Your comprehensive hop-on hop-off bus tour begins at a time and place that work best for you: With your tickets, you have the ultimate flexibility when determining your sightseeing schedule. Choose to meet at the central start point and stay aboard for the whole loop, or board at any of the other stops en route (buses arrive roughly every half hour).
Once aboard, listen to the live English or multilingual audio commentary and learn insider stories about the sights that you wouldn’t hear on your own. You’ll embark on a loop past many of the city’s key landmarks, all without having to find your own way through the city.
This route will take you past iconic sights including the CN Tower, the Hockey Hall of Fame, the Distillery District, the St. Lawrence Market, and more, making it a great option for first-time or time-pressed Toronto visitors.
Your tickets expire after 24 or 48 hours, but until then, you can hop on and off as much as you’d like.

Our guide on Nov. 28, departure at 12:06 from Wellesley & Yonge was Marilyn (?). She was fantastic! So informative, upbeat, at ease, gracious, nuanced, energetic! The trip was very good because of her.
The staff in general were polite and helpful!
It would have been nice for us if there had been more buses, as that would have eased our on-off options. As it was, we decided to stay on the bus for the full circuit and then explore.

We were relieved to see that the top level of the bus was covered and heated! Be aware of their time schedule, which they stick to. In the winter, only one bus runs the route, so the wait is 2 hours. Just check their schedule!

We actually never got to use our booking because the description on your website was wrong. Noted bus came every 30 min but this is not the case in November. Your website is not up to date, very disappointing.

Main level inside was freezing cold. This is November and thought it would be warm inside. We may as well have been on the upper outside level. Narration worked before our stop at The CN Tower but didn’t work after we boarded again.

The enclosed double decker bus was a great way to see the city. Great route that stopped at the places we most wanted to see. The bus ran on time and true to their word, arrived to pick us up when they said it would. The various guides were informative, often funny & added so much to our sightseeing.

We are in Toronto only for a day and were expecting to see more and at least an overview of Toronto. The website said 25 minutes wait for bus stops, but it took 45 minutes to 1 hour wait. We were waiting a long time and wasting our time. Our tour guide is not informative at all. It’s a waste of time.

This tour is a fantastic way to see many important sites. It’s a great way to make a loop, see what looks interesting, and then go back around and get off to explore in depth. 13 different places of interest have stops. Many unique things, along the way are seen from the drive. Tour guides are friendly and knowledgeable.

1) Avoid taking the bus when there are events in the stadiums, the traffic and the honking by the bus driver spoils a pleasant ride on the bus
2) The signs on the Sightseeing Bus Stop providing information of the phone number to call does not work for most tourist who do not have roaming. Suggest the 416 410 0536 be available via Whats App or WeChat call leaving the riders to choose options of bus stop # and a voice activated response of ETA of the bus.

Good for having a view of Toronto. Difficult to see the stops before you board and try to figure out where to take the bus. Viator's app only says "stops as advertised" but you can't find a map anywhere unless you contact the operator. Should be easier or have a link directly in the app.
