We had a great time with Johnny as our tour guide. He had a lot of entertaining stories that made the trip go by fast, as well as recommendations and details about the Toronto area. Highly recommend if you want to visit Niagara Falls and Niagara by the lake.

It’s a long day, so be prepared. The tour guide was friendly and tried to share some information along the way. The one downside was that there was a BlueJays game in Toronto that night, so we got back to the city 2 hours later than expected. It would have been good to know about that in advance so we could have planned accordingly. The Mercedes bus was cramped with four of us in the back row, but it worked and we had a lovely time at all the stops.

It was a great way to experience Niagra Falls and its popular spots! Our tour guide Johnny was organized and funny, which I think that's the most important!

The driver was good. He spoke here and there about facts. The arrival timing given by Viator was wrong and wrong by tour company. I was told to be picked up at 745 and Viator told me 820. I got there 730 amd waited an hour. Both were wrong. I just went to see the falls no boat or lunch so this title is misleading for the tour. I would've preferred being dropped off and told me back here at 2pm
Instead we were dropped off for 45 so driver could go get the tickets for the other travelers. Fine but I didn't need to return for any tickets. If a person isnt doing the extras let them be on there way to explore. Nice day a little overcast but cleared up. We stopped 3 times for a picture of the flower clock and somewhere other photo opportunity. The last place Niagara on the Lake. Lots of shops and restaurants along both sides of the road. We were there about 45 min. Then the drive back. Lots of traffic. The driver has lead foot but I didnt mind. Van was nice , seats a little stiff and they don't reclin. It was cold going and warm on the return trip.
The driver gave us a bottle of water and a reusable bag.

I am very disappointed in this experience. To start, I received emails of my start time at 8:10am and I arrived to pickup location at 8am but yet our driver left us. We had to wait an additional 30minutes to get picked up. The description shows a water included and we never received this. Every stop you make feels so rushed and it’s difficult to truly enjoy such a beautiful place. Also, I was extremely upset because on every booking confirmation it showed I had the boat, journey, and lunch included yet we get there and apparently only the boat tour was the selection. I paid nearly $150 per person just to have this terrible experience and I had to pay out of pocket because no matter all the inconvenience neither Viator or Zoom tours was willing to accommodate for all the trouble I went through. The posting of this experience is not accurate because I have multiple emails showing my itinerary and confirmation of what my experience entails. We didn’t get a lunch, rushed every spot, had to pay additional $50 for the journey and picked up late so this was very disappointing. I will not recommend this whatsoever and neither will I be booking with Viator. The postings are inaccurate and not clear.

My friends and I went to Niagra for a girls trip and had a great time. Our tour guide, Gary, was kind, funny, patient, and gave helpful tips at every stop. Our favorite part was definitely the boat tour that got us so close to the falls! We would've liked a bit more time to explore the shopping areas and to eat lunch, but overall very fun!!

The day was great except we didn't get the lunch we booked. These trips are sub-contracted out and the sub had no record of us having booked lunch. We wasted time waiting for lunch, time arguing about lunch then time looking elsewhere for lunch. It was quite embarrassing as people we were on the trip with did get their lunch.
I did message Viator, perhaps predictably, they never responded to my message.
This aside, the day was great. Niagara is superb and Niagara on the Lake is very pretty.

We had an amazing day out Garry our driver/guide was brilliant, very friendly, helpful and informative. The boat trip on the falls and the journey behind the falls I would highly recommend. Niagara on the Falls town was beautiful and really worth a visit.

The tour was highly recommended by friends, but only about half lived up to expectations—the rest was a major disappointment.
Despite multiple reminder texts and calls, the 8 AM pickup arrived at 8:40 AM. The oversized coach bus had a single person handling both driving and guiding, which proved overwhelming for them. We circled back at least five times to collect passengers who wanted to follow their own personalized agenda, causing us to completely miss Niagara-on-the-Lake town time, everything was closed by the time we passed through. Prior to that had a forced gift shop time that was a tourist trap/racket.
Although the Falls and boat ride were amazing!!
The poor organization, late start, and rushed itinerary ruined what should have been a highlight of the trip. I expected much better for the price and hype. Would not recommend.

First time at the Niagara Falls and this was well worth it. Johnny (tour guide) was awesome and very funny. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see Niagara Falls.

