This was one of the best tours I’ve been on! Adam was fantastic and our driver, Raymond, got us there smoothly. Adam was very knowledgeable with the Toronto area as we were driving by. He was also very knowledgeable about the Falls. He provided plenty of recommendations, to do during the tour and Toronto as a whole. One of the most personable tour guides I’ve had in my life. It was a nice touch he had the bus sing happy birthday to our friend when he found out mid-trip it was my friend’s birthday.
If I were to do this again, I would skip the Behind the Falls walking tour. I thought we were actually going to be behind the falls but it was more-so an overcrowded tunnel with a fenced off opening at the end of the tunnel a few feet behind the falls for you to see the falls. It was nice to be on the observation deck right next to the falls though as Behind the Falls included that.
This tour gave us plenty of time to enjoy Niagara Falls and plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the evening in Toronto. We utilized Adam’s recommendations to plan the rest of our evening.

Winston our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the route and gave us a lot of information on our way to Niagara Falls. His very cool, calm, and collected, the trip was definitely worth it.

If you’re at a hotel, bring the shower cap for your hair, you can thank me later. Also wear rubber sandals as sneakers will cause you to have wet feet all day. Our guide Marian was wonderful though, she’s hilarious and kind

This was a spectacular trip to the falls with an unforgettable boat trip (prepare to get wet!). The trip behind the falls was well worth it to see Niagara from the other side.
Our guide Jose was brilliant - full of insights about Toronto and we were in safe hands at Niagara where he sorted all our tickets and kept us on time throughout.

The Canadian side of Niagara is simply spectacular. The bus trip was outstanding. Kaleb was the guide and Mike was the driver. So organized and well done. Having our boat tickets handed to us to fast track it through lines was worth every penny. The boat ride is incredible way to see the falls up close. Plenty of time to do both boat ride and journey behind the falls and you have to do both to get the full experience. Super comfortable bus for the ride to and from. This tour is a must do!

We are from KC, MO, US and I 100% recommend Queen Tours for Niagara Falls! First off, when you book a tour, call and request Andrew. He’s awesome. Second, do the helicopter. I gave 5 stars even though there was a small mix up at the helicopter place for 2 reasons:
1) we were running late for getting tickets to the boat ride, and Andrew not only helped us out by getting tickets for us ahead of time, but also by giving us some breathing room to grab some food since we missed the food stop due to the helicopter.
2) I always knew what was next and where we were going because Andrew was a solid communicator. We lost nothing on the day even with the delay. Awesome awesome awesome.
10/10 Queen tours and 10/10 Andrew the tour guide!
Trip was me (34) and my dad who is 60 and we did the tour without issues!

A very large tour bus picked us up from our hotel, very convenient. The tour guide was standing outside and confirmed our reservation and we were on our way. Both the tour guide and bus driver were quite friendly and made the long ride enjoyable. This was a very easy way to see Niagara Falls because the traffic in town is CRAZY.

It was a great day trip to Niagara falls. I highly recommend doing the behind the falls tour or boat tour as an add on option- you will not be disappointed. Glen was our tour guide and he was awesome- he was so knowledgeable and gave us so many stories about the place.

We had a great experience with Queen Tour on our Niagara Falls day trip from Toronto. The itinerary was well organized, everything ran on time, and we had enough free time to enjoy the falls without feeling rushed.
A special thanks to our guide, Salvatore, who really made the difference. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining throughout the day. He shared interesting facts about the region, gave clear instructions at every stop, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and knew exactly where to be. His passion and positive attitude created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a hassle-free way to visit Niagara Falls from Toronto, I would definitely recommend this tour—and if you’re lucky enough to have Salvatore as your guide, you’re in excellent hands!

Very well organised tour, pick ups as stated. Our guide John was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Buses hold about 20-25 people so not too large making it easier to navigate meeting up.
Definitely have some cash available. Better to book all the activities through the company than do it yourself.
All-round great experience. Would recommend the company.

Great way to see the falls from Toronto with plenty of time to see everything. We had pre booked the boat ride and the under the falls walk, but these and other could also be booked on the coach. Full coach with an entertaining driver. Enjoyed the trip and would recommend.

It was a lovely trip to the falls, even with pouring rain!! Lina was our driver / tour guide and was so wonderful throughout the day. Very clear communication, entertainment, and a knowledgeable woman. We were worried that the rain was going to impede our trip, but it didn’t! So glad we got to do this.

