At the Table Rock Welcome Centre, make use of your free time to go up close and feel the mist of the falls and take pictures.
In the summer, you'll go on a Niagara City Cruises boat tour, which provides stunning views of the Niagara Gorge, American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and Canadian Horseshoe Falls. The alternative winter experience is Journey Behind the Falls, which offers unique views of the falls.

Drive itself was smooth, driver was very good and we were always on time. The restaurant we stopped by for lunch was not good at all. I’m guessing it’s one of the few places that can accommodate for a group that size. Winery tour was also a disappointment considering we were repeatedly told “one glass per person” as if we were there for a frat party. Can recommend for the ride, the rest doesn’t worth it

The tour squeezes a lot in to a full day out. Great commentary on sights/landmarks as you travel from Toronto all the way around Niagara and Old Niagara. Great combination of experiencing the falls from upper viewing areas to riding the Maid of the Mist to get up close and very enjoyable to have lunch with your fellow tourists and visit a local winery.
One thing to note...if you're a souvenir shopper...do that during your initial free viewing time or you will probably miss out.

This is a well organised and enjoyable day. The tour guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free way to experience Niagara Falls.

This was a very well organised tour and the time flew by as we covered all the different parts of it. John the guide was excellent and very knowledgable about all aspects of Niagara. He provided great commentary from the time we got picked up to the time we returned back to the meeting point. Issac the driver was very professional and helpful at all times.

Our driver guide was very informative. The lunch overlooking the falls was excellent. We enjoyed the boat ride to the falls and the stop at Niagara on the Lake. However, we suffered in the back of the bus because the air conditioning was barely working and the shock absorbers were bad.

A good full day with quite a bit packed in. It is a bit of a travel time to get there and back. The return trip was lengthy because of traffic. There was time to walk around the falls area and take photos before lunch. Lunch was disappointing - it was in a lovely restaurant but the food was definitely not even enjoyable. And too bad, because the meals going over to other tables look terrific. The boat ride was great. The winery stop was quite nice, with a knowledgeable employee guiding us through the tasting. Unfortunately there wasn't enough time to check out the wines we wanted to purchase. Niagara on the Lake was a charming town but we had some confusion about how long we were to be there and the transportation back and forth so we did not have time to explore. We also didn't have time to get anything to eat so we were very hungry with the extra long return to the city. Our guide gave a lot of good information but wasn't great at imparting it, made a couple unfortunate inappropriate jokes and needed to have a belt holding his pants up.

Overall the tour was good. Finding the location to meet was a bit challenging as we expected someone to be in the area and several of us were waiting in a different spot. The trip to the falls was informative and of course the falls were beautiful and amazing to see. Where the trip falls short was the lunch provided. The food was not great (although the other meals that were coming out of the kitchen looked fabulous). It is a pre-fixe menu and the quality was not there. Plus they had beautiful views but yet stuck us in the back and made us all sit together. We would have preferred a coupon for a meal and the ability to sit anywhere. When you do the boat piece you will get wet if you are anywhere close to the rails. Our feet got soaked. Felt like some of our group wasn't prepared for that and our tour guide never mentioned it. The winery was fabulous. Got to taste three wines including ice wines but we didn't have enough time there to enjoy a glass or shop and our tour guide was pushing us out. The final stop Niagara lakes was also a bit rushed as you have only an hour there but the shuttle stops 30 mins before u have to be back so if you have walking limitations not ideal. We thought it would have been nice to eat a meal there and maybe miss some of the traffic back. We didn't feel like the guide really assisted on giving recs on what the time here should look like. Overall worth it to not have to rent a car and to have a bit of info narrated to us and to see the great falls.

Its a great tour with a lot packed in. When you get to the falls go right to the far end as you'll be up close to where the water goes over the edge. The lunch is great, lovely restaurant with great food.
But the best part is the boat up to the falls. This is a must and be at the bottom deck near the front for the best experience. You will get wet but thats part of the fun. Enjoy the experience and feel the power of the water.
The winery is nice but felt this was an extra that wasn't really needed, as Niagara on the lakes is a beautiful town and more time here would have been better. But in the time you do have check out the ice cream parlour and various coffee shops. You can buy cheaper ice wine here if you've not bought any from the winery.
The boutique shops are lovely but as we got there late in the day we didn't have much time to look around.
Overall it was an amazing trip and worth every penny. Our guide John was excellent and very knowledgeable, our driver Brian was brilliant and took us safety to all our stops. The coach was clean and very comfortable

A nice set of activities. The only downside was we had some inconsiderate guests that were late every time which did make our return cut close for another appointment we had. The guide did do his best to stress punctuality but unfortunately some people are selfishly unaware. I loved the overall itinerary.

The highlight of this experience, of course, was the trip to Niagara Falls. We got a closeup view from behind and next to the falls. We also had a great lunch at the onsite restaurant. After the falls, we traveled to Niagara-on-the-Lake for a wine tasting at Bella Terra Vineyards. Along the way, we stopped for a maple syrup tasting. We ended the trip with a walk through the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our driver/guide, Jason, was a lot of fun. He had the knowledge of the area and was as excited as us on the way to the falls. All in all, it was a great experience.

The tour operator consistently waited for others in our group to return to the bus. He never said a word to them but told all the other passengers "there's always at least one. It was so bad on the last stop at Niagara on the Lake that we waited more than 25 minutes and drove down the Main Street looking g for them. The tour guide would not leave - which was so very wrong for all the other passengers. We finally left without 4 passengers. We missed a reservation because we arrived back at our stop an hour later than we were told we would. I'm request a refund from Viator!!

I highly recommend this tour. From beginning to end, it was fantastic. The Falls were amazing. Our driver and tour guide did a great job. Lunch was served at a restaurant at the Falls. Beautiful scenery, delicious food and great service. The Winery was awesome, and our last stop which was Niagara on the Lake was breathtaking. Picturesque flowers/landscaping, shops, restaurants, and a beautiful park. A beautiful experience. My husband and I enjoyed the entire tour from start to finish.

It was very fun and relaxing. Highly recommended if you only have a day or two here in the city. If you like the nontraditional bustling city activities, this is it. The country vineyard drive along small towns and still able to hit the Niagara water falls, and have a good glass of wine.

It does take all day. Don’t plan on anything else that day. It’s a relaxing day. Well worth the cost and time. Nikki was a great host.

What a great tour! Our guide Nikki was funny and knowledgeable. Our driver Frank safely navigated through downtown traffic and even got us back early! I wish there has been a little more time to explore, but I still had plenty of time to walk both directions and visit the gift shop. Lunch was good with 3 entrees to choose from. I enjoyed the boat trip to the base of the falls and the process of getting everyone on and off was much faster than I expected. We couldn't see the rapids or whirlpools as we drove along the road due to the leaves, but we were given plenty of info about them. The wine tasting was 3 wines, some info about them, and a little time to shop. Besides the crying child that wanted wine (even though he sneakily tried it and didn't like it), the wine tasting was a fun addition to the trip! I liked touring old Niagara and having icecream! Niagara from Toronto is a full day trip, you might as well enjoy some lunch, wine, and icecream along the way!

First of all, Nikki was the best tour guide and commentator! I don’t know what energy drink she had… But her enthusiasm kept up for the entire 10 hour tour! I felt we got a lot for the price. The bus was on time directions and expectations were clear. The lunch was great! I did not expect at three course lunch and I definitely didn’t expect that carrot cake to be so good.😋 And Ooowwweee! I discovered my new favorite wine on the wine tasting tour! This was a full and eventful day! I would do it again!
