This was one of the best tours I’ve been on! Adam was fantastic and our driver, Raymond, got us there smoothly. Adam was very knowledgeable with the Toronto area as we were driving by. He was also very knowledgeable about the Falls. He provided plenty of recommendations, to do during the tour and Toronto as a whole. One of the most personable tour guides I’ve had in my life. It was a nice touch he had the bus sing happy birthday to our friend when he found out mid-trip it was my friend’s birthday.
If I were to do this again, I would skip the Behind the Falls walking tour. I thought we were actually going to be behind the falls but it was more-so an overcrowded tunnel with a fenced off opening at the end of the tunnel a few feet behind the falls for you to see the falls. It was nice to be on the observation deck right next to the falls though as Behind the Falls included that.
This tour gave us plenty of time to enjoy Niagara Falls and plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the evening in Toronto. We utilized Adam’s recommendations to plan the rest of our evening.

The queue lines move faster than you might expect when you join. You will get good and wet top deck on boat.

It was a lovely trip to the falls, even with pouring rain!! Lina was our driver / tour guide and was so wonderful throughout the day. Very clear communication, entertainment, and a knowledgeable woman. We were worried that the rain was going to impede our trip, but it didn’t! So glad we got to do this.

I guess I had higher expectations of this tour, thinking there would be more explanations of things or “guide” involvement, but in reality, it turned out to be an expensive ride to Niagara Falls and back.
JD was our guide and he was nice and a safe driver, but just ok as a tour guide. He talked to us about the steel companies on the way to Niagara Falls for a short bit, but was mostly quiet. I felt there was a lot more he could have shared or been a little more interactive, but it mostly felt like he was just a driver.
First stop was the flower clock for about ten min. The flower clock was really an excuse for a bathroom stop. The flower clock was not very impressive or worth a stop.
The maple syrup shop was next and we were here for about 45 min. It was interesting and included a tasting. The tour description made it seem like the tasting was part of the tour cost, but in reality, anyone who stepped into this tour got a free tasting, tour group or not. This stop was a longer stop, as JD dropped us off here and went to buy our boat tickets.
I felt the “4 hrs in Niagara Falls” was a little misleading because while it is 4 hours, it is broken up into two 2-hr parts. The first 2-hr part was at Clifton Hills, which had a lot of restaurants and boardwalk style entertainment. We did the boat ride here, worth the extra fee. Lines to buy the tickets were very short though, and the “express skip the line” benefit of this tour seemed unnecessary. It was a July summer day, good weather, but crowds were not bad. The tour guide did not come on the boat with us.
After the boat ride to the falls and back, we had just a little under an hour remaining to eat lunch and explore Clifton Hills before meeting JD. This didn’t seem like enough time to enjoy a sit down restaurant. Though I was hoping to go to a BBQ restaurant, the ended up just grabbing food from a fast food restaurant nearby so we wouldn’t miss the meet up time.
At 1:30pm the whole group met up and boarded the tour bus and JD drove us several miles over to Table Rock. Those that bought Journey to the Falls tickets went on that excursion while the rest of us had 2 hrs to kill at the overpriced Table Rock gift shop. There’s a couple of dining options here but aside from dining and browsing the gift shop, there’s not much to do. It is very crowded with people sitting on the floor, at the tables and packed into the gift shop area.
You can look at the falls nearby and take pictures, which is what we ended up going to kill time. Two hours seemed like a long time to be stuck here though. I would have liked the option to stay in Clifton Hills and relax for the remaining 3 hrs after the boat tour but this didn’t seem like an option.
At the end of the two hour mark, the whole group met again and headed back to Toronto. The ride back took 2.5hrs and we arrived back a little after 6pm. No narration from the tour guide on the ride back.
My final thoughts are, for a first time visitor, if money is not an option and you want everything taken care of for you, this is an ok option. I was not very impressed by our tour guide, as I felt he was more like a driver than an actual tour guide. It was convenient though to have someone drive us from point A to point B.
I wanted to give a detailed breakdown of our day so no one else would be surprised like I was, that the 4 hrs at Niagara Falls is really broken into 2 parts and you don’t have any choice in where you spend your time.
If you want more freedom and flexibility, there are buses from Toronto that are much less expensive and would take the same amount of time going to and from Niagara Falls. As I mentioned, ticket lines were not long and it didn’t seem like you’d have to wait more than a few minutes to purchase them.

