Be ready for morning pickup at your downtown Toronto hotel. Climb into a comfortable minibus or bus, and depart for Niagara Falls.
Arriving at the falls, get photo-worthy views from Table Rock and walk along the edge. Hop onboard a Niagara City Cruise (priority admission included, in season only) for an up-close look; prepare to get drenched.
Following the cruise, have a local lunch (if option selected). Spend some time exploring at your leisure before hopping back on the bus for a ride down Niagara Parkway. Arrive at Whirlpool Rapids, notable for being the largest series of standing waves in North America. Upgrade your experience with a helicopter ride for aerial views of this phenomenon.
Continue to other area highlights, including the Floral Clock. Then, visit Niagara-on-the-Lake for some free time in this quaint small town.
After a full day out, your tour ends with drop-off at your Toronto hotel.

We did not do the program as it was listed in the Itinerary. We did not do Journey Behind the Falls at all which was the part we were looking forward to the most. And some of the later stop points were swapped around and not in the order that is listed. For this high pricepoint I expected much better, there are cheaper and better trips out there so I do not recommend picking this one.
Right now the Itinerary goes like this:
Table Rock Welcome Centre -> Journey Behind the Falls -> Niagara City Cruises -> Niagara Whirlpool -> Floral Clock -> Living Water Wayside Chapel -> Niagara on the Lake heritage district -> Maple Leaf Place

Our tour guide/bus driver Anthony was fantastic! He was organized, made sure no got lost and kept us entertained on the trip to the falls.

This was a great tour. But there is definitely room for improvement. Our driver was amazing: very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
The main problem we had was pick up time. We were told 8:50am, but didn’t get picked up until after 10am. I had to call the vendor several times to get different ETAs.

It was just a great day!
Jonny the guide was on time, very knowledgeable and entertaining. He was very careful to check everyone back on. We left an Italian traveler briefly because he did not return on time but collected him on the way back when he had got there.
All in all a great trip.

Great fun. Our tour operator/guide Garry was very cool. The Falls were amazing. The included lunch was acceptable, typical hotel fare. I really had a great time! Niagara Is a beautiful community!

I would recommend doing your own thing for lunch mind as we were rushed for free time but that’s our fault

Johnny the guide made the day! Everything about the day was handled really well, from pickup to the tour elements. The highlight of course is the boat ride to the falls.

A bit disappointed as there is a misleading info in the tour info, you knew already there won’t be a boat activity during winter, why this info did not take off from the itinerary ? The price I paid did not worth to this trip.
The only good thing is the tour guide Jonny did a fantastic job.

My husband and I thought the tour was amazing! Everything was planned well and our tour guide was very accommodating and fun. We added the journey under the falls and it was definitely a 10/10 experience! I would recommend doing this if you are going during the winter! Our tour guide, Johnny, was cool…”he knew everything”. Tour guide was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The view of the falls from lunch is worth the investment. Breathtaking! Definitely recommend doing the boat tour. Overall a very positive experience. The itinerary was comprehensive and there is so much to do. I highly recommend and plan to return myself booking with the same tour. I had teens with me and the itinerary didn’t stay too long at any one place yet stayed long enough for the adults to enjoy.

I might have been better off driving myself. I would have been happy with just the visit to the falls and the cruise. All the stops were basically tourist traps and didn’t add anything for me except for wasted time. Also, took 3 hrs to get back because we left at 4 and there was a game that evening. 11 hr trip for 2 hrs of time I wanted to spend at the falls. Also, they didn’t pick me up at an hotel but gave me a location to meet the bus at, so pay attention to the pickup places.

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful guide/driver who made our journey to and from Niagara interesting.
The boat cruise was brilliant and lunch with view of the falls ok.
We had a group with additional needs with us and our guide did his best but it would have been a better experience for that group if an interpreter had been with us.
