- In the event that the Hornblower Niagara cruises not in operation, we will substitute it with the Journey Behind the Falls. Typically the boat operates between May and October although circumstances beyond our control may prevent this from happening.
- Seat Requirement: All infants and toddlers traveling on our vehicles are required to occupy their own seat. For safety purposes, they must be secured in a government-approved car seat or booster seat appropriate for their age, height, and weight.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 50 travelers

Had an amazing time at the Falls, Maple Candy shop and stop in Niagara on the Lake.
Buffet at the Sheraton was okay. Food was fine but we were basically told loudly where we were allowed to sit and it wasn’t looking at the falls. Nothing for my grandson to drink except water. An extra charge of $5 if he wanted a pop. They didn’t offer milk or chocolate milk or juice.
Had to walk over and ask if I could have a coffee.
Only part of the entire trip that wasn’t pleasant.
I did a 3 week bus trip last year (around New Zealand) and we were welcomed at every lunch and dinner stop.

great experience on the boat and being closer to the falls. The lake visit and maple leaf syrup were equally engaging. The lunch was delicious while the top of Sheraton provided a perfect view of Niagara. 10/10

Excellent. Alex was a fantastic guide for our trip to the Falls from Toronto, informative and entertaining throughout the tour. The boat (Niagara City Cruises) was the highlight of the trip, but the other spots we stopped (whirlpool, maple syrup tasting, buffet at the Sheraton overlooking the falls) were all great too. Pick up and dropoffs were all smooth with clear guidance on where and when to meet. The bus was great (nice coach bus).
I was originally planning this trip on my own, but then found this tour which hit up all the spots I was planning to. I'm really glad I did, since the tour was fantastic. Buffet is like a hotel buffet. Don't set your expectations too high, but it was still good with a nice selection of salad, entrees, and dessert items.

Great trip. The falls were amazing and the lunch was good too. Also the trip to the lovely little town of Niagara by the Lake right on the edge of Lake Ontario was a bonus and the whirl pool too. Can well recommend this trip to anyone.

The most memorable part was, of course, boat cruised up the falls. Lunch at the Sheraton was mediocre. I was in the wrong line when queuing up for the boat because our guide didn't lead us right up at the entrance.

Tour guide Alex and driver Ugo were excellent, boat ride was brilliant. Lunch, don’t bother, it was very mediocre and there are lots of places to snack or eat a picnic. The Hare vineyard was a beautiful setting but the wine was not so good, in my opinion.

A wonderful trip. The falls are amazing, Niagara on the lake was so picturesque - a real instagrammable place. The tour guide Alex was funny, helpful, kind and so interesting and the driver Hugo was great too.

Great sightseeing tour however for such long trips, we should be allowed a little less talk - the guide was speaking non stop. I know she was doing her job and loves what she does but it’s good to give passengers a break too. Something to keep in mind

Our Guide, “Salim the Dream” was amazing. We were completely taken care of from beginning to end. We never had to worry about our itinerary. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and easily navigated the stops we had in our tour. He was very accommodating and super personable. The itinerary we had was great, but Salim made it all so much more enjoyable! We highly suggest VIP Tours. (The winery tour was short, but still informative. The buffet lunch at the Sheraton was fine; we had a nice view of the Falls. It helped not to have to think about where we would eat and also have to navigate the crowds. The stop in Niagara on the Lake was nice- quaint shops and tasty treats available. Of course, the boat oat ride on the falls was amazing.)