I guess I had higher expectations of this tour, thinking there would be more explanations of things or “guide” involvement, but in reality, it turned out to be an expensive ride to Niagara Falls and back.
JD was our guide and he was nice and a safe driver, but just ok as a tour guide. He talked to us about the steel companies on the way to Niagara Falls for a short bit, but was mostly quiet. I felt there was a lot more he could have shared or been a little more interactive, but it mostly felt like he was just a driver.
First stop was the flower clock for about ten min. The flower clock was really an excuse for a bathroom stop. The flower clock was not very impressive or worth a stop.
The maple syrup shop was next and we were here for about 45 min. It was interesting and included a tasting. The tour description made it seem like the tasting was part of the tour cost, but in reality, anyone who stepped into this tour got a free tasting, tour group or not. This stop was a longer stop, as JD dropped us off here and went to buy our boat tickets.
I felt the “4 hrs in Niagara Falls” was a little misleading because while it is 4 hours, it is broken up into two 2-hr parts. The first 2-hr part was at Clifton Hills, which had a lot of restaurants and boardwalk style entertainment. We did the boat ride here, worth the extra fee. Lines to buy the tickets were very short though, and the “express skip the line” benefit of this tour seemed unnecessary. It was a July summer day, good weather, but crowds were not bad. The tour guide did not come on the boat with us.
After the boat ride to the falls and back, we had just a little under an hour remaining to eat lunch and explore Clifton Hills before meeting JD. This didn’t seem like enough time to enjoy a sit down restaurant. Though I was hoping to go to a BBQ restaurant, the ended up just grabbing food from a fast food restaurant nearby so we wouldn’t miss the meet up time.
At 1:30pm the whole group met up and boarded the tour bus and JD drove us several miles over to Table Rock. Those that bought Journey to the Falls tickets went on that excursion while the rest of us had 2 hrs to kill at the overpriced Table Rock gift shop. There’s a couple of dining options here but aside from dining and browsing the gift shop, there’s not much to do. It is very crowded with people sitting on the floor, at the tables and packed into the gift shop area.
You can look at the falls nearby and take pictures, which is what we ended up going to kill time. Two hours seemed like a long time to be stuck here though. I would have liked the option to stay in Clifton Hills and relax for the remaining 3 hrs after the boat tour but this didn’t seem like an option.
At the end of the two hour mark, the whole group met again and headed back to Toronto. The ride back took 2.5hrs and we arrived back a little after 6pm. No narration from the tour guide on the ride back.
My final thoughts are, for a first time visitor, if money is not an option and you want everything taken care of for you, this is an ok option. I was not very impressed by our tour guide, as I felt he was more like a driver than an actual tour guide. It was convenient though to have someone drive us from point A to point B.
I wanted to give a detailed breakdown of our day so no one else would be surprised like I was, that the 4 hrs at Niagara Falls is really broken into 2 parts and you don’t have any choice in where you spend your time.
If you want more freedom and flexibility, there are buses from Toronto that are much less expensive and would take the same amount of time going to and from Niagara Falls. As I mentioned, ticket lines were not long and it didn’t seem like you’d have to wait more than a few minutes to purchase them.

We're sorry to hear the experience did not meet your expectations. Our guides are trained to provide commentary, local history, interesting facts, and stories during the drive to Niagara Falls as well as while guests are visiting the different stops, so we're sorry if you felt there wasn't enough interaction during your tour. On the return trip to Toronto, we intentionally keep commentary to a minimum because after a full day, many guests prefer a quiet ride to relax or even take a nap before arriving back.
The stop at the Floral Clock does offer convenient restrooms after the drive, but we also include it sometimes because it is one of the largest floral clocks in the world and many guests enjoy seeing this unique landmark. We understand it may not be a highlight for everyone, but it's a stop that many visitors appreciate.
Regarding your time in Niagara Falls, our itinerary includes both Clifton Hill and Table Rock because they each offer a very different perspective of the falls. Clifton Hill provides excellent views of the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls, while Table Rock offers the closest and most iconic view of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. We feel it would be a shame for guests to visit Niagara Falls and only experience one side. The two areas are also connected by the scenic Niagara Parkway and are approximately a 15 minute walk apart, so guests are welcome to walk between them during their free time. We're sorry if this wasn't clearly explained during your tour.
While there are gift shops throughout Niagara Falls, the main attraction at Table Rock is, of course, the incredible view of the Horseshoe Falls, which is the largest and most famous of the three waterfalls. As for the boat tickets, wait times can vary greatly depending on the day and season. Some days the lines are short, while on others they can be quite long, so arranging tickets in advance helps avoid potential delays even if it isn't needed every day.

Niagra Falls is a truly amazing place, both awe inspiring and beautiful . Words cannot do it justice, you need to visit and take lots of photos. Queen tours is a family run business with attention to detail. They run smaller groups on their tours and if you are lucky enough to have Andrew as your driver/guide, then you are in for a special time
