You can’t go wrong with the spots even if it isn’t quite spring yet. The lakes with the mountains as backdrop were awesome! The historical/ geographic insights and the fun facts given by our guide Rahul were “substantial” and I like that you anticipated the challenge of hiking through the snow because you provided cleats. Van was very comfortable with the leg room and reclining bucket seats, as well as the adjustable temperature in different sections of the van.

As a first time traveler, I have to say that I wasn’t expecting a day to go one this perfectly!! We had a fantastic guide named Joshua who was hilarious, educative, funny, committed! He takes cool pictures and makes the best coffee !! We saw Lake Louise, which had a view that is mesmerizing under shinny sun! Then we went on a trail at Jackson Canyon where the water was literally emerald !! We saw the Fairmont Hotel which is breath taking!! Honestly just a great day!!I recommend this tour 100% and request for Joshua !!😍

Angel our terrific tour guide gave us a wonderful introduction to the Banff story.

Your tour guide makes all the difference. We had Angel and he loves nature. His passion and knowledge showed throughout our tour Exploring Banff National Park. We thoroughly enjoyed the Johnston Canyon Falls and do go to the cave & see the incredible falls after you enter the Falls. Angel took us to a great spot on the Bow River with great views of white capped mountains. We went to Lake Louise and took photos in the unique ice bar and did a tasting of the maple syrup Park Distillery whiskey…very good! We took fun around Beautiful LakeLouise. . We did a brief tour thru the Chateau Lake Louise. So elegant!!! The retail boutiques have very unusual upscale jewelry and clothing beyond our budgets! Angel showed us some of his family’s “secret gem locations “ and we were amazed at the views. The next stop was Bows Falls Our next stop was to the scenic @ Bows Falls viewing point to see more beautiful landscape. The last stop was a panoramic view of the sensational Fairmont Springs Hotel which is called the Castle on the Mountain. It is a very elegant hotel with the backdrop of the white capped Sulfur Mountains. I got to visit inside the hotel @ the bars with gorgeous views. The retail stores are more reasonable priced. Jacquline Inez was the Artist in Residence the week I was visiting March 18-22 and I did purchase a print of her work for a reasonable price. Do visit the Mountain Gallery @ the hotel. Loved all the Canadian artists presented My daughter & I did do the four hour Spa & it was well worth it. We had a very good massage but you also get to enjoy stunning views of the mountains in the indoor and outdoor pools, the steam room & inhalation room. You will absolutely love it! The best part of this all day tour was Angel our Tour Guide who had endless information to share and so passionate about sharing all of the beauty of Banff National Park, the geology, the wildlife history and the Banff National Park story. We love you Angel! You were very information but we also enjoyed your delightful humor. Thank you Angel for making this tour so enjoyable!

This tour was a fantastic way to see many of the key sites in the area in one day. Our driver and guide - Hao - was phenomenal! He was very informative in teaching us local history and gave us plenty of time to explore at each of the sites. He made adjustments to the plans to meet our interests. Most importantly, he kept us safe throughout the day. This was one of the best organized tours we’ve ever had…and we’ve travelled all around the world. Highly recommend this tour and this driver/guide (Hao) in particular! He helped us make memories we will cherish forever. Thanks Hao!

We had an amazing Banff–Lake Louise tour with Marc from Grizzly! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and full of great tips throughout the day. He even provided cleats for our shoes and treated us to hot chocolate and warm coffee, which made a big difference in the cold. Winter travel in Banff

It was a fantastic day trip. We visited Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon, and several other beautiful destinations. The winter scenery felt like a true winter wonderland. The most impressive part was our driver, William. He provided detailed explanations at every stop along the way. He is also a professional photographer, which helped us capture amazing photos. We completed the itinerary on schedule, and William even added a bonus by taking us to some of his recommended spots, where we encountered Rocky Mountain sheep. This trip is 100% recommended for anyone looking for a car-free experience in Banff.

Great tour for Winter wonderland

Due to snowing weather condition, our tour modified to go to Johnston canyon instead of marble canyon. The changes were communicated ahead of the day. We are very happy with our tour guide Andy. He is very friendly and humorous. He is so passionate about the history, geology, and culture of the area. We learned so much about the Rockies, the trees, wild animals etc. He pointed to us the land bridges and tunnels, the magical winter of Banff national park and everywhere we went. I truly enjoyed the day and the tour thanks to Andy. He has great communication skills. It’s great that we had options requiring different physical challenges at each stop. Last but not least important, he drove us safely through the thick snow and slippery roads where we saw quite a few vehicles slipped into ditches. I would strongly recommend this tour. Great value and great experience!

Lovely evening ride

Beautiful wagon ride asking the bow river. The guides are knowledgeable and engaging. The site of the steak dinner was perfect. Roaring fire on a beautiful crisp evening. Food was excellent! Bonus, a herd of elk in the field as we returned, the only wildlife we saw during our week in Banff.
