We got there early and they were boarding. Got a fantastic table next to the window. Had a cocktail before dinner. Staff were great and the atmosphere was wonderful.
The crew were helpful and pleasant.
We had the best experience. We saw the skyline and the boat stopped for us to photo the skyline.
What a wonderful trip. Lovely menu options and food was fantastic.
We had a great time and would highly recommend this trip.

My 7 year old daughter had so much fun! She spoke about her dinner cruise all the way home and until she fell asleep.
This was my second time and had to bring my princess bc I knew who would enjoy!
Great atmosphere, great music and friendly staff!
Management was extremely accommodating understanding.
Will definitely be attending in the new year!

Overall it was fun. The dance floor was busy and a great time with strangers. The salmon was dry. The toasted almond cocktail was great. The fruit was lacking.

Very fun, a little over $150 for 2 tickets, then a bit over $150 for about 8 drinks . We really enjoyed our time, view was amazing. Staff was very nice! I would highly recommend. Heard alot of mixed reviews about the food, can definitely say it was very food. 8/10. Felt very like comfort meal from home.

Member of our group got food poisoning before the dinner. I understand that they couldn’t give us a full refund but maybe letting us rebook would have been nice. Or a partial credit for a future date. Nope.

The vibe and scenery were nice, Dj was top notch, food was a 3/5, drinks were 5/5. Please have a dress code next time, people shouldnt be allowed to show up in sweats to a dinner cruise, it diminishes the setting and quality of the event and space. Would go again with more people.

Great experience! The food portions were larger than I expected. Nice menu selection. Drinks were a bit pricey so would recommend grabbing a few from a nearby bar before boarding.

Nice view of the city at night. Dinner was good. Service was extremely slow. It was fun to go up top for a dance party…..However, it had been lightly raining. Would have been nice if a few towels had been available to wipe off the seats so you could sit.

Bring a jacket. It gets cold on the water. This is mostly for couples. The ad said you would meet people. Good if solo. Not true. All couples. Also, there was a small wedding party that took over the top deck as there is a room there that can be rented. I was lucky and got a table by the window. The others stated that they could see nothing during dinner since there was glare on the windows. I love boats and water. The skyline was magical. Just enough time. The food was great! You get coffee and tea free. No alcoholic drinks.

Lovely, even on a rainy night. Couple hiccoughs with meals but not bad. Wait staff were RUNNING! Music was great, fun to see everyone dancing.

Food was very disappointing. I was happier eating a convenience store sandwich in the way back to my hotel. I was able to escape to the roof, and a have a nice cruise. A group that pre drinks will have more fun here if they like dancing. It was an experience, and I don’t regret it, but never again.

I booked this cruise and dinner event a month ahead of the planned cruise date (October 11, 2025) before living my country. Unfortunately, the traffic was busy on that day, and I arrived at the location about 15 minutes late. I was told the boat has left already. I called Viator that evening and asked if it can be rescheduled. The lady on the phone told me she will speak to the operator and put me on hold for several minutes. She was checking me often to see if I was still on the phone. Later she suggested she would let me know via email. The next day I went to the pickup location at about 5pm and noticed the operators welcoming people. I called Viator again and spoke with another person. The person on the phone told me he cannot accept my request to reschedule the trip after putting me on hold for several minutes. I was surprised by the lack of flexibility. Maybe they need to hire agents who are human friendly. I definitely recommend considering customer friendly agents who can look for possibilities rather than finding ways/justification to gain from your unfortunate situation.

The dinner was fantastic! The drinks take a while to arrive so order a few at a time for sure. The atmosphere was stunning and the views were absolutely spectacular! This is a wonderful way to see the Toronto Harbour!

Overall, we had a good experience, but it fell short of being great. The service could have been better, as the staff wasn’t very attentive with our drinks and meals. The music was fine, though the lighting on the top floor left much to be desired. Perhaps I had high expectations since I’ve been on many cruises before. That said, a dinner cruise is still a nice addition to the waterfront and worth trying.

Review Title (optional): Great DJ and friendly staff, but service was too slow
Review Body:
The DJ was excellent and really made the experience enjoyable. The staff were friendly and did their best, but overall service was very slow. There was only one person taking orders for about 30 people at different tables, so we waited a long time to be served. She tried her best but clearly needed more help.
I would also suggest having a separate kids’ menu, since most children don’t enjoy adult meals. My grandkids couldn’t find anything to eat after we had already paid, and we ended up having to get food on the way home. It would also be nice if the menu included more variety on different days of the week.
