Very fun, a little over $150 for 2 tickets, then a bit over $150 for about 8 drinks . We really enjoyed our time, view was amazing. Staff was very nice! I would highly recommend. Heard alot of mixed reviews about the food, can definitely say it was very food. 8/10. Felt very like comfort meal from home.

**** We enjoyed every bit of the cruise. The food and drinks were great. The DJ was so good that everyone was dancing, both young and old, because he played songs across all age groups. It was really fun, and we had an amazing time *****

charge extra for food for people with allergies you don't know this until you get on board, boat ride could have been 30 minutes to an hour longer

The staff were rude specifically our waitress and manager. The website said children 3 and under were for free but when we went there, they said we had to pay for their food and that they couldn't eat otherwise just share our food. The waitress was rude and kept showing us attitude.

It was a very relaxing experience. The cruise sailed along the shore several times. The Toronto skyline is wonderful. It would have been nice to go through the channel and around the island and come back at Ward island.

Overall the experience was great. Food was ok but on the light side. If you wish to get a window seat add your request to the comment section when reserving. If not good luck.

If your looking for a relaxing dinner its quite hectic. Kids running around getting in servers way. Advertised with tabkw cloths but none there.

Great experience, good way to see all the sights along the harbor, good food, nice evening out on the water. Very close to the CNN tower and other attractions

We booked this dinner cruise for a party of 10 for a 50th birthday celebration. The party consisted of three couples, and four children for a total of 10 in the party. We receded promptly as soon as we boarded and bread was brought to the table, which was appreciated. Our service was wonderful. The only possible hint of a constructive criticism I would give is that we did see other tables receiving their food before us despite them arriving after us. We choked this up to us being a large larger party who ordered a variety of entrées. Once our food arrived, it was delicious. They even came out to sing happy birthday to the birthday girl without this having to be arranged in advance. The surprises continued through the evening as the DJ wished everyone who was celebrating good tidings throughout his set. This was a wonderful way of celebrating a special birthday.

Sever was nice and the food was delicious!!
Unfortunately the air conditioner was on and everyone was freezing!! Several people complained but nothing happened! Went upstairs because it was warmer and the music was good!

This was our first dinner cruise. Something to note you can order dinner anytime during the cruise rather than a set dinner time. Enjoying the upper deck with a cocktail would be good before ordering dinner. Bring a very warm jacket or sweater. AC was on very low the room dining room was very cold, several people had to put goodies and jackets.
We asked 2 times to reduce AC during the night and it was not done. Would not suggest taking this cruise if the outside temp are cold, quite a breeze on top deck while cruising.
Other than the air issue it was a nice event.

Music needs to be turned down so people can hear the waiter clearly;
The service at the table needs improvement: the waiter asked the guest to hand him the knife instead of going around the table to collect it;
quality of food was mediocre;
seating was comfortable

It was absolutely amazing. The friendliness of the staff and their outstanding service was great. The meal was fantastic and the scenery was incredible. They even played great music on the boat. We have a few suggestions for new customers coming for first time. There are no signs directing you where to report to. Please make sure that your customers know where to go when arriving. Secondly. we had no idea where to park because most spaces nearby were marked private. We found out from a police officer where “public parking” was allowed. You should tell your customers this information when they book a cruise with you.

We arrived at 18.00pm we ordered our food and we had waited nearly 1 hour for our starter, we had to remind the server, everyone who had arrived later than us got their meals before us, there was no tea and coffee served and there was no DJ as it stated!. We were totally forgotten about. The food was good that’s the only positive of this trip.

My 7 year old daughter had so much fun! She spoke about her dinner cruise all the way home and until she fell asleep.
This was my second time and had to bring my princess bc I knew who would enjoy!
Great atmosphere, great music and friendly staff!
Management was extremely accommodating understanding.
Will definitely be attending in the new year!

Overall it was fun. The dance floor was busy and a great time with strangers. The salmon was dry. The toasted almond cocktail was great. The fruit was lacking.

Member of our group got food poisoning before the dinner. I understand that they couldn’t give us a full refund but maybe letting us rebook would have been nice. Or a partial credit for a future date. Nope.

The vibe and scenery were nice, Dj was top notch, food was a 3/5, drinks were 5/5. Please have a dress code next time, people shouldnt be allowed to show up in sweats to a dinner cruise, it diminishes the setting and quality of the event and space. Would go again with more people.
