Just Do It!

Our early morning canal cruise with Captain Dave was a fabulous introduction to Amsterdam on our first day. Jan was a great guide providing excellent commentary and information about Amsterdam interspersed with humor and wit. The canals were so peaceful and quiet in the morning allowing us to take in the beauty of the city. I highly recommend this tour - you’ll not be disappointed.

We went to the 10:30 tour and it was lovely! If you're looking for a little family owned operation, a more intimate / small group adventure, and great tour guides (Captain Julia is the best and only female guide of the group!), this is a great choice. Highly recommend.

The boats are just the right size - not too small not too large for a relaxing experience. The food is prepared by a restaurant and the cruise stops to get the food. In our case, the food was prepared by the owner of the restaurant and was excellent, far surpassing our expectations.

Highly recommend!

What a wonderful tour! Sebi and his fabulous 100+ year old historic boat led to a magical experience as we cruised around Amsterdam and learned about the city’s history. The food was delicious and the drink was exceptional. Since it was a small group (8 guests) we enjoyed delightful conversation.

Couldn't recommend this tour more!

LOVED IT! Brother sister duo here, felt personalized and you could feel the pride of the crew. Loved that they made you feel welcome before even stepping on board. We added the unlimited drinks and some people deter you from doing this because you won't get your $ worth, but our drinks were never empty, so 10/10 recommend. We went on a 2PM tour, in July, and it felt semi-private, not busy at all. Boat was beautiful! Would absolutely go on this tour again!

Absolutely LOVED the Bulldog Boat Tour in Amsterdam 🚤💨🌿 Captain Roman and Mia were the DREAM team — absolutely hilarious from start to finish while somehow also packing the tour with super interesting Amsterdam fun facts, history, stories, and hidden gems along the canals. The perfect mix of laughs, chill vibes, sightseeing, and good times. 😂👏🏽 You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and their energy makes the whole experience feel like hanging out with funny friends who happen to know everything about the city. Between the jokes, music, and beautiful views, the entire boat was vibing. If you’re in Amsterdam and debating a canal tour… THIS is the one. This tour shows you and tells you about Amsterdam and how it came to be what it is today. Personal stories that entertain and educate, not pre-recorded. We enjoyed our tour with Jan so much that we booked another for the next day with Ollie. Both exceeded our hopes. Would suggest going in the morning when canal traffic is less, late afternoon on Friday was very busy and made piloting the boat and entertaining guests a difficult task…which Ollie managed well. Take this tour and enjoy a personal experience.

The BEST Amsterdam Canal Tour

So much better than the “bateau mouches”. Smaller so can go to small canals they can’t. Open so you don’t have to look through the reflections on the plastic roofs. Driver/guide was very engaging and with nice sense of humour. Great to get away from the “19 languages” plug-in headsets. I have been on several Amsterdam canal tours before. This was by far the most interesting and enjoyable

A total Vibe!

The total cruise was an absolute vibe! From the moment we boarded until we disembarked. The guide was both knowledgeable and engaging and quite witty with his humor. Highly recommend it's you're a smoker or not. My husband and brother partook while my sister and I did not but they had a nice rose wine and beer for purchase asking with water and sodas. Would totally do this tour again!