Our tour guide Johnny was on time, knowledgeable and very entertaining. Our tour was midweek so everything went smoothly and pretty much no lines at any of the attractions. The buffet was alright with limited food options but you're really paying for the view of the falls. They don't really have hotel pickup or dropoff....just several locations around the city and airport. Overall, still a good tour

We were picked up at the time expected by driver/tour guide Johnny on time. We were quickly on our way to Niagra with Johnny giving the passengers the benefits of his experience and knowledge of Niagra , Toronto and everything in between. He was an entertainer as well as guide. The trip was more than expected and luckily we weren't kept waiting at any time at Niagra

We began with our pick up at the meeting point. We were told 8:45am pick up but decided to arrive at 8:30am. This was a good thing because our driver and other passengers were already there. From that point we hit the road. Gary was our driver who was great. He was informative and had a cool dry sense of humor. The ride was very smooth and Gary got us there on schedule. I would suggest everyone book this trip carefully because some people did not sign up for packages that they ended up wanting such as the behind the Falls journey. Gary told them to call Viator if they wanted to add the package so that worked out. Although this was a cloudy day the behind the Falls journey was great. It’s very wet so try to bring tissues or small towel to wipe off your phone between pictures. We then went on the boat tour which in my view was the most fun part of the tour. It’s 20 mins on the water but felt like 5 due to how fun it is. If you thought behind the Falls was wet, this drenches you. The boat bouncing while the wind and water hit you is an experience everyone should try. After this, we hit the Sheraton Falls hotel for a buffet lunch. At our arrival, a lot of the food was grinned down but staff brought out fresh hot replacements. The selections are a bit limited but the lunch still hits the spot. We then went to a maple syrup and chocolate making store and received maple syrup and chocolate samples. There are three types of syrups, gold, amber and dark. It was said if one preferred the dark syrup you are secretly Canadian, as that is their favorite (I preferred amber, it had a buttery taste). From there we did the floral clock photo shots and then the Niagara Falls strip where tons of stores and establishments are. You will also pass several farms as well as houses worth as much as 7 million CAD. We were eventually dropped off back at our meeting point capping off an 8 hour day. I advise giving your driver a tip if possible. Our driver made sure we were safe and got the most out of our trip!

The Niagra Falls tour is a must see and needs to be on your bucket list. It really is a sight to behold and an unforgettable experience as you ride the boat that literally takes you as close to the falls as you can get! We enjoyed a lovely buffet meal at the Sheraton overlooking the falls which was very enjoyable as well. Hopefully, you will be blessed enough to have Johnny be your tour guide. He was absolutely so knowledgeable and entertaining. He’s the best guide I’ve ever had. Sincerely, Alabama❤️🥰

Our tour guide and bus driver, Johnny, was great. He was very knowledgeable, amusing, made the trip enjoyable. Beside him, the bus was comfortable, lunch overlooking the Falls was a very nice surprise. The boat trip near the Falls was well worth it, you can feel the power of fast moving water.

Our guide, Jonny, was very knowledgeable in history of the area between Toronto and Niagra Falls. A great buffet lunch out and a walk around the town to take in the sights. We opted out of the extras of boat ride etc, but still had an interesting day out.

Zoom Tours picked up at various locations in Toronto and en route to Niagara, making sure that all people on their list were present before leaving. The tour guide, Jonny, was very informative and funny and he gave clear instructions about where to get the best views, when to join the boat trip and where to meet for lunch (fantastic vista from the restaurant at the Sheraton Hotel). It was good that we were given freedom to wander, in between bus rides, and we did not have to traipse around after a tour guide holding up an umbrella or clipboard. And the bottom line is that the Horseshoe Falls at Niagara are positively mesmerising. A most enjoyable day.

Spring time is a bit tough for this tour since most things aren’t available this time of year, but what was made it a worth while trip. Hugo and Lewis were great I would tour with them any day!

Had an absolutely fantastic day on this tour! Johnny, our guide, made the whole experience. He's incredibly knowledgeable — full of interesting facts and stories — but also genuinely funny and friendly, which kept the energy great throughout the day. You can tell he loves what he does.
The attraction itself was well worth the trip. Beautiful, memorable, and everything we'd hoped for. Johnny made sure we had plenty of time to explore and take it all in.
The vehicle was another pleasant surprise — clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made the travel portions of the day a breeze rather than a chore.

Johnny was the best tour guide! He’s funny and witty. Not only he knows a lot of fun facts he also has unique and interesting stories that kept the tour very entertaining. The tour has everything you want to visit in Toronto especially when you don’t want to drive. Saves a lot of effort planning where to go first and to the next. Well recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed this day out from Toronto. Weather was pouring rain on the drive there and guide Gary wisely took us to other viewpoints first before the falls.
We knew the boat wasn't running as out of season and visibility was not good for the "behind the falls" but we did the new "Flight over the falls" ride. Similar to Disney or Universal rides but still exhilarating.
As we came out the low clouds and rain had gone and we had a good amount of time left to take loads of photos at the horseshoe falls and then walked down to the bridal fall.
Easy ride back to Toronto afterwards
