Itinerary
After departing Toronto, we head to Niagara Falls on this full-day adventure. Arrive before the large crowds and hop on board the famous Hornblower Niagara Cruise for a trip to the edge of the falls. This boat ride includes a trip down the Niagara River and past the American and Bridal Veil Falls, right to the edge of the Horseshoe Falls. After the cruise, enjoy approximately two hours exploring the surrounding attractions including Clifton Hill.
Board the coach as we continue on our adventure to Niagara Whirlpool with spectacular views of the rapids and the Niagara River. Pass by the Floral Clock, one of the largest in the world, before a one hour stop at Niagara on the Lake. Top off the day with a stop at Maple Leaf place for a Maple Syrup tasting experience before returning to Toronto.

Peter was amazing, pleasant and offered a wealth of knowledge. His tour is very well paced. Unfortunately, we had a problem with a few passengers returning late and that disregard could have negatively impacted the overall experience, but it didn't because Peter managed to pivot and this significantly diffused the situation. I've done this tour three times now and seeing The Falls just doesn't get old. Being on the boat, floating up so very close to the power of them is a thrill I won't forget. If I have a regret, it is that I didn't choose the option of having lunch included. There aren't great options there on Clifton Hill.

We did not realize the tour would start in Toronto. We contacted the tour operator and they were able to meet us at our hotel. The tour guide, Luis met us outside our hotel. He was very personal and pleasant.
The boat tour of Niagara was next. Absolutely amazing. This is a must if you visit Niagara Falls.
Next was a stop at a maple syrup shop/factory. It was a brief stop but really nice.
Back on the bus we listened to Luis explain the history of the Falls and the neighborhoods we drove through.
Our last stop was a small town, Niagara by the Lake. This would be a nice place to stay on our next visit.
When we got back to the bus, Luis had an Uber waiting for us to take us back to our hotel. I cannot commend him enough. A true gentleman.

Great tour - great tour guide and bus driver - Alex and Hugo - I think they were the best team ever! Niagara Falls is amazing - a must see if you are in Canada. The drive there is an easy two hours or so. The boat ride really made the Falls real - we chose not to get wet and still it was impressive. The stop at the Whirlpool was breathtaking - the maple syrup tasting was fun - the three different samples were so different! Who knew :) - Niagara on the Lake is a cute town.

You don't get 2 hours in Clifton only an hour so not enough time to eat or do anything really 🤔 and there's no skip the queue we queued for ages for the behind the falls tour which wasn't the beat as the boat wasn't running

I feel it is poor that Grayling still sell a tour including Boat Tour knowing that it does not operate in the Winter. So I paid for 3 of us and the first thing the guide says is there is no Boat.
You can buy the behind the falls ticket at Niagara falls for $15 so no need to include that either in the ticket.
Overall it was a rip off and I spent far more than I needed and they knew that when advertising the tours available.

The journey vas very impressive. Due to the winter the stop at Niagara on the Lake was cancelled, so we had more time at the Falls. The guide advertised a helicopter trip for additional price, but it was cancelled due to unclear sky. Nevertheless, the Falls were perfect. I was recommended by my relatives to take an evening tour to see the illumination, but a day time Falls are beautiful enough with their natural beauty. There is no ship excursion during winter time, but instead we had an exciting journey to the base of the Falls called "Journey Behind the Falls". This is a tour through artificial tunnel leading to the observation desk almost under the falls. There was a rainbow there and the view was perfect. Also during the free time after this excursion I visited the Skylon tower and the view from it was amazing. I recommend to include this tower to the tour.

The tour was excellent package for a day trip to Niagara.We were picked at 9.45 AM and then driven to Niagara falls,giving us enough time to explore the falls area,boat ride was wonderful.On way excellent commentary was given by our tour guide Mr John.NO WIFI was available though it was offered in the brochure. Full day trip from the city to Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake & wine tasting! Our tour guide and driver were brilliant - from the moment of being collected at the hotel to the drop off at the end of the day. Judy’s tips throughout the day helped us to get the most from the trip: from how to wear our poncho and where to stand on the boat to getting some good views and finding a spot for lunch!

The tour operator was good and friendly. The coach was late in picking us up and pretty outdated. Wish the trip was shorter with unnecessary stops at Niagara in the lake and the winery. What was already a long day felt longer by these stops and just felt like ways to get us to spend more money. Wish there was options to go directly to the falls do the horn blower cruise and heard back to toronto. Wish Viator offered this.

Another amazing trip which I would highly recommend to everyone. It was lovely to revisit the beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake township and rediscover its unique beauties. The ice wine was interesting ! but the highlight of course was the magnificent Niagara Falls. The Hornblower boat trip was excellent. I took the option of a Helicopter ride and would thoroughly recommend the expense for a unique view of an iconic natural phenomenon. Be prepared to fill your camera with superb shots, including, if you are lucky, beautiful rainbows over the water.

TLDR: Best part was Hornblower, wasn't fully narrated, and rushed timeline not a lot of time at stops that didn't match description.
Longer version: You get picked up at your hotel at a set time must call to get a time before 10AM when the tour starts. Our tour guide was Zique. He was friendly and funny, but didnt narrate much of the tour, and barely any on the 2 hour drive back. A free walking tour was much more informative. Stops included ice wine tasting, Niagara on the Lake, Clifton Hill Sheraton or lunch on your own, the Hornblower Boat Tour best part of the trip, Whirlpool or helicopter ride additional cost, and Table Rock. Each stop was about 30 - 45 minutes long and felt very rushed - you barely had time to order and eat lunch if you were on your own. Also, stops didn't match description - you don't get 3 hours at Clifton Hill or stop at the Floral Clock only pointed out as you pass it on the bus. I'd recommend waiting until Table Rock to do souvenir shopping as you get a little more time and it wasnt as crowded inside the shops. Time to first stop is 1 1/2 hours and return trip time is about 2 hours, and youll get back between 8 and 9:30 depending on traffic. Overall, good tour but not great.

Excellent service and the driver and courier were superb. The company and the courier in particular had to deal with trying to arrange an alternative tour because of a road accident. She did us proud and nothing was too much trouble from her or the driver. Excellent day out. Thank You.

The trip itself was very good and we took the optional helicopter flight, a long day but well worth it.The only gripe we have was that it was an old Greyhound bus and the tour guide Maryanne from Grayline had a problem from the start with the microphone as it didn't work. so the info she gave was not heard by the rear half of the bus.

Overall, a good tour to Niagara Falls from Toronto.
The bus picked us up promptly and service was very friendly. The coach was comfortable and equipped with wiFi, and we had an extensive tour of the falls and nearby attractions.
The only negatives were that the tour guide kept trying to sell a helicopter tour, by no means of exaggeration pushing it a good two dozen times, and then leaving the coach to take those who chose to take the helicopter on the tour. He must have a very good commission rate. And lastly the service was sold as a 9h30 tour but we didn't leave Niagara until 9h30 in meaning we arrived back gone 9pm.

A wonderful tour! You get to do so much and you don't feel underwhelmed at all. The falls are breathtaking and the tour guide was super friendly and fun.
