Johnny was the best tour guide! He’s funny and witty. Not only he knows a lot of fun facts he also has unique and interesting stories that kept the tour very entertaining. The tour has everything you want to visit in Toronto especially when you don’t want to drive. Saves a lot of effort planning where to go first and to the next. Well recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed this day out from Toronto. Weather was pouring rain on the drive there and guide Gary wisely took us to other viewpoints first before the falls.
We knew the boat wasn't running as out of season and visibility was not good for the "behind the falls" but we did the new "Flight over the falls" ride. Similar to Disney or Universal rides but still exhilarating.
As we came out the low clouds and rain had gone and we had a good amount of time left to take loads of photos at the horseshoe falls and then walked down to the bridal fall.

Our guide, Garry, picked us up right on time at the location specified. We took the 1.5 hour trip to Niagara Falls, and visited many spots while in the area, including a rest stop for a maple syrup and chocolate tasting! The tour and guide were great!

Overall great experience, and Pete was a great guide and driver.
Giving four stars because the email confirmatikn said that pickup is at 7:45am and I was there and waited until about 8:05am, then I left. No communication until 8:20am when suddenly operator texts me and said I need to be at the pickup point at 8:30am. Luckily I was still nearby else I would have missed the tour.

Johnny our tour Guide was great ,he was friendly and knowledgeable .NOTL was great and it was the reason I picked this tour group ,I wish we could have explored there more .It was listed as journey behind the falls but we didn't do that people had the choice of the boat ride instead (extra of course ) .We toured around while everyone else ate the buffet and did the boat .The falls were amazing .

The experience was great and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question that was asked by tourist I rated 4 stars because of space on the van it was a 14 passenger van with 12 passengers and it was tight other than that it was a great experience

From the moment Jonny our guide picked us up from Tim Hortons York Street he made us all feel very welcome. Jonny introduced us to the other 4 people on the tour.Jonny is extremely polite knowledgeable and very comical. I can highly recommend this tour. I travelled with my two nieces and my three great nephews. We were all very well looked after. We stopped at several places of interest on the way to Niagara and Jonny gave us detailed history about the various places we stopped. We were also given ample time to take photos. We were very fortunate on the day of our tour none of the stops we made were crowded. This made the trip even more enjoyable. If you book this tour request Jonny as your guide . You will not be disappointed.

Niagara Falls are amazing, but you've also got to experience being down in the mist below them. Though, in the mist is more like being in pouring rain--so tie that hood up well! This is something you should do at least once in your life!

We travelled with Zoom, the bus was late arriving due to traffic conditions (or having to wait for people running late) but the Viator rep was very quick to respond to my message and kept us updated so we didn’t have to worry. Once on board the bus, the tour guide Johnny was hilarious, kept us entertained and informed but also gave us restful moments of silence. He clearly acknowledged and appreciated all the different countries we had come from, and kept us informed about what we could do and the timing of when to regather. He clearly loved his work and us. The tour itself was well planned, varied and interesting. The Niagara Falls are a lifetime visit - well worth seeing and experiencing, especially the lunch followed by the walk and boat ride.

This trip absolutely exceeded expectations! Niagara Falls is breathtaking — a true reminder of how beautiful yet powerful nature can be. The Hornblower boat ride was the highlight — only about 20 minutes long, but what an experience! You’re given a poncho (and you’ll definitely need it!), but getting a little wet is all part of the fun. We were blessed with beautiful 28°C weather, so we dried off quickly afterwards.
Lunch at the Sheraton overlooking the Falls was lovely — the food was nice though the choice was a bit limited, but the stunning views more than made up for it.
The rest of the itinerary was really well thought out — we visited the famous Floral Clock, saw the Whirlpool, explored a quaint little street, and even stopped at a small local spot for fresh fruit, pie, and ice cream (decorated for Halloween, which was a nice touch!).
It’s a full-day experience (around 10 hours), but absolutely worth every penny. A perfect way to see and truly experience the wonder of Niagara Falls!

An amazing trip! You can’t visit the Toronto area without going to Niagara Falls! Took a bus ride from Toronto which took the hassle out of driving and parking etc. Our driver was brilliant and took us to other interesting places on the way. We got wet but what do you expect when you get a boat trip close up to the falls! An excellent lunch was provided as part of the pre-booking and overall it was a really nice day! out, a must do!

Definitely an all day trip. Worth one's time though. Got to experience the falls in a casual way. You are given time on your own to walk the falls. I choose the boat cruise and the lunch included package. Lunch was buffet and very good. The boat ride was so fun. But just know you will get wet. Hahaha. Garry our guide was great. Took time to talk to each of us and always asked if we liked each part of the tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the Canadian side of the falls
