Our tour guide Joshua was extraordinary! His passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for the sites we visited, and his care and concern for each of the participants, not to mention his sense of humour, made this a truly memorable experience. And such magnificent and breathtaking sites they are! However, if possible, I would not book through Viator again. It was challenging to communicate with them, and I received inaccurate or incomplete information.

Awesome trip!

Martin (tour guide) and James (driver) were very professional, kind and helpful! We highly recommended them. The trip itself is wonderfull and the fee of this tour is very reasonable. All the 3 lakes are very very beautifull and look unreal! The 45 min lunch break at Lake Louise Village was a bit short since there was a queue at every restaurant and the village was very crowded. Overall we highly recommend this tour.

We would go again!

Our driver, Shaun, brought our 4-star review to a 5. The prompt pickup, clean bus, timely schedule, and arrival at both locations was as expected. We had a glorious day to explore both magnificent locations 🤩. Review would have been a 4 since the bus air conditioning did not seem to work well (but was tolerable and not the fault of the driver), and the co-host who was meant to narrate the drive was not present (again, not the driver's fault). Shaun did a great job when it was safe to jump on the microphone and point out significant landmarks with historical or economic context (wildlife corridors, Castle Mountain, etc.) yet was wise to prioritize safe driving. We would make this reservation again. Very grateful to have gone to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Our pickup time was 2pm in Canmore.

Stunning

The entire tour from start to finish was about 10 hours. We went to multiple places that were all incredibly wonderful. It was a tour of a lifetime and definitely worth it. Our Tour guide, Lori, was absolutely fantastic and put in so much effort to make sure we had the best time. I’ve never imagined so many beautiful places could exist in this world and it was definitely worth every minute. With some multiple glaciers, Lake Marine, we were able to see a mother bear and her cub, and bighorn Rams. went to Lake Louise, And Bow Lake which was absolutely incredibly stunning.

Our guide made every effort to make sure that we enjoyed the experience. He was informative and made sure that we knew what was available at both stops. Even though we had rain/sleet at Moraine Lake he handed out umbrellas to anyone who didn’t have one and pointed out the way to the coffee shop 🤣. Both lakes were beautiful rain or shine.

Beautiful views from the top!

Amazing views from the top of Sulpher Mountain! Check different websites for pricing. We found it varies a lot! The day we were there adults were $100 for walk-up tickets. We bought ours online for $68 from VIATOR. The ride up was fun! You can see bears some times as well! It beautiful going up but after you are on top… WOW! 360 degrees of beautiful! We enjoyed snacks from the coffee/bakery. There is also a fire pit that felt great and benches to take in the view! It can get very windy so it’s nice to have a jacket! There are wooden stairs that you can take to a higher level that holds a weather station. The only part we did not understand was we had a time to go on the gondola and a time to come down. Our time to go up was 1:30 and to go down was 2:50. I think it helps to know that before you go. There are a couple of restaurants at the top but I would suggest reservations.

The perfect day!

Life changing tour! Absolutely beautiful sites were visited and great people were met! Would highly recommend. Our tour guide Mark was phenomenal! You could tell he really loves what he does and gives us the best day. His recommendations were spot on and he showed us all the most beautiful spots for pics. He even offered himself all day as a personal photographer haha. Truly loved my tour and wish I could book it all over again. Thank you!

Spirit of the Water Boat Cruise!

Our Minnewanka Lake cruise was mid June. It was still pretty chilly and it rained every other minute. Capt Matt was excellent—we made it back to shore! 😂. Our tour guide was quite knowledgeable and personable—he had a great sense of humor and was full of historical facts about the Spirit of the Water. How wonderful to be on that beautiful water and to be able to enjoy the mountains!

Banff/ Yoho tour

Our driver Assisi was excellent and helped out getting us to the gondola while the group went to Banff townsite. Our previous tour canceled about 12 hrs earlier and left us in the lurch. He made sure that we knew how to get back to Canmore from the gondola $3 / person . The stops were great!
