It was a pleasant day with Suresh as our great driver and guide.
The maple syrup tasting felt a bit too much like a commercial obligation. We could have done without it, and spent more time at the falls.

The tour bus was very uncomfortable and hot!! AC didn’t seem to work. The plus is that our tour guide was awesome.

Hello! All of our buses have AC maintenance in April before the summer. Your bus, N5, has the most powerful AC unit available in the bus market for similar buses. We have notified your tour guide of the feedback and reminded all our guides to encourage guests to be more vocal if they feel the bus is too warm, so they can adjust the temperature. We also offered you a courtesy refund as soon as you submitted your complaint, which you accepted.

Great day out with Marian, she made us feel at home and safe travelling to Niagara, she shared her extensive knowledge of the area and made sure we saw all the sights and went over and above to accommodate all of us on the tour, truly a lovely lady and a credit to Queen Tours.

The tour made multilple stops like the clock flower, the waterpool, and more. You will get a 10% at the mapple syrup tasting store. We had a great time in the boat cruise and the journey behind the falls. I would totaly recomend both atractions. If you only want to do one, i sugest to take the journey behind the falls. You will not get as wet as the boat ride, would have the pictures up close of the falls and then you'll have more time at clifton hill. You will have the express line, so is a plus (we saw the other line and they weren't moving). If you also want to do the helicopter, there is an option to add it on the way there (you will have to pay it on the trip) Perfect day trip and Marian was great! Super friendly staff!

Our tour guide Tracy was great and kept things moving throughout the day with plenty of options to choose from.
I did the behind the falls and hornblower cruise and would recommend both but if your budget only stretches to one I would go with the cruise.

Queen tour of Niagara Falls is perfect for all types of travelers. Our tour guide, Captain (Michael) was so friendly, organised and knowledgeable. Bus was clean and on time. Very good price and fun day. Would recommend for solo travelers

We had a great time on the 8am Niagara Falls tour this morning, guided by Tracy, and driven by Vito.
It was a fantastic 8 plus hours. Tracy was extremely accommodating and waited for us this morning due to our lateness.
She had all the non-tour sites identified for us, pointing them out left and right as Vito was driving.
I'm not sure if this is standard, but Tracy gave the other passengers ample chances to join in on the Behind Niagara portion, which several did (maybe all of them?). She even took the time to buy them their tickets while we were doing our own thing elsewhere, so they would be able to join us upon arrival.
We also appreciated Tracy and Vito dropping us off closest to the boat harbor, which saved us alot of walking in the raining distance.
Rain is as rain does, but Tracy and Vito kept us on time for each stop, with Tracy making known whom was missing before we were able to depart each stop. I think this enabled the passengers to look in their areas, in case they saw someone not there. And she made sure we would not leave anyone behind.
The rain sucked, but we had a great time. Thank you Tracy and Vito.

Well thought out and timely. The bus arrived on time and Cari greeted us all. She was great at communicating what was to come and giving us fun facts along the way. She was funny and tried to help all guests the best she could. We purchased tickets for another tourist site and she made it a point to point it out so we knew how to get there. Very thoughtful. The bus was comfortable and the driver (can’t recall his name) did an amazing job as well. Very smooth ride. Strongly recommend this tour.

Amazing natural wonder. We took the boat trip which was such an experience, absolutely stunning. We also did the behind the falls walk which in our option wasn’t that great. You walk to a viewing platform and then through some tunnels and look out behind the falls. I was hoping for a better experience from the behind the falls. However absolutely recommend the boat tour. Guide was great and friendly. The bus was a little old and for a two hour journey it was very noisy. Overall a very enjoyable day

Fun day trip for my first time to Niagara! We left Toronto promptly at 8:10am. From there it was a smooth ride- Paul was super knowledgeable and told us fun facts about some of the places we were driving past on the way there. The bus was clean, comfortable, and even had chargers and storage space which was great for a 1.5hr drive!
In terms of stops, our first one was technically just a drive-by of the Niagara clock, which was cool to see but I'm glad we didn't get out for lol. We then made our way to the Maple Syrup tasting, where we were able to sample a flight of different maple syrups! Super cool and very yummy!! We arrived to Niagara Falls itself around 11am. At this point, those that purchased the boat tour option went and did that. I opted only for Journey Behind the Falls, which wasn't until 2pm, so I had a lot of time to explore on my own. I was able to walk and take SO many pictures, do Niagara Takes Flight, grab lunch, and explore the Clifton Hills area! Journey Behind the Falls was SUPER cool and I highly recommend it to anyone, boat cruise or not. I will say that if you do the boat tour, you may not have as much time to pack in everything I listed. At 3pm, we all met back up at the bus where Paul drove us around and showed us some more cool things in the area (rapids, whirlpool, etc) before starting the drive back to Toronto. We got back to the city around 5pm or so, and Paul was kind enough to offer to stop at additional stops other than the one we all initially met at. I think 11am-3pm is just enough time to explore everything and do the major attractions. I would recommend grabbing lunch at Table Rock rather than Clifton Hills bc they have more quick service options! So you can make good use of your time :)
I would highly recommend this tour to any traveler interested in doing a day trip to Niagara, but it was especially great for solo travelers. It was very convenient, Paul was super kind and accommodating, and overall the experience is very peaceful and safe. Paul kept the vibes up the whole time, and his energy was infectious!

Do not use the provider if you are a plus size couple, Im a 24, my partner 3XL, Niagra Falls was amazing, but the seat pitch on the coaches they used was very narrow, I ended off hanging half of the seat, and as the roads are awful ended up with so many bruises it just was painful and very uncomfortable. Not the tour opperators fault as 99% of people would be fine, but if you are a couple who arent regular size, choose another option. Just to add we did 3 other tours with other providers all were fine, just the seats with this service that werent forgiving. Just to explain how painful, we debated a ride service back to avoid the return journey but did not have enough cash on us.

This was a wonderful package that takes away the stress of logistics and lines, and takes you to some scenic overlooks, some snacks and tasting, and a fun experience through the falls. It includes the tastings and the boat ride, where journey behind the falls is optional. The views were phenomenal and our guide was very sweet and considerate and patient with the language gap.
Salvatore and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I so we could stay end spend time together and have the same experience even though we all had separate bookings and packages. The gaps that our relatives travel agent had were bridged by their support to get us on the same bus, same experience, and the same pickup spot (my family didn’t have anything selected)

Great trip. Plenty of time to spend at Niagara Falls to do all the things you want. Paul was a very knowledgeable guide. If boat and behind the falls are booked as part of the trip then you’re escorted through the line. Not too many in the bus so not waiting around for everyone to turn up. Highly recommended.
