We had a great time with Johnny as our tour guide. He had a lot of entertaining stories that made the trip go by fast, as well as recommendations and details about the Toronto area. Highly recommend if you want to visit Niagara Falls and Niagara by the lake.

We had the best day! Johnny our guide picked us up as scheduled. He was very informative and also a bit of a comedian. There was one passenger who was a little difficult to deal with but Johnny handled it very professionally. Niagara Falls was amazing. I would definitely recommend going on the boat.

Day bus tour to Niagara Falls was great. Garry the tour bus driver was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend taking a bus tour if you don’t want to drive yourself, price is very reasonable.

Garry our driver and guide was excellent, laid back but informative. That said he didn’t talk endlessly but made sure we didn’t miss anything or not know the history. One thing to note this says it includes lunch - it does not! There are options at Niagara but not especially nice ones, if I’d known I would have brought some food.

This tour can't be finished in the 9 hours they advise. Our group ended up cutting activity from the itinerary and still ended up returning at 7:30 PM. The hotel pickup area shouldn't include airport area hotels (Sheraton airport) because it adds almost an extra 45 minutes of traffic. We picked up the tour at the Front Street location. Told to be there at 7:50. Tour arrived at 8:15. It's a popular meeting spot so three other tour groups came and went. It's a little chaotic in front of that Starbucks. It felt like the tour was always running behind. And it ends up eating into any free time like getting dropped off with 40 minutes for lunch before trying to find your group again. Part of that is due to having a driver and guide combined so there's a constant wait for the guide to collect the bus and that adds so much time that feels wasted because it's really free time, it's spent sitting at a rendezvous point. If you can afford it, I would spend the extra money for a small group tour that isn't trying to serve so many different itineraries with one charter. The obligatory stop at the maple syrup tasting is another 40 minutes of dead tour time. Most of the group just ended sitting out front waiting because it was a 10 minute experience at most. In a nutshell, the tour is trying to do too much and by the end, it's just driving thru Niagara on the Lake in a rush to make up for so much wasted time earlier.

We had a good experience despite the rain which was a huge setback but there is nothing we can do about nature. However our tour guide and driver Anthony really tried to make the best of it. The boat ride of course was the highlight of the tour that was so much fun.

They changed the pickup location the day before so we had to travel 30 min instead of 5 min. The tour was supposed to be 9 hours but when we got on the bus the guide said it might be 11 or 12 hours. There was no set itinerary so we had to wait around for other guests participating in activities.

Good full tour to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. Four or five stops on the way there which adds a little time to the day but also allows for toilet breaks and it’s all very chilled.
Our Driver and guide were a good comedy duo making a memorable day.

Very happy with this tour! We learned so many interesting facts about Niagara Falls, Canada, that we never would have discovered on our own. Gerry was an excellent tour guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. He took us to places and showed us things we would have completely missed if we had explored by ourselves. I would NOT book this tour. This tour was meant to be max 9 hours but took over 12 in total … I know what you’re thinking, more bang for your buck but no, instead we wasted so much time sitting in the bus waiting due to last of the company/driver coordination and missed out on other things we wanted to experience were the timetable adhered. Due to the lack of coordination there were also experiences in the advertised itinerary that we never got to, and we got to the ‘buffet lunch’ ten minutes before it closed but were told by the guide to just ‘fill your plates up’ only to get back in the bus and have to wait over 30 minutes for others to get back on the bus. Would not recommend. This was highly unorganised. Viator only approved a 10% discount even though we missed the full experience and stops. Do not recommend

Scam. Advertised as all three, only includes one activity. Paid $329 for this a month in advance and see tickets for the same experience for $50 the day-of. So why did I paid $100 more per person for less?
The booking company (zoom tours) was very unsympathetic and incredibly rude.

What a waste of a day. The bus was late to pick us up. Then two more stops. Then someone had a flight to catch so we had to cut stuff out of the trip. A group of 3 didn’t make it back on time so we had to wait for them. 11 hours total for 2.5 hours of Niagara Falls time. I had a rental car and should have e just driven the hour and a half each way. Waste of time. Waste of money

It’s a long day, so be prepared. The tour guide was friendly and tried to share some information along the way. The one downside was that there was a BlueJays game in Toronto that night, so we got back to the city 2 hours later than expected. It would have been good to know about that in advance so we could have planned accordingly. The Mercedes bus was cramped with four of us in the back row, but it worked and we had a lovely time at all the stops.

The driver was good. He spoke here and there about facts. The arrival timing given by Viator was wrong and wrong by tour company. I was told to be picked up at 745 and Viator told me 820. I got there 730 amd waited an hour. Both were wrong. I just went to see the falls no boat or lunch so this title is misleading for the tour. I would've preferred being dropped off and told me back here at 2pm
Instead we were dropped off for 45 so driver could go get the tickets for the other travelers. Fine but I didn't need to return for any tickets. If a person isnt doing the extras let them be on there way to explore. Nice day a little overcast but cleared up. We stopped 3 times for a picture of the flower clock and somewhere other photo opportunity. The last place Niagara on the Lake. Lots of shops and restaurants along both sides of the road. We were there about 45 min. Then the drive back. Lots of traffic. The driver has lead foot but I didnt mind. Van was nice , seats a little stiff and they don't reclin. It was cold going and warm on the return trip.
The driver gave us a bottle of water and a reusable bag.

I am very disappointed in this experience. To start, I received emails of my start time at 8:10am and I arrived to pickup location at 8am but yet our driver left us. We had to wait an additional 30minutes to get picked up. The description shows a water included and we never received this. Every stop you make feels so rushed and it’s difficult to truly enjoy such a beautiful place. Also, I was extremely upset because on every booking confirmation it showed I had the boat, journey, and lunch included yet we get there and apparently only the boat tour was the selection. I paid nearly $150 per person just to have this terrible experience and I had to pay out of pocket because no matter all the inconvenience neither Viator or Zoom tours was willing to accommodate for all the trouble I went through. The posting of this experience is not accurate because I have multiple emails showing my itinerary and confirmation of what my experience entails. We didn’t get a lunch, rushed every spot, had to pay additional $50 for the journey and picked up late so this was very disappointing. I will not recommend this whatsoever and neither will I be booking with Viator. The postings are inaccurate and not clear.

My friends and I went to Niagra for a girls trip and had a great time. Our tour guide, Gary, was kind, funny, patient, and gave helpful tips at every stop. The day was great except we didn't get the lunch we booked. These trips are sub-contracted out and the sub had no record of us having booked lunch. We wasted time waiting for lunch, time arguing about lunch then time looking elsewhere for lunch. It was quite embarrassing as people we were on the trip with did get their lunch.
I did message Viator, perhaps predictably, they never responded to my message.
This aside, the day was great. Niagara is superb and Niagara on the Lake is very pretty.

We had an amazing day out Garry our driver/guide was brilliant, very friendly, helpful and informative. The boat trip on the falls and the journey behind the falls I would highly recommend. Niagara on the Falls town was beautiful and really worth a visit.