We're sorry to hear the experience did not meet your expectations. Our guides are trained to provide commentary, local history, interesting facts, and stories during the drive to Niagara Falls as well as while guests are visiting the different stops, so we're sorry if you felt there wasn't enough interaction during your tour. On the return trip to Toronto, we intentionally keep commentary to a minimum because after a full day, many guests prefer a quiet ride to relax or even take a nap before arriving back.
The stop at the Floral Clock does offer convenient restrooms after the drive, but we also include it sometimes because it is one of the largest floral clocks in the world and many guests enjoy seeing this unique landmark. We understand it may not be a highlight for everyone, but it's a stop that many visitors appreciate.
Regarding your time in Niagara Falls, our itinerary includes both Clifton Hill and Table Rock because they each offer a very different perspective of the falls. Clifton Hill provides excellent views of the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls, while Table Rock offers the closest and most iconic view of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. We feel it would be a shame for guests to visit Niagara Falls and only experience one side. The two areas are also connected by the scenic Niagara Parkway and are approximately a 15 minute walk apart, so guests are welcome to walk between them during their free time. We're sorry if this wasn't clearly explained during your tour.
While there are gift shops throughout Niagara Falls, the main attraction at Table Rock is, of course, the incredible view of the Horseshoe Falls, which is the largest and most famous of the three waterfalls. As for the boat tickets, wait times can vary greatly depending on the day and season. Some days the lines are short, while on others they can be quite long, so arranging tickets in advance helps avoid potential delays even if it isn't needed every day.

Niagra Falls is a truly amazing place, both awe inspiring and beautiful . Words cannot do it justice, you need to visit and take lots of photos. Queen tours is a family run business with attention to detail. They run smaller groups on their tours and if you are lucky enough to have Andrew as your driver/guide, then you are in for a special time

Our tour was with Queen Tour and our tour guide was Andrew, who is a reliable driver and good tourguide and kept our group of about 24 on time. We hit all the promised stops- whirpool, the maple syrup, the boat and the journey behind the falls. I only wished there were more hours in the day to spens at the Falls.

You need to buy this ticket and the viewing tower separately if you want to do that, it isn't included. Lina can do that and the helicopter on the day of you decide you want that price is the same as in here.

We had a fantastic day at Niagara Falls with Queen Tours! Our tour guide, Nadia, kept everyone well informed throughout the day, clearly explaining the schedule and sharing interesting facts about Ontario's steel industry, the Great Lakes, and other notable landmarks along the way.
The coach bus arrived on time, and boarding was well organized. Throughout the day, Nadia regularly did headcounts to make sure no one was left behind. Our bus driver was friendly, and the lighthearted banter between him and Nadia made the ride even more enjoyable.
We were able to get a great deal that included both Journey Behind the Falls and the Hornblower Niagara Cruise. I highly recommend doing both! The Hornblower takes you incredibly close to the falls. Although it rained a little, it didn't take away from the experience at all. Surprisingly, you don't get nearly as soaked as you might expect, and it's truly a memorable experience.
We also stopped at a maple syrup and chocolate factory. While it was a nice stop, I personally felt it was a bit too long. Thirty to forty-five minutes would have been plenty of time to sample the products, take a few pictures, and grab a quick bite. Once you arrive at Niagara Parks and begin the attractions, time flies, so any extra time there would be appreciated. There's enough time to enjoy the included activities and grab something to eat, but not enough time to fully explore the entire park—which just gives you a great reason to come back!
We returned to our hotel a little earlier than expected, which was perfectly fine. After such an early start and a full day of sightseeing, most of us slept comfortably on the ride back. The coach bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned.
Overall, this tour was well organized, professional, and a lot of fun. I would absolutely recommend Queen Tours. We also found a great deal by booking through Viator, so it's worth checking there for discounts before you book.

