each lake, take away toilet time and walking to the waters edge… there wasn’t time to visit the lake and definitely not the gift shop at each location. I’d recommend a slightly longer stay. (This is the norm on these trips tho)
Originally, we had booked the same type of shuttle tour from a different company and it was picking us up at the Canmore Visitors Center. It was cancelled the morning before with no explanation. We were staying in Canmore, so it would have been much More convenient.
So we were happy to find we could get on this tour with less than 24 hour planning…. In the end we had a $25 parking fee to do this tour, which we had not expected. If ur staying in Banff or using the Roam public bus system, it would have saved u that cost

We are sorry, however, that the communication and commentary during the tour did not provide the personal experience you were expecting. We appreciate your comments regarding the recorded narration. While the recording is intended to provide general information about the Canadian Rockies, we understand your point that a shuttle experience with 12 guests is different from travelling in a private vehicle, where everyone can easily see the sights being discussed.
We are also glad that the driver was able to stop when wildlife was spotted. Wildlife sightings in Banff National Park are unpredictable, and unfortunately, when an animal is spotted from the highway, visibility can be difficult for everyone in a larger group. We understand the disappointment when not every guest gets a good view.
Regarding the time at the lakes, our itinerary states approximately **one hour at each lake**, and we understand your point that this time can go quickly when accounting for walking, washrooms, photography, and exploring the shoreline. Our tours are designed to allow guests to visit both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake within the scheduled tour duration, but we appreciate your suggestion that a little more time would provide a more relaxed experience.
We also understand your concern regarding the unexpected parking expense. We would like to clarify that **downtown Banff parking is maintained and managed by the Town of Banff**, and parking fees and time limits are set and enforced by the Town, not by our company. Our booking information does indicate that downtown Banff parking is paid parking. We understand, however, that guests staying in Canmore may find it more convenient and economical to use the Roam public transportation system or arrange transportation from their accommodation.
We sincerely appreciate your honest feedback and your recommendation regarding a slightly longer stay at each lake. Comments like yours help us understand what guests value most and where we can improve.

Morraine Lake closed down a day early, however our tour guy more than made up for it because on top of spending 1 hour at Lake Louise, we visited Lake Minnewanka, Two Jack Lake and he took us to a lookout point where we saw numerous deer and over 30 Elk. It was an amazing tour and I would highly recommemd

Unfortunately, we didn't get to go to Moraine Lake as per roads were closed two days earlier then expected. Tour guide was offered alternative to Minnewanka and Two Jack Lakes and our way back to Banff we had an unexpected stop at Tunnel Mountain lookout to observe deer and Elk on the move. Amazing day with stunning views of land, lakes and wildlife!

It was a nice and informative trip to some key places near Banff. As described we went to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine was closed to us so the guide took us to Lake Minnewanka instead. We also went to Lake Two Jack and saw some great views along with a few active wildlife visitors. Overall a wonderful time and would gladly go again or recommend to anyone.

We took the bus tour from Banff to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, and it was absolutely amazing! Our driver Akko was phenomenal - friendly, informative, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. The schedule was perfect, giving us plenty of time to explore both lakes without feeling rushed. When my daughter accidentally left her phone in the restroom at Lake Louise, our driver even stopped so we could go back and get it. Truly outstanding service! I can’t recommend this tour enough.
