Lunch was ok, not brilliant, but the organisation and information provided by the rep on the bus was first rate. Obviously very knowledgeable but not pushy as some reps are....a credit to the company by making the right comments at the right time.
Information on the boat trip and what to expect was spot on especially the advance notice of where to stand.