It was a really nice tour with a really good guide! The only thing that I wish I knew beforehand that in order to see the waterfall properly you almost need to book the boat tour, which made it more expensive. This would have been good to know beforehand!

I live in NYC and have been to many tours both in the US and internationally, for example Italy, Japan, Austria. This was by far the worst tour I have ever been on.
They managed the tour like we were school children and we were reporting to the strictest teacher at school who we all hate. In other countries, the tour guides and tour operators need to get a license or certified to operate a tour. Here, it seemed like the tour company and tour guide had no experience like that. The only qualification our tour guide had was she was a former school bus driver. She told us almost nothing about Toronto or Niagara falls (again her lack of training was very obvious). Her being on the bus made no difference.
On the tour posting, they could mention how different meeting points could lead to different buses and the meet up time at each meeting point. But they were not open to hearing any feedback how they could improve. In fact, they told me how they do things is how it done everywhere and had no intention doing things better.
I understand that they want to be on time the whole day. But they were strict to a point where me and my friends felt stressed out the whole day to enjoy the tour.
The fall was nice and the driver seemed pleasant as well. But the tour company and the tour guides were worst experienced I ever had.

All of our guides are certified Niagara Parks tour guides. Your dedicated tour guide is an amazing woman who brings over 3 years of guiding experience. You and your friend made multiple bookings from different pick-up locations and did not ask to be together until late at night before departure. We immediately made space on the other bus for you and your friend, but you got mad at us because you were still at your hotel eating breakfast and wanted us to hold the other bus for you while you finished, even though other passengers were waiting to depart. You managed to make it on time but were rude to the tour guide for the rest of the day. It is a lie to claim we never told you about multiple buses - we sent you and your friends confirmation emails right after booking, stating that we have multiple buses per day and that you need to be on time for your assigned pickup. We also sent you a WhatsApp and email reminder with the same information the afternoon before the tour. You don’t need to lecture us about your extensive travel resume as if it establishes some sort of superiority or social proof - we sent you and your friends 3 WhatsApps/email alerts prior to the tour, we made last-minute changes to accommodate you, and your tour guide treated you with respect despite your rude attitude and comments towards her. I'm very proud of our amazing tour guide who handled the situation so well, and our top-tier customer service staff who ignored your rude comments over the phone and helped you make it to the tour on time. As the owner, I am so blessed to be working with such an amazing team. Wishing you all the best, and I hope you treat others better in the future when you make a mistake. ☺️

Small buses which was a surprise on arrival as we had antipated a coach but it made for a small group so good to manouvre through the inevitable crowds. Marian tried really hard to keep us as cool as possible through the blistering heat wave and her refills of cold water, her fans and cool towels were a super touch and very much appreciated.
My husband struggled on crutches with even the small amount of queuing required and the team were great arranging a refund of the boat ticket when he realised it was going to be a step too far.
Journey behind the falls was a great addition to the day too.

Absolutely amazing!! The staff was very very well organized, helpful, and explained things clearly. Mike was an AMAZING guide! He was funny and kind, and gave lots of great info and tips throughout the trip. The bus was comfortable. I did both excursions and they were soooo worth it! So so cool!! The overall tour was awesome! It was an excellent day trip.
I did the cruise and behind the falls, you must do both of those, it is an experience like non other.
He showed us the rapids ahead of the falls and horseshoe bay down the falls.

Don’t hesitate to book this tour! They made things so easy for us from pickup to drop off. We were offered a bathroom stop on the way if needed. Also offered to add on additional discounted attractions if you didn’t sign up for them before. The Falls were truly amazing—God’s creation at its finest!
We got Paul (Pauliie) as our guide and he was great. Made us all feel comfortable and made it all fun.
