It was a fantastic day trip. We visited Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon, and several other beautiful destinations. The winter scenery felt like a true winter wonderland. The most impressive part was our driver, William. He provided detailed explanations at every stop along the way. He is also a professional photographer, which helped us capture amazing photos. We completed the itinerary on schedule, and William even added a bonus by taking us to some of his recommended spots, where we encountered Rocky Mountain sheep. This trip is 100% recommended for anyone looking for a car-free experience in Banff.

Got a text early the day before the excursion saying it may not be full and need to be canceled. That’s understandable. They asked if we wanted the full day tour for same price but we didn’t want to be gone all day so they said they would continue with the scheduled tour. Same day late in the evening they canceled the excursion for the next afternoon due to the roads being closed. However the temperature was above freezing in the morning, and the excursion was at 1:15. I checked the Alberta road closures and the road to Lake Louise wasn’t closed. They just wanted to cancel. Not sure Id trust the company. We ended up booking a Brewster Express shuttle to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise that morning which was a great experience.

Regarding the schedule change, we did offer an alternative full-day itinerary when the original tour was at risk of cancellation. Unfortunately, we understand that you were not able to join the full-day option, and we fully respect that decision.
The final cancellation was made solely based on safety considerations. While some roads may appear open according to public sources, a road being open does not necessarily mean it is safe for commercial tour operations. Our team continuously monitors weather forecasts, road conditions, black ice risks, and guidance for commercial vehicles. Winter conditions can change rapidly, even within the same day.
As a licensed tour operator, we have a responsibility to prioritize the safety of our guests and our guides. When conditions are uncertain, we choose to act conservatively rather than take unnecessary risks. We understand this can be disappointing, but safety must always come first.
If you plan to visit Banff again in the future, we would be happy to assist with a rebooking and ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Our driver and guide Edward was knowledgeable, hilarious and so kind! He truly went above and beyond any expectations. He provided water and snacks, stories about the area, recommended what to check out during our time at each lake and pointed out the best places to take in the views.

Edward was our guide and he was fantastic! Great at explaining everything and loved a good joke along the way. Made sure we got a good photo at both stops as well. He also provided some snacks and water during the trip too which was an unexpected added bonus!
The time frame for each stop was perfect for us, wouldn’t have wanted any less or more. The bus was in great condition too and the perfect amount of people on the tour

It was the BEST day! Our driver & tour guide Edward, was hilarious and so kind. He gave us cold water and snacks and ensured we had lots of time to explore. Lake Louise and Lake Moraine are a MUST! Absolutely breathtaking views! You won’t be disappointed! (Make sure you wear comfortable shoes!)

Nice way to see Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. Our bus driver, Edward, was very helpful and efficient. He led those of us who wanted to go up the Rock Pile Trail to a great viewpoint and then took photos of us with our cameras/phones. This was unexpected, as we thought that he was only going to drive the bus.

We met at the Canmore Visitor Center. Arrived on time and had a nice big and comfortable bus. Our guide, I believe his name was Sam, was fantastic. So friendly, outgoing, and gave facts about sites as we passed them. The bus driver as well was friendly.
We had the perfect amount of time at each location for picture taking and soaking up the sites. This was the perfect way for us to visit the lakes as we didn’t need to worry about traffic or parking. We took the early morning (7:40 am departure) from Canmore and it was cold when we arrived at Lake Moraine but had warmed up considerably by the time we reached Lake Louise.

We got to see both lakes. There was ample time to look around and take pictures at each lake. Edward, our tour guide was great. He was very nice and took us to the best places to take pictures and also took some photos of us. This was a great option to see the lakes without worrying about the parking. We went in early morning which I highly recommend. Edward was friendly and helpful. He also gave us tips about other sights to see in the area.
