Took some time while in Toronto for work to go on this tour. So worth it. Johnny was very pleasant and let me wear his coat to stay warm.

Niagra Falls was crazy impressive!! The town on the Canadian side was hilarious, was like visiting a county or state fair. Definitely geared towards families with lots of attractions, rides and plenty of restaurants.

The view and activities are perfect. But the administration are terrible. The tour manager e mail shows different pickup points with the confirmation ticket. it make confusion and the response is late. The quality for bus was terrible, bad smell (diesel or gasoline…) not on-time etc

Our driver is very friendly and helpful. Regarding the tour package - The Niagara trip is excellent but it would have been better if additional time is allocated at the Falls area to explore more of it. I believe 1 hour is not enough. A combination of the horn blower and the behind the walls choice in the package would have been great. The bus should be provided with a microphone system so that we can clearly hear what our driver is saying.

We had a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. He picked up people at unscheduled pick up spots and waited an extended amount for an older couple that had health issues.

The boat ride in Niagara Falls is a must. It was amazing. Seeing it from the top does not do it justice.
The view during our lunch included with the tour was breathtaking. They had a very good selection of food and desserts.
We had an amazing time with our tour guide, Johnny. He was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained. He had great suggestions for us once the tour was over of other things we could do in Toronto.

The tour took us to all the places listed on the itinerary, timings were good, there was no queues and we saw everything we wanted to see.
The commentary was very limited we expected the driver to give information on the sights we were seeing and maybe a bit about the history of the areas, we just were told a few facts about population, it was not as interesting as we had hoped

Niagara Falls and the boat ride were great, the Chapel was good and the market there had some great products. Really disappointed we didn’t go to Niagara-on-the-lake as was listed in itinerary. That was one of the reasons I picked this tour. There was a hold up leaving in morning which we weren’t kept updated on.

This tour is an absolutely fantastic and worthwhile experience. It’s an action-packed day and the time goes by fast but one gets to see and experience so much. The boat ride around the bottom of the falls was a worthwhile experience. Even managed to have enough time to skip over to the US side and back. (Just be mindful of lines on the Canada side, CBSA only had one agent screening people). Garry was a great guide and driver.

If you're a tourist staying in Toronto, this tour is a great way to take in Niagara Falls. Transportation is provided and the tour guide we had, Johnny, shared a lot of interesting information along the way to the Falls. If we were to go again, we'd skip the lunch buffet at The Sheraton. Yes, the view is lovely, but the food is just average.

We did the tour behind the falls which was amazing to see and hear the power and beauty of the falls. We had ample time for shopping and also got to see Niagara on the Lake, the Whirlpool, the Floral Clock and the Wayside Chapel. I took my mom for her 77th Birthday and we had a great day!

Johnny was our guide. What a hoot! We had an hour ride from Toronto and our guide made it interesting. We took a little side trip through the Canadian wine country, he made sure we didn't want it any lines. All good.

Great trip but not what we booked. We booked a day trip to Niagara Falls but the evening before we were due to go the collection time was changed from 8am to 11.30am. Unknown to us the itinerary had changed and we had to pay an additional 162 Dollars to the tour guide for an evening buffet that was part of the revised tour. It was either that or wait whilst others on the trip stopped to eat. Quite a big additional outlay we weren’t expecting. We were also told that the trip behind the falls wasn’t included in our additional booking (after we had done that activity) and it was only because I had an e mail with my original booking on that I could prove I had already paid for that activity. As a woman travelling alone with her children this did make me feel quite uncomfortable. Having said that Jonny was a good tour guide and very enthusiastic but if the agenda and booking had been changed by this amount this should have been discussed with me before we set off.

Our guide was friendly, knowledgable and everything seemed to run smoothly. The falls were spectacular (as expected) and the boat cruise into the most was great fun! Our only gripes were that the bus was so old that the air conditioning was poor and all of the passengers were baking hot. Because the fans were turned up full no one could hear the commentary over the speakers so none of us really got any information until the bus we stopped and we asked, individually. We got stuck in traffic because of labor day weekend on the way back and the heat was awful. You should also beware that the bus is a mini bus and as such doesn’t have a toilet. It’s a long journey and although there are a couple of toilet stops you need to be able to wait if there’s traffic.

Our tour guide was Johnny, and he was the best guide I’ve ever had. It felt like I made a new friend. He took us to some beautiful areas of Niagara-on-the-Lake, and was well organized for our boat tickets to the falls. He kept us entertained with the history of the area, and his own fascinating history as well. He also made sure to keep us in the loop of everything we were doing and the timing for it all. Definitely recommend any tour with Johnny!

Had a nice time. Our experience will be memorable. We started off with a couple being late. The tour guide is a very patient individual. We took our journey to Niagara Falls. He instructed us to meet him in a certain area by 1:45pm. Three people did not return at that time. We waited one hour for them, only to discover that they were in a different location waiting. Overall, other people were getting irritable,but we made the best of the tour.

Seeing the falls up close is the best part.
There is a deliberate issue in booking Canadians in American Funds! Almost as if you are hoping people won’t notice or just give up because of the time involved in cancelling and rebooking.
There is confusion and issue with picking people up at the Hotels you promise on your list….trying to wiggle out of it at the last minute.
There could be more facts/ commentary offered by the Driver
It is unfortunate that thr air conditioning broke down, there were a lot of unhappy people on our bus.
Your price is high for basically transportation to and from Niagara, plus the boat.
Your literature shows a 9 hour tour/day…..not so….please be accurate. The stops could have been longer, you couldn’t go on the rides without worrying about the time and missing your pick up.
The whirlpool is worth a stop, not the clock, not the little chapel but the fruit stand!
Didn’t get to the Power Station, in that case you should substitute…..
I hope you find this useful for consideration in improving the experience for future clients.
The bus needs shocks. The pregnant lady had to come up and sit by me in front!
