At the Table Rock Welcome Centre, make use of your free time to go up close and feel the mist of the falls and take pictures.
In the summer, you'll go on a Niagara City Cruises boat tour, which provides stunning views of the Niagara Gorge, American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and Canadian Horseshoe Falls. The alternative winter experience is Journey Behind the Falls, which offers unique views of the falls.

Driver and Tour Guide did a great job of informing and entertaining. One suggestion would be to make the stop at Niagra at the Lake longer and maybe eliminate the wine stop. Good to know there is good wineries in the area but hard to buy any of it or drink much on this stop.
Guide David excellent, bus driver, boat trip and wine all great. But lunch at Sheraton was a joke. They not set up for groups of 40, chaos at lifts. In restaurant, couldnt get to buffet, drink service a joke. You need change your lunch venue.
Overall good time and loved the falls and boat trip very much. Bus ride itself very nice and comfortable, very clean and upscale bus. Driver Isaac got us there safely. Guide, Wayne, very good and organized, appreciated the history provided. 2 areas to improve- the lunch at the falls subpar. Soup and dessert ok, main plate awful and did not eat (fish/chix with potatoes and vegs). Winery experience not great, weren’t ready for us, waiting while they handed out glasses, family member who led it didn’t seem to want to be there. Told us right out, he likes to give a certain type of wine to taste but didn’t have any cold so we got sparkling wine instead. Not sure why he started like that, made us feel like he wasn’t prepared, didn’t care what we had. Pretty property; however, the tasting area itself subpar, wood boards between barrels, standing on stones. Nice opportunity to try ice wine but could have skipped this stop and spent a little more time in Niagara on the Lake, an adorable picturesque little town with great shops, eateries. Would have liked to have time to eat and shop a little longer.
A fantastic way to see the falls and surrounding areas! Door to door service and great fun and good value!
Very knowledgeable guide! The wine tasting could have been omitted or used a better location, wine wasn't good and it wasn't a true winery (part of the college). Could have had a little less time at the falls and more time at Niagara-on-the-Lake. Great spot for lunch and food was good. Having everything (lunch, tickets, etc) included was convenient, not constantly reaching for your wallet or standing in line.
I’d say this was a good trip and well worth our time and money. We had a great tour guide and driver, Wayne and Vito, who provided us with hours of information and humor and great driving. The Falls themselves were spectacular and we cruised through all our events quite expeditiously and it took up a full day. There was no time to fully dally but in all honesty you couldn’t do that and get all the things done we did on this day trip. We loved the boat ride and wine tasting too. Bailara on the Lake is a beautiful little town and we were glad we got to see it. If anything, this trip helps act as a primer for what you might want to further if you come back with more time to spare. An amazing adventure. Thank you for making this day trip safe and fun!

The bus was comfortable with great seats, making the journey very enjoyable. Our guide was knowledgeable, informative, and entertaining, which added a lot to the overall experience.
The food was good, and the breaks along the way were just the right length. The wine tasting was another highlight of the trip. Interestingly, it took place at the very same winery that had been recommended to us by a restaurant server earlier in our stay, completely unaware that we were already scheduled to visit it. That made the experience feel even more special.
We thoroughly enjoyed the boat tour, and Niagara Falls was simply magical to experience in person.
As a final touch, since we were the last passengers on the bus, the driver and guide kindly took us directly to our hotel, even though it was not part of the regular drop-off route. Being dropped off right at the door was a wonderful gesture that we truly appreciated.
Overall, the tour exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Niagara Falls.

Great experience. Enjoyed all aspects of it. The views were outstanding, lunch was great, boat ride and winery was great. There is free time to explore both in Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake.
Absolutely fabulous day! The length of line for the boat might cut short your time at Niagra on The Lake as it did for us. This was unfortunate because the town was lovely. Falls SO worth it though. Boat ride was the BEST water ride I’ve ever been on!
Although I enjoyed my tour. The lunch was horrible please review that. Richard and David was amazing
The most memorable day. Had everything. Host Dave was incredible, his knowledge, wit and humour made a great day even better. If there is a complaint, it's there wasn't enough time spent at each location. A must.

Dave our tour guide was well organised and made the trip interesting from start to finish with history and facts about the areas we travelled through.
Niagara - falls and meal
Plenty of time to explore falls viewing area.
3 course meal included in local restaurant overlooking falls - food was lovely, 2 choices we had soup, chicken supreme and berry crumble with a soft drink.
Seated in long tables with people on tour which was a great way to meet others from across the world.
Boat trip on falls, great fun, prepare to get showered (not soaked) ponchos provided. The falls really are an amazing sight!!
Bit of a queue approx 1/2 hour after boat ride to top due to queues for lift as funicular lift was not in service.

Short stop, with wine tasting and opportunity to buy wine in the store.
Niagara on the Lake
Lovely place, quaint, historic with lots of bespoke shops. Had approx an hour to explore before return to coach to Toronto.
Overall, memorable experience that was excellent value for money.

The Falls are breathtaking. The boat ride is a must! The wine tasting was unnecessary. Shopping at the Falls is full of tschochkes but fun anyway.
Our tour guide - very smart - way too many facts and also very unnecessary. His jokes fell flat 100% of the time. Less is better.
The tour guard was excellent and warm...
But the food is nothing to write home about..... they said it's a 3 course meal but it's very cheap... Tasteless

Drive itself was smooth, driver was very good and we were always on time. The restaurant we stopped by for lunch was not good at all. I’m guessing it’s one of the few places that can accommodate for a group that size. Winery tour was also a disappointment considering we were repeatedly told “one glass per person” as if we were there for a frat party. Can recommend for the ride, the rest doesn’t worth it
Nickky, first off was very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. She provided good information and took care of us on our tour. We highly recommend her, and your driver.
The tour squeezes a lot in to a full day out. Great commentary on sights/landmarks as you travel from Toronto all the way around Niagara and Old Niagara. Great combination of experiencing the falls from upper viewing areas to riding the Maid of the Mist to get up close and very enjoyable to have lunch with your fellow tourists and visit a local winery.
One thing to note...if you're a souvenir shopper...do that during your initial free viewing time or you will probably miss out.

This was a very well organised tour and the time flew by as we covered all the different parts of it. John the guide was excellent and very knowledgable about all aspects of Niagara. He provided great commentary from the time we got picked up to the time we returned back to the meeting point. Issac the driver was very professional and helpful at all times.
Our driver guide was very informative. The lunch overlooking the falls was excellent. We enjoyed the boat ride to the falls and the stop at Niagara on the Lake. However, we suffered in the back of the bus because the air conditioning was barely working and the shock absorbers were bad.

A good full day with quite a bit packed in. It is a bit of a travel time to get there and back. The return trip was lengthy because of traffic. There was time to walk around the falls area and take photos before lunch. Lunch was disappointing - it was in a lovely restaurant but the food was definitely not even enjoyable. And too bad, because the meals going over to other tables look terrific. The boat ride was great. The winery stop was quite nice, with a knowledgeable employee guiding us through the tasting. Unfortunately there wasn't enough time to check out the wines we wanted to purchase. Niagara on the Lake was a charming town but we had some confusion about how long we were to be there and the transportation back and forth so we did not have time to explore. We also didn't have time to get anything to eat so we were very hungry with the extra long return to the city. Our guide gave a lot of good information but wasn't great at imparting it, made a couple unfortunate inappropriate jokes and needed to have a belt holding his pants up.
