Very fun, a little over $150 for 2 tickets, then a bit over $150 for about 8 drinks . We really enjoyed our time, view was amazing. Staff was very nice! I would highly recommend. Heard alot of mixed reviews about the food, can definitely say it was very food. 8/10. Felt very like comfort meal from home.

The wait staff was not very attentive. They were only visible when they were severing the plates., took a while to clear. Water was only refilled once and since it was a warm day should have been offered more frequent and the water was warm.

It was 25th anniversary celebration, went with another couples I can’t begin with how wonderful and amazing experience we had , food , atmosphere and service was top notch.
A big thank you to our waitress Saffron she was amazing she was the cherry on top of the cake. Thank you for a memorable night.

It was a well organized, dining and boat experience. I enjoyed it, there was a DJ that started out slow, but towards the end, had alot of people dancing.

You can board early, ad order your dinner and drinks before the boat leaves the harbor.
DJ music way TOO loud, so you couldn’t converse easily with dinner partner.

We had a wonderful experience on the Toronto City Cruises Odyssey on Lake Ontario. From the moment we boarded, everything was well organized and welcoming. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the Toronto skyline, the CN Tower, the Toronto Islands, and the beautiful waterfront. Watching the city from the lake was a unique and unforgettable experience. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the cruise, making everyone feel comfortable and well cared for. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was excellent, and the entire trip exceeded our expectations. Whether you're visiting Toronto or you're a local looking for a special outing, I highly recommend this cruise. It is a fantastic way to enjoy the beauty of Lake Ontario and create lasting memories.

You can arrive earlier than the departure time and get settled on board.
If you want a window seat or a table for two people its best to make a note of it when you book as window seats are popular.
The views of Toronto and the lake are amazing from the boat.
The food was nicely cooked and well presented. The staff are helpful and friendly.

A lovely evening. Food was great, staff was wonderful. It was a fun experience. The only thing I could suggest is providing a boarding time rather than just a sail time of 7 PM. If we knew we could get on the boat earlier, we would’ve had a drink on board rather than waiting till seven.

Great night out! The service was excellent and our server was very friendly and quick to bring us drinks and our food. The DJ and music were amazing. The food was delicious and it was just the right amount. The only thing is when they brought out or main course mine was on the cool side. Could have been a bit hotter. Other than that my husband and I had a fun time!

I would recommend getting to the boat between 6:30 and 6:45. The highlight is the skyline after dark, getting there a little later gives you less time to spend waiting for the highlight.

We booked a city dinner cruise to celebrate our family’s 20th wedding anniversary, and we were looking forward to making this milestone a memorable experience. The ambience, the cruise itself, and the food were all very good. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing and overshadowed what should have been a special evening.
We arrived before the scheduled departure time and went to the top deck for about 10–15 minutes to take some family photos before the cruise departed. Another table beside us did the same. When we returned, we noticed that the other table was being served appetizers while our table was completely overlooked. For approximately 20 minutes, no one acknowledged us or took our order.
Eventually, my daughter approached one of the waitresses, who appeared to be the supervisor, and asked if someone could assist us. We were assured that our order would be expedited due to the delay. However, our appetizers did not arrive until 7:42 p.m. While waiting for our main course, I also had to ask the same supervisor about the bread that was supposed to accompany the starters, and she arranged to have it brought to us.
Our main course was finally served at 8:15 p.m. Although the food itself was enjoyable, the prolonged delays and lack of attention throughout the evening prevented us from fully enjoying our anniversary celebration.
It was disappointing that such an important occasion was affected by poor service. We had expected a much better experience, especially for a special family celebration, and this is reflected in my rating.

We didn't get to go and we did not receive a refund. So much money wasted. Be sure to get there incredibly early, because the traffic was insane. They knew about the traffic and I tried to get there as soon as possible, but they stop boarding at the time boarding starts. I'm sure it was a nice experience, but I didn't get to enjoy it

A wonderful dinner cruise experience! The thoughtfully curated three-course meal was delicious, with a great selection of drinks to complement it. The views from the deck were beautiful and incredibly relaxing. What truly stood out was the warm and friendly staff and servers, who made the evening even more enjoyable.
We chose this place to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be an anmazing experience. The entire evening was truly memorable.

Staff are friendly and accommodating; our waitress was lovely and service immaculate.
The food was excellent, beautifully presented, cooked to perfection and served hot.
Drinks are paid for separately and prices on average are similar to London prices, mocktails and soft drinks are cheaper than the UK
Restaurant is set out well, not too close to other diners and is air conditioned
The harbour looks great in the evenings and the breeze when on the upper deck was a great respite from the stifling heat; it was 34 degrees on shore!
Good vibe music which was at a decent volume but not so conversations could not be heard
Overall a lovely evening and a great experience. Good value for Money, Would recommend.

Took 3 hours to drive from Bolton Ontario to downtown Toronto which is usually an hour. We arrived 5 mins late. Tour operator staff were dismissive and rude. They did not even ask the captain if we could board even though boat is on the dock. Neither Viator or tour operator is doing anything to help us. The reason we were late was due to multiple car accidents on the highway. We will not do business with either company in the future. 350.00 out the window
