Itinerary
Your Niagara Falls adventure begins with morning pickup from a pickup point on York Street. Recline in your seat on our comfortable coach with WiFi, bathroom and English speaking guide as you make your way to iconic Niagara Falls. Opt for a VIP experience and choose skip-the-line tickets with a keepsake poncho (operates seasonally) or Journey Behind the Falls. Stroll the deck or grab a seat inside for the float along Niagara River to the epic Horseshoe Falls. For the ultimate experience, choose to include lunch and enjoy your meal with views above the falls.
Afterward, board your coach for the return ride to Toronto. Stop at Whirlpool Rapids and pass by Floral Clock before our visit to the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake where we will have the opportunity to have a Maple Syrup tasting experience.
Your tour ends with evening drop-off at the original departure point.

Great trip, excellent value for money. We enjoyed the trip, travelling as a family of 7 age range from 16-77.
We booked this trip as we thought it would be the best way to see Niagara on a day trip from Toronto and it was. We would have liked more time in Niagara on the lake, as mentioned in other reviews, it was such a beautiful little town.
Driver very friendly, all in all a great day out, even if we were a little disappointed with the falls themselves (having just travelled from Iceland and the time of year probably didn’t help).
Word of warning get to the bus early and bag the front seats, it’s not so comfortable in the back!

My husband and I had the best time! We feel like there was just enough time at each stop to do what you set out to do and then go back to the bus. It was kind of cold in March but that is why I loved this tour because I didn’t have to worry about transportation! Saleem was a fantastic driver and guide and knew so much!

I’m glad I have the opportunity to review this exceptional experience. Luckily, I was on a bus with Luis and Ricardo. Luis was the most knowledgeable, interesting and kind gentleman. The trip was a master class in history, Canadian and world-wide information, engineering and other tidbits of fascinating information. Luis was the perfect shepherd of our little flock, making sure we all knew where/when to go. Ricardo was an excellent bus driver; I felt very secure and confident in his outstanding driving abilities. Guided excursions can be great or tiresome and this one was absolutely the best. The experience was amazing we opted for the all inclusive. Food was a decent buffet at the Brock Hotel overlooking the falls. The boat trip was fun, I’d recommend the bottom deck as you won’t get completely soaked. The tour guide Alice and driver Hugo were lovely and very attentive with amazing knowledge of Canada.
I just wish the experience was a little longer as it sometimes felt a bit rushed, also hoped it included seeing the top of Niagara as well. Otherwise the trip was brilliant

They should go when the lake isn't iced over .it is worth the price if you get to see the falls up close. However looking through a foggy glass doesn't do it justice.

If you are making Niagara Falls the highlight of your trip, don't join this tour. We were only given 1 hour to visit the "Journey Behind the Falls", and the queue was very long and the sight was underwhelming. We had to board the bus right after, and did not have any further time to explore.
The tour guide which gave us her number did not even bother to reply to my message saying we might be late for the bus, or suggest extending the time at the Falls.
We were then brought to Clifton Hill for lunch. Again, only enough time for lunch with no time to explore at all.
Then brought to maple syrup tasting place which should be just omitted from the itinerary in my opinion. The items we bought there were almost twice as expensive as the next town they took us to, which is again another unnecessary drop off.
The whole trip was just a waste of time. Better off doing a self drive and spending more time at the falls / Clifton hill on your own.
Half the day spent at two locations we rather miss.

Excellent day trip, but was a long day. Tour guide/driver Michael was very informative, and patient when guests did not turn up on time at various points in the trip!
We booked the all inclusive, with lunch.
Wouldn't bother with behind the falls experience, better views in front of them!
Was expecting the boat trip, but river still totally frozen, at start of April, so got the behind experience instead.
Lunch was a buffet in the Sheraton, overlooking the falls. View was spectacular, buffet was average, but saved us looking for lunch in the tacky area of Niagara falls.
We stopped at a maple syrup tasting place, which was nice, but we were expecting wine tasting?
We then travelled on to the beautiful little old town of Niagara on the falls, which was idyllic, and we wish we could have spent more time there. Overall, a very pleasant experience, the highlights being the falls, obviously, and Niagara on the lake.

Unfortunately I could not go on the tour, I was picked up and the driver explained the itinerary, but it was in luxury 7 seater and I was expecting (assuming) a bus, I can't handle confined spaces and started to have a panic attack so I decided not to go, but the vehicle, the company and the driver were wonderful and really understanding, sorry I couldn't make the trip but recommend the company.

None, we were left behind. Apparently, our confirmation text and email stated that check-in was at 8:30am and according to Greyline, departure was at 8:30am and check-in was 8:15am. We arrived at 8:32 am and the bus had departed. We were conversing with a rep from Greyline who was able to connect us with another company.

Great tour package. The falls were amazing. Enjoyed our visit to Niagara on the Lake. The lunch, boat ride and wine tasting made our trip very enjoyable. Our guide Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sam the driver was pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this tour to others. The combination of stops/activities was perfect for us. We would never have seen as much if we tried to do all these things independently.

We don't get the full 3 hours on the falls as expected. Waste time on waiting for late and no show ppl on pick up. There should be a rule not to keep waiting for the late ppl.

Cool tour, Salam was our tour guide & did a great job! Picked us up downtown, went to a shop/rest stop 10 mins before Niagara Falls. Hit Niagara River on our way back for wine & souvenirs. Enjoyed brief wine tasting at the end before we headed home.

Daniel's narration along the way gave provided interesting cultural & historic insights . The views from above the Falls and on the water were spectacular as were views from oyr Lunch atop the Sheraton. Walking around Niagra on the Lake was delightful. The wine stop at the School was a nice finish. Great day!

This is my second time visiting Niagara falls with gray line tours and i am still amaze with the falls and all the side attrations that comes with the tour, but i suggest going during summer time yes it is busy during summer but having buffet lunch with the view of the falls is still my most memorable experience, while during winter the lunch is either limited choices of fast food and healthy sandwhiches that i did not enjoy and the dessert place is close so we didn't get to use our dessert stub and in the summer you got to experience the horn blower/ boat tour while in the winter we saw the falls closer with journey behind the falls but i wish gray line include one more attraction because for me journey behind the falls is not worth the same with horn blower. During this visit my partner and i got the chance to attend the ice wine festival at Niagara on the lake we had so much fun tasting ice wines. And also our tour guide Peter is the best.
Though at viator site it says that the pick up point is at the entrance of fairmont royal york hotel so we waited there and almost missed the tour but luckily we decided to walk around the hotel and found the bus , but overall our experience with gray line tours is the best.

Informative commentary, boat ride near the falls was amazing and Niagara on the Lake is very pretty especially with the autumn colours and the variety of shops

There was a marathon that diverted traffic, so Peter took the group through the north part of Toronto - a total bonus tour! We otherwise would have missed Center Ice at the Maple Leaf Gardens! Not to mention the uniqueness of diverse neighborhoods. I would suggest this route rather than the expressway. Highly recommended!!!
