🌟 An Unforgettable Experience at Niagara Falls! 🌟 Our journey to Niagara Falls was absolutely breathtaking from start to finish! The natural beauty of the falls is truly awe-inspiring — no photo or video can capture the power and majesty of seeing it in person. The mist on your face, the roar of the water, and the snow make it an experience unlike any other. What made the trip even more special was our wonderful guide Haroon .. he was icincredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging throughout the tour. We learned so much about the history, geology, and fascinating stories behind the falls, all while enjoying a comfortable and well-organized itinerary. His passion for the area really shone through, and it made the entire journey both educational and fun. From the scenic viewpoints to the thrilling boat ride close to the falls, every moment was perfectly planned and memorable. I especially appreciated how the guide made sure everyone in the group felt included and had time to take photos and soak in the views. If you’re planning to visit Niagara Falls, I can’t recommend this tour enough. It’s an experience that will stay with you forever — and having such an amazing guide made it all the more unforgettable!

This company texted me the night before @ 6:43 and changed pick up no longer at hotel but 5 blocks away. There was only 1 hotel pick and that was 15 minutes out of town and on/off freeway. I arrived at pick up point 15 minutes walk from hotel and found no one. Finally one of the other people saw an unmarked van across and down the street and walked over and asked about our tour. Yes it was this bus and only driver inside. He came back and told the group it was our bus. Everyone was there on time however the guide was 10 minutes late. If someone hadn’t taken the initiative who knows how long we would have waited. Also end of the tour dropped off at same corner. I would like to know how often you review companies you use and if they promise what they advertise. Had I known this I would have changed to another tour that offered hotel pick up and kept that promise. 12 hours before is to late to cancel which makes me suspicious if this is something they do frequently.

We always update our guests with information relevant to their tour prior to beginning the experience. The bus arrived 15 mins early to pick up point, and waited patiently until the tour guide arrived at 8:30am. We are sorry for any confusion with finding the bus & tour guide. We hope to do better next time, safe travels home.

This trip was not delivered as booked. Changed at last minute. After querying it we just received excuses from Viator. The company that provides the tour was unprofessional. Would not recommend.

The changes in your tour occurred because of the feedback we have received from our passengers and it happened 3 months before your tour. We informed you of the changes and you did not respond. On our end we tried contacting you via email, and phone. In your booking details you indicated a certain hotel to be picked up from, but you were not there. You went to Front St before the scheduled time without letting us know. You then left the second spot and went to a third point, the Fairmount Hotel, thus making the company chase you in the morning.
