The experience was great from start to finish. I reached out and used the chat option to get details about the Toronto Harbour tour. I was sent a link to book on line which made it super easy to book the trip. Our boat left on time and our Tour guide was excellent. The tour is well scripted, informative and fun at the same time. The views from the water are beautiful. My wife and two adult daughters loved the experience and would highly recommend it to all visitors to Toronto. Well worth the time and money!!

Granddaughter and I loved this tour. Weather was great, boat was comfortable, tour around the harbor was a beautiful view of Toronto!

Thoroughly enjoyed the 1 hour trip. Lots of interesting info given in a light hearted fun way. Lots of chances for brilliant photos.obviously from a different perspective than on land. Throughly recommend.

1) I pulled up the cruise information on (Google Maps) gps., got the map to the location & started it up. Everything went well until It took us to downtown Toronto. We were stuck in traffic for quite awhile. Very frustrating. We thought maybe the cruise office was downtown.
2) I finally found a spot to pull over & entered the exact address on the ticket.
The gps took us back down town, and we were stuck in traffic once more.
3) I called the tour number & the staff member told us to put Harbourfront in for our destination. I did & we finally got to the Queen's Quay.
4) When we finally arrived, we could not find a parking space. We drove up & down, before we found a parking lot ($30.) that had a space for our car.
5) After wasting over 45 minutes trying to find the booth we finally checked in. Instead of having a nice relaxing lunch, we had 20 minutes to grab something & gobble it down.
6) We finally got on the boat. Our tour guide was very friendly, and fun. Great sense of humour. Lots of knowledge about the tour. We had trouble hearing & understanding much of what he said.
I realize the gps is not the cruise company's direct problem, but I would like to suggest a better map for the brochure and perhaps a more detailed description about parking etc. It would help other customers coming to your cruise not get as frustrated as we were.

We will look into updating our pre-arrival information to provide guests with more specific directions, recommended search terms for GPS apps, and parking guidance so future visitors can arrive with less stress.

We had Will and Hannah(captain) on our boat, Will is very knowledgeable of the lake, he was funny and came along the boat to answer questions on the way back in, I didn't feel sick from Hannahs piloting!!
