Your comprehensive hop-on hop-off bus tour begins at a time and place that work best for you: With your tickets, you have the ultimate flexibility when determining your sightseeing schedule. Choose to meet at the central start point and stay aboard for the whole loop, or board at any of the other stops en route (buses arrive roughly every half hour).
Once aboard, listen to the live English or multilingual audio commentary and learn insider stories about the sights that you wouldn’t hear on your own. You’ll embark on a loop past many of the city’s key landmarks, all without having to find your own way through the city.
This route will take you past iconic sights including the CN Tower, the Hockey Hall of Fame, the Distillery District, the St. Lawrence Market, and more, making it a great option for first-time or time-pressed Toronto visitors.

It was a beautiful sunny day and the announcer who was telling us about the sites did a great job. I just really felt that many of the stops were far from points of interest and made hopping on and hopping off highly unlikely

Not all buses have translator. The scanner ran out of paper. Bus was rusty and has seen better days.

The pickup points were a bit confusing. The loop was a good choice of sights. We thought it went longer than 6pm. We had 3 different guides. Some were much clearer to understand than others. Liked the part where we were given a head set so you could listen to what was being said.

The staff is knowledgeable and fun. The buses are clean. If you’re going to Casa Loma, be prepared for a looong, steep walk. The buses are very crowded, even on a Wednesday! Overall, a positive experience!

Toronto isn’t that interesting. Nothing very unique and interesting. The narration wasn’t nearly as well done as other hop on hop
off bus tours we have done in other cities. Halfway through the trip there is a 15 minute break with the option of possibly taking one of their other buses. Oh well.

Nice to do the whole route first if at all unsure what to do. Second time around you can go exploring if you are interested in an area. Also, liked the option of buying tickets at a discount for a specific place ie CN tower.

It was difficult to find the pick up location, we waited at three locations where the Hop on/off bus sign was and had several busses pass us by. I made more than 3 calls to the local vendor with no answer and at least 3 calls to Viator. By the time we were finally able to get on a bus it was the last tour for the day. Our entire day was wasted. I am extremely disappointed and will request a refund

The bus we had did not have working windows so everyone went up so we at least got some air. Our guide was knowledgeable, but she was hard to hear and understand and spoke in a monotone voice. She did not give her name. The second bus we got on was more comfortable, and the guide was livelier, but the whole tour itself was not that interesting. Other staff members were helpful and kind including at the ticket office.

A nice little tour around downtown Toronto. The tour guides were very informative, helpful and nice. Easy way to hop on and hop off a bus to different attractions but you will have to pay to get in. We visited Casa Loma and the market.

The LIVE Times were accurate ! I was very suprised. The bus showed up just like it shows on the map and you can see where they are . Only thing I would say is we need AC in the bottom half of the bus and close the windows ! it was hot. Also, Why can't the audio be turned on at the bottom of the bus instead of us having to use earphones that plug to the ceiling. I do see speakers on the bus ceiling downstairs. The guides were good ! They were informative and did their job showing off the city.

Fairly standard open top bus. Helps orientation of a new city giving ideas on where to visit that was compatible with interests. Problems with first bus meant that we had to change buses so extra 20 mins on journey. First guide was engaging but guide on second didn't seem bothered. Too much upselling by both guides.

Plan to wait a long time between bus stops. We started at Stop #9 and waited over an hour. There was a bus rep there, and he said there were 2 buses out of service. This is horrible!!

When we got on at CN Tower, we were told by the guy at the stop that as long as we got on at the Distillery District before the last bus, we could be brought back to the CN Tower. We confirmed this with the website. We were at the Distillery District stop an hour before their posted last stop. One bus drove by and didn't stop. The next one (which was still way before the last scheduled stop according to the website) only took us to Eaton Center (the next stop) and they were done for the day. We had to take a subway to get back to our original stop. Very frustrating for the cost of the ticket.

Good overview of the current city of Toronto. I'm a 65 cranky male, so my observations are a little biased,but, while our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny, I don't feel like i learned anything about the history of Toronto or Canada. Not sure if the French, British, or some other country originally established Toronto. Also, many of the guides movie references involved movies watched by younger audiences, but most of the people on the tour bus were over 45 years old.
