A great tour with optional extras or free time in its place. We did the behind the falls add on and this was good and didn’t take too long which meant we had plenty of time to take photos at the falls and get some lunch.
Tracey was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was happy to answer any questions we had and point out good places to grab food/ snacks during the free time at the falls.

Overall, we had a great time. Our driver, John, has been doing this a while and was very comfortable in his style of delivery and monologue all the way to the Niagara area. With an international group on the bus, not sure why he felt it necessary to talk about cost of living in different communities along the route.
What was seen as a negative for me was the fact that different people on the bus had purchased different tour options. We were all on a slightly different tour yet we had to endure a detailed sales pitch for all the various add-ons (helicopter ride, Skylon tower, behind the falls experience, etc.). I had already made my choice and assumed my tour would include just those items included in the package I had selected. Not at all the case. We went to all the stops whether or not it was purchased so in some small way I found that to be a waste of time and felt like I was on a “tour buffet” where I was along for the ride whether or not I purchased that add-on experience.
John worked really had once we got to the Falls to shepherd his various sub-groups towards the experienced they purchased. Not having to wait in the general admission line and in effect go through a “FastPass” lane into the attractions may have been worth the price of the tour alone!
The final stop for the last hour at the touristy and somewhat seedy area by the Sheraton hotel was a zero for me. I hope others on the bus enjoyed that - I certainly did not.
Would I do this tour again? Absolutely. With a few tweaks to the itinerary, this could easily be a five star experience.

When we arrived the boats were not running and the backup option was down too for a malfunction. We want our money back.

Frank (driver) and Tracy (guide) were on time and very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to see everything we wanted to see and thanks to Tracy for recommending the helicopter ride which was my favorite!

i went with my partner and sister to take this tour, with Pauly as our tour guide. he was extremely welcoming to us and eased any of our concerns all along the way. he was extremely organized and made sure we all got through everything we wanted to with plenty of time, and made sure to accommodate everyone. the day was beautiful and using this service made it so much easier to just enjoy the day instead of worrying about planning. the bus could get a little hot, so i would just say to try and stay hydrated or bring a fan. i would definitely recommend this tour and would take it again if i visit toronto!

Bring a jacket can be wet. Make sure you know what the weather conditions will be. Knowing this will determine which extra activity is the most appropriate

You make various different stops but nothing felt too excessive on terms of the time you get to spend in each location. If you don't come during summer season the Journey behind the falls potentially isn't really worth it, when I visited the two portals were blocked by ice so you couldn't really see anything you only got the view from the side and without clear weather this wasn't anything worth paying for.
John shared a lot of information about the falls but also Toronto and the general area during our drive to the falls.

Fantastic and well worth the money. Great knowledge from our tour guide Andrew, who gave us lots of information and knowledge about the falls. He also made everyone welcome, relaxed and got all other tourists and nationalities interacting and having fun. Another bucket list experience for us and will definitely use Viator again for future trips.

I really enjoyed the trip. Me and my granddaughter were visiting for her spring break. The tour bus picked us at our hotel and we were greeted by Mr. Andrew. The tour made several stop along the way which was nice.

This tour great way to see Niagara Falls! Our tour guide, Paul, was very helpful and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop on the tour. My highlight was definitely seeing the falls in winter, surrounded by snow, but I also really enjoyed the maple syrup and ice wine tastings. I would definitely recommend this tour!

I recently joined this day trip from Toronto (Jan 22), and it was an incredibly efficient way to see the best of the region. As someone who values well-organized itineraries, I was thoroughly impressed.

The experience was okay, but felt like it wasn’t organized properly.I believe that it was like that because it’s a tour with a lot of different people. Not all of them spoke English, the tour guide was a bit frustrated about it, so they were constantly late. We had a lot of independent time, but I would prefer it to be like a tour with a lot of history and fun facts.
