My mom and I wanted to go on a boat ride and something that wasn't too expensive. For $25 honestly, it was a nice ride, great view and you get to learn about something new. I definitely will be coming back!

Beautiful enjoyable trip by skyline and through island lagoons. Guide narrating program was excellent! Something for everyone! Entertaining and interesting fun facts. Reasonably priced. We enjoyed it very much!

We reached the spot and the crew member said , Sorry!! We have cancelled the ride. What I expected was just a reschedule or cancellation email. Or a refund if they didn’t operated. Nothing was done from there side to correct their mistake.

Hi Amarjot. We sincerely apologise for the miscommunication that occurred with your booking. Due to the weather forecast, we reached out earlier in the afternoon to all guests who had booked the 7:30pm departure to advise that the weather was calling for a torrential downpour later in the evening and asked them if they still intended on coming and gave an option to reschedule if preferred. The guests that had booked all elected to move their booking to the next day. When we moved these bookings to their new preferred departure time, we neglected to block off those seats and it now appeared that there was new availability which allowed Viator to accept your booking later in the day.
For this reason we were surprised when your group showed up at the boat cruise as we believed we had spoken to everyone who had reserved and although there was a crew member on site at the time, there was not enough crew to now do a departure at that time.
Regarding your comments as to no refund, Viator did reach out to us indicating that you requested a refund and we did approve the request so you should expect to receive a notice of that shortly if you have not already.
We're sorry there was a miscommunication with your group and we will follow up with staff internally to ensure this can be prevented in the future.

It was first come first serve. They couldn't run the next cruise because there were too less people. Disappointed

We apologize for this disappointment. While boarding is first come first serve this should not have had an impact on boarding your selected tour departure however we did have a capacity listing error on our 7:30pm departure on August 15th which was our last cruise of the day. Our operations team identified the issue to prevent this from happening again in the future.

We had to sit downstairs and audio was not loud enough. So we missed a good amount of the audio during the tour

45 minutes was plenty of time to get a great tour of the shoreline and the islands. The guide was entertaining with great history and information. Also, great to be on the smaller boat on the top deck. So much fun!

Interesting but islands from far way. Just a little tour around Lake Ontario. The sightseeing of the city pretty nice and the tour guy very funny.

A very enjoyable trip with a good guide. Great customer service. Access to boat was difficult due to the barriers erected for the World Cup and after walking into many dead ends we contacted customer service and they immediately sent someone to escort us to the boat. This was a godsend as my husband has Parkinson’s and was beginning to run out of steam. Thanks for your kindness
