We had a great time despite the weather and Johnny our tour guide was fantastic. Prompt pickup from hotel, with an e-mail confirmation the night before. Due to bad weather and a road accident Zoom tours organised an uber, so we did not have to be on the bus for an extra 2 1/2 hours. We only have good thing to say.

Bad handling from the company but the tour was nice

It started bad as I was told last minute that I could not be picked up at the location I booked because it was a last minute booking and they could not reach the driver. It was an obvious lie as during the day the driver picked up numerous calls and was always reachable. I had to hurry to the different location and I was rather upset. I don’t think this is a professional behavior and very disrespectful to the customers. However Johnny, the tour guide/driver made it instantly better. He’s been very entertaining and helpful during the entire day. I found Niagara Falls rather tacky but the falls itself were stunning. I took the boat ride and it was so much fun.

The Falls are fantastic!...

The Falls are fantastic! Our driver was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate us. Tour operator was prompt in responding to questions we had prior to trip. Lunch site didn't seem prepared for large groups but it was adequate. Be prepared for a long ride home as traffic back to Toronto can be heavy. Tour also picked up and dropped off at both downtown and airport, adding to the time it took to get back.

Did not get this tour

We signed up for this tour but were assigned to another one. Similar, but different, itineraries. We did not get to do the Journey Behind the Falls, which we were supposed to do. The tour to which we were assigned went to a maple syrup tasting and included, for a fee, a buffet lunch at the Sheraton, with a view of the falls. If we had wanted the maple syrup tasting and lunch, we would have signed up for that tour. I do not agree with our tour guide’s advice we would get more out of doing the lunch with the view, rather than doing the Journey behind the Falls. Two very different activities. Very disappointed we could not do the journey. Niagara Falls itself and the boat tour were great! Johnny, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and very willing to share his knowledge. However, his self-praise all day was too much. We were to have hotel pickup and drop off. Pickup was fine. Due to traffic conditions, Zoom Tours arranged for us and another man to be taken to our hotels by Uber. Johnny instructed the Uber driver we were to be dropped off at the same hotel as the other man. We then had to walk over to our hotel. Granted it was not particularly far, but one of us has mobility issues and it was raining. We should have been taken to our hotel.

Trip was terrible

None Call me to discuss this awful trip. 954-629-6882 No water offered. Driver keep warm water in cooler by himself, Never received free souvenir of the falls, transportation was old bus with no rest room and no dedicated rest stops for rest rooms, drive had no knowledge of places we went. Trip was awful and and I would never use your company for again.

Our guide Patrick was just fantastic! Very nice guy, well informed, flexible and charming. He made this amazing experience, even greater. Unfortunately, the meeting point was changed very last minute, which caused a couple of problems and a team was not available in advance to clarify them. I would also recommend to better explain what each package you can choose on the website really contains. It was not quite clear and some of the people from our group had to make changes.

Pros: tour to Niagara Falls was good, driver was knowledgeable enough. There were hiccups getting the pickup details but was sorted before the tour itself. Cons: Niagara on the lake was listed on the itinerary and yet we weren't taken there.

Garry our tour guide made sure we had a great time while also learning some history of Canada and Niagara Falls. We made several stops besides the Falls that were interesting. I had heard that you wanted to see the Falls from the Canada side. I would agree with that.

Worth it!!!!

Go with Mr. GARY. He is an excellent driver and kind host and tour guide. We stayed by the airport. The small shuttle (seats 12) picks you up and drops you off at your hotel door. It is about 1.5 hour ride from hotels by the pearson airport including a stop at the maple shop for gift shopping and maple syrup tasting and a restroom break. Seeing the actual falls was the highlight of it all. The town felt like an amplified Las Vegas strip (fun houses, wax museums, hard rock cafe). But the kids loved driving the racetrack cars. There were several stops after that on the ride back, which were nice too. We left at 8 am and got back at 5 pm so prepare for a full day. However, all in all it was worth it. You will share the ride with others. Some opted for the boat and behind the falls tour. We enjoyed the free time instead. Everyone but the alert driver in the shuttle were knocked out on the way back.

A lot of fun packed in our day - Niagara Falls boat tour and small chapel were our favorites. Our driver, Fabio, went above and beyond. About 2 hours after dropping us off, he realized we left something behind and he drove it all the way back to our hotel to get it to us - really appreciated that!

We booked our december tour with Fabio. He is such a nice man! He took us to several additional photo Op sites, too. He kept us in the loop about whats happening next, and where to shop the best deals. He gave us plenty of time to shop and eat, too! The tour takes you from the upper Niagara falls area, all the way down to where the river lets out into Lake Ontario. Its very thorough, and explores a lot of unique areas along the way. Even though some things were offimits due to the snow and ice, i still recommend this winter tour of niagara falls. There is so much to do!
