Edward, our tour guide was awesome! Highly recommend this shuttle service! Lake Louise & Moraine both were amazing and beautiful! Pulse Edward took us to a nice secret spot that only locals are aware of!

Edward was amazing guide. He took care of everyone, showed us where to walk and hike and took lots of photos.

It would have been nice to get notification of what kind of vehicle to look for. The first van that pulled up had the tour company on it but I was told I was on the next one which was a large bus with no identification on it and it was late.The tour guide called my name but never checked my ticket.
The tour guide talked too much about bears and not about the history of the area. The length of time spent at each stop was good. The water and cookies were good.
The ride back the bus was hot and the air conditioning was not on till half way back making the ride uncomfortable. At the end of the tour the bus died and had to be restarted twice and the third time it died we were dropped off a block away from our dropped off point.

Our driver Sam was amazing and did such a great job explaining where we were and what we were going to see. He was excellent at getting amazing photos of us all as well. Highly recommend!!

We had such a great time on this tour, and a huge part of that was our driver, Edward. He was funny, friendly, and made the whole experience so enjoyable from start to finish.
He knew exactly where to take us for the best views, including some incredible spots that weren’t packed with people. Those little local tips made a big difference and helped us experience both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake without feeling like we were just following the crowds.
The snacks were a nice surprise, and Edward kept everyone entertained while sharing interesting information along the way.
I also loved that it was only a half-day tour. We got to see two of the most beautiful places in Banff without taking up our entire day, which left us plenty of time to explore other things afterward.
I would absolutely recommend this tour—and if you get Edward as your driver, you’re in for a fantastic experience!

We loved Moraine Lake. Rent a canoe if possible. Very pricey @ $170.00 per hour, but you get the best pictures. Lake Louise was overcrowded and the hotel was closed to visitors.

Our tour guide yesterday, Edward (Eddie), was absolutely amazing! He is by far the funniest tour guide I’ve ever had. Eddie made the entire experience enjoyable with his great sense of humor, positive attitude, and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time and felt comfortable throughout the tour.
To Eddie’s boss: please be extra nice to him because he is truly a gem and an incredible representative of your company. He made our trip even more memorable, and we are so grateful to have had him as our guide. Thank you, Eddie!

It was fine, essentially just a bus service and not really a tour. Driver was nice. Bus temperatures regulation wasn’t great- one minute blasting cold air, next getting too hot.

This was a great group to travel with.our guide and deiver, John was knowledgeabl3 and have a good sense of humor. He was on time to pick us from Canmore at 7.40a and dropped us back at promised time of 1pm.

This half-day tour of Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon was great! Tony, our guide, was very friendly and easygoing. He suggested we stop at JC first to avoid the crowds and recommended which trails to take with clear instructions. We loved this tour because it was manageable and we had time and freedom to explore. Tour was under 5 hours and we were lucky enough to see a bear! Highly recommend this short but rewarding tour!

William was an enthusiastic and fun guide who had planned the afternoon well and suggested suitable alternatives when the original places was not available. We actually travelled further than we should have, saw lots of lovely views and William made sure that we have returned with some stunning photos.

Lovely half day trip from Banff to Lake Louise. It was still frozen in April but still a fantastic view. Grabbed a breakfast at Fairmont Hotel too. Then another drive to Johnston Canyon which was the highlight really. A trek along the side of the canyon up to the lower falls was longer than you might think. Icetrax overshoe ice cleats were a must as the path was very icy. The driver supplied these which were a lifesaver. Don't try it without if it is at all icy. I would like more time at the canyon and less at Lake Louise. The Lake is beautiful but nothing much else to do there but take photos. The hike in the canyon was fun and had more to offer.

It was a fantastic day trip. We visited Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon, and several other beautiful destinations. The winter scenery felt like a true winter wonderland. The most impressive part was our driver, William. He provided detailed explanations at every stop along the way. He is also a professional photographer, which helped us capture amazing photos. We completed the itinerary on schedule, and William even added a bonus by taking us to some of his recommended spots, where we encountered Rocky Mountain sheep. This trip is 100% recommended for anyone looking for a car-free experience in Banff.

Got a text early the day before the excursion saying it may not be full and need to be canceled. That’s understandable. They asked if we wanted the full day tour for same price but we didn’t want to be gone all day so they said they would continue with the scheduled tour. Same day late in the evening they canceled the excursion for the next afternoon due to the roads being closed. However the temperature was above freezing in the morning, and the excursion was at 1:15. I checked the Alberta road closures and the road to Lake Louise wasn’t closed. They just wanted to cancel. Not sure Id trust the company. We ended up booking a Brewster Express shuttle to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise that morning which was a great experience.

Regarding the schedule change, we did offer an alternative full-day itinerary when the original tour was at risk of cancellation. Unfortunately, we understand that you were not able to join the full-day option, and we fully respect that decision.
The final cancellation was made solely based on safety considerations. While some roads may appear open according to public sources, a road being open does not necessarily mean it is safe for commercial tour operations. Our team continuously monitors weather forecasts, road conditions, black ice risks, and guidance for commercial vehicles. Winter conditions can change rapidly, even within the same day.
As a licensed tour operator, we have a responsibility to prioritize the safety of our guests and our guides. When conditions are uncertain, we choose to act conservatively rather than take unnecessary risks. We understand this can be disappointing, but safety must always come first.
If you plan to visit Banff again in the future, we would be happy to assist with a rebooking and ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
