BG Tours delivered an outstanding and magical Niagara Falls tour that exceeded all our expectations! From start to finish, this was a professionally executed experience. The modern, spacious bus picked us up from downtown Toronto with comfortable seats and air conditioning. Our guide Bernard was incredibly knowledgeable and entertained us with fascinating stories about the region throughout the entire journey.
When we finally saw Niagara Falls for the first time, it was absolutely breathtaking! BG Tours had planned perfect photo stops, giving us nearly 4 hours to explore the area and soak in the incredible natural power. In addition to an amazing boat tour, we also experienced Journey Behind the Falls and visited Skylon Tower, which gave us different perspectives of this natural wonder. BG Tours delivered a truly 5-star experience with professional service, perfect timing, and a guide who genuinely cared about ensuring everyone had a great time. We will definitely book more tours with them in the future and highly recommend this to families, couples, photographers, and anyone wanting to experience Niagara Falls without the hassle!

Fantastic trip. Driver guide was excellent & took us into the skylon tower, then came back to take us to Journey behind falls. We had nearly 4hours do do everything. (We left the boat till last so we could be dry for other experience,s. We got soaked from head to toe). Not many people there towards end October, so was able to get some good photos without other tourists in. Weather was cloudy, but didn't rain. View from Skylon tower was probably the best so worth doing if visibility is good.

Poor Tour guide. Hope you don't get the Fijian driver.
Bus had rubbish left form previous tour when we boarded at 7.40am.
Signs stuck all over the bus saying 15% trip expected.
Drove erratically, accelerating then braking all the time, was not a smooth ride.
Didn't give much info during the tour and didn't know the road was closed to whirlpool (even though he drove past it on 10 mins before), so then said I can take to to a smaller one instead. There is only 1 whirlpool there!!! He was supposed to be a licenced Niagara Falls tour guide!!!
Finally dropped us off back in Toronto a 25 minute walk from where he picked us up. He insisted it was where he picked us up even when I said it looked different, he just said it around the corner I picked you up. Wish I hadn't tipped him a all.

Smooth travel and great guide by Bernard, knowledgeable and efficient. I really like that is not too tour guide heavy and you have plenty of time to explore the Niagara falls by yourself. Really recommend to do the boat experience!

Beautiful and thrilling. Everything was organized and efficient. Even if there is no room to hold onto the handles, the boat maneuvers through the waters safe enough for everyone to enjoy the upper floor of the deck.

The tour was excellent! The tour guide was knowledgeable and very personable. There were groups of people who were always late and very inconsiderate to the rest of us, the guide handled professionally and with patience.

Our driver, Felix was amazing! Lots of knowledge and a funny guy. He cared about every single person on the bus.
The tour couldn’t be more eventful. He took us to a flower garden, maple syrup and chocolate tasting, walk behind the falls, to the tower and boat cruise under the falls. The cruise was the best part of all. All for a good price.
I strongly suggest Viator to every traveler

Misleading, no free time if you book journey under falls or Hornblower. Missed the whole experience in the town. Paid for zip line and never got to do it with no refund. Not enough time to do anything. The bus driver was great.

Genuinely one of the best trips I have ever been on in my many travels! Travelled from the UK and was worried because of previous reviews about tips. We were never harassed once so clearly this practice has stopped. Bernard and Jack were brilliant and very professional speaking in both English and German and ensuring we were given the most information we could get. We were offered a helicopter ride at the falls for a discounted price on the day which we took advantage of. (Once in a lifetime experience and I would highly recommend)! The helicopter was very quiet and offered brilliant views.
Behind the falls was good because this trip allows you to cut the line. Take the 1st left underground for some of the best views of the falls this is well worth it. The line for the 2nd left is long and not worth it in my opinion to see the water flow at the end of the tunnel. It's a bit of a time sink for not much pay off. The tower was a nice view. Not too much else to say about that but got some nice pictures.
The boat was.... incredible! If you want to take a picture or video with your phone you sould definitely get a water proof case for your phone. The ponchos will not keep you dry the spray is intense and I was fighting to keep my contact lenses in! It's awesome to feel the raw power of the falls. My advice, wear the poncho if you must but bring a small towel for after!

It was amazing I would recommend to anyone visiting Toronto. Bernard was so knowledgeable and helpful; he kept us entertained the entire day. He was very interactive and attentive to our needs. Shoutout to our multilingual king! It was very nice that he was able to speak more than one language to help non-native English speakers and deliver the same information to them so they weren’t missing out. Our driver is a world class driver, I was extremely impressed with how he could whip that big bus I have never felt safer! Niagara Falls is a must see destination they offer you opportunities to see it from every angle possible and I would recommend taking advantage of all of them. The highlight was the helicopter add on- it’s a must do. We ended up doing all of the add ons and it was a great experience! Can’t say enough good things about Bernard and the driver they made that day one to never forget!

It was a great experience overall. Something was noted incorrectly on what I had picked but it was resolved quickly after I showed proof of what I purchased. The Tour, Journey, Boat and Tower were great to do and I would recommend to anyone wanting to see Niagara Falls. It's an experience that will last a lifetime. BG Tours did a great job.

I really disappointed, I got support to book the ticket activity by Viator chat agent (Tracy Joy) and she supported with the link for payment and when I filled up my information the pickup point listed address and I can’t input my address I have given her my actual hotel address and she advised me to go ahead and book the ticket activity and she will modify my address from her side and now I waiting and received a call from the activity operator he was waiting me at the pickup point which I have input and I loose my day and effectively my mood.

Nice Tour, Only thing I did not like, was I was supposed to be picked up from my Hotel, but I had to walk to the location for pick up, because roads are closed on the day, that I chose to go. So I Rather long walk, or uber - So I walked. 30 min.

BG Tours is a fantastic tour company. We used their services for our day trip to Niagara Falls. They provided round-trip transportation, gave us the option to store our items purchased during the tasting tours on the shuttle, and maintained punctuality throughout our experience. We had an amazing experience with Afsheen during our visit to Niagara Falls! He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating facts and stories about the area, and their passion for the Falls was evident throughout the tour.
