Your comprehensive hop-on hop-off bus tour begins at a time and place that work best for you: With your tickets, you have the ultimate flexibility when determining your sightseeing schedule. Choose to meet at the central start point and stay aboard for the whole loop, or board at any of the other stops en route (buses arrive roughly every half hour).
Once aboard, listen to the live English or multilingual audio commentary and learn insider stories about the sights that you wouldn’t hear on your own. You’ll embark on a loop past many of the city’s key landmarks, all without having to find your own way through the city.

Does what it says on the tin. A little difficult to find stops to hop on aside from the main starting point, but staff friendly.
Darwin was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about Toronto and gave us great recommendations and commentary was insightful and humorous. Thank you Darwin!

We had a whole day planned out including a hop off and visit to Casa Loma then back to the starting point, Harbourfront, for dinner and a boat tour. We got to the Harbourfront stop at 1:30. Out boat tour was at 6:30 so lots of time to stop at Casa Loma and be back for dinner and the boat cruise. The bus didn't come and leave until 3:00 after being told a few times 15 more minutes. We didn't get to Casa Loma until 4:47 when the tour guide let us know that it closes at 5pm. The tickets I bought were non refundable so there was a $100 loss, not my fault. We returned back at Harbourfront at 5:45. The tour is supposed to be 2 hrs and 15 mins round trip. After a very quick dinner we got to our boat tour with a minute to spare and were turned away because we weren't early and they were ready to go. No refund granted for that either. The whole day was thrown off because this bus was an hour and a half late. Very disappointed! Never did get a refund for the inconveniences from Viator or the tour company. And no response as to why. I will not use Viator or this tour company again.

Great experience and knowledgeable guide. Problem was that route had changed due to construction and road closures and Viatour did not alert us. We were stranded for about an hour without a clue as to where to meet the bus. Eventually, we flagged one down and they told us where to meet the bus. Viatour has all of our information--why didn't they notify us?

Had a great time and it may it easy to have to navigate Toronto traffic. We ended up on 3 different buses and all the tour guides were very entertaining, I also must mention that one of the drivers who I can't remember his name but he had gray hair and a goatee was a hoot.

A little unorganized. We were planning on getting off at stop 10, but at a previous stop the driver got out to go to the bathroom and put us behind schedule. They then decided to skip the next two stops skipping the one we wanted to get off at.

We we're walking around the city when it started to downpour rain! We picked up this tour bus which took us around town so we didn't miss out on any sites and kept dry!

A good experience to know Toronto quickly, there’s a lot historical sites, fancy shopping malls with big screens outside, modern office buildings and really high quality hotels located in downtown. Transit is convenient, and crowded people were doing the city walk, and so many things needed to be found in the big city.

It is a great way to get around without the hassle of a car and expense of taxi, especially if you are staying near one of the stops

The entire experience was fantastic. I had a good tour guide was very knowledgeable in all the sites that we went to were very interesting. The driver was very skillful and was very careful maneuvering through the traffic, which was very heavy due to the mini festivals and Blue Jays game that was happening. I absolutely loved Toronto. The city is so clean and the people are very friendly. Thank you via tour. I look forward to returning to Toronto in the fall to see what else is going on there. And I will more than likely spend the weekend because I do love the city and I love taking tours and I love Canada
