We will pick you up anywhere in Tokyo, such as a hotel, station, shop, or home. We will provide you the contact details of your diver guide and also your diver guide will be holding a board with your name written on. Due to the Road Traffic Law we are unable to provide tours that both start and end at hotels located outside of Tokyo prefecture. As Tokyo Disneyland is located in Chiba prefecture, we can either have pick-up, or drop-off service from your hotel, but unfortunately we are unable to provide both on the same tour. The closest station located in Tokyo-Prefecture to Tokyo Disneyland is Kasai-Rinkai-Koen station, (Keiyo Line, about 5 minutes away by train from Tokyo Disneyland (Maihama Station). We ask that you either start or end your tour here. If you wish we can also have the tour start or end at any location in Tokyo of your choosing. We appreciate your understanding. I arranged the private tour for our family, one member being a stubborn senior citizen. Our driver, Soya, picked us up and was able to bring a wheelchair for us to use. He lead us at each site, accompanying the our oldie-but-goodie in her wheelchair. We saw sites that we would not have seen without help. He arranged a lunch for us, a private room to fit the 8 of us and helped us with restricted diets. He was patient, very accommodating and all-around fun to talk to. And lastly, we were able to have pictures with all of us in it. Thank you Soya and Outech! My tours with Outech have been consistently exceptional!

The company that took us is called Outech and Riley was our guide. She was the sweetest kindest and most accommodating and flexible person we could have wished for. She was incredible at communicating in English and reached out immediately to plan a customized itinerary for the things that we wanted to see Around Tokyo. The van that we used was luxurious with captains chairs that reclined for comfort and a stool to put your feet up after walking around the city. I can’t speak highly enough about Riley. Riley did the tour for us on our first full day in Tokyo. We had such an amazing time that we booked her for our very last day to visit Mt Fuji and Hakone. Same 5 star experience. She supplied water, snacks, was incredibly flexible and patient and even made sure that she marked a map of Tokyo and region with all the places we had visited so that we could return should we want to.
She wasn’t just very highly proficient at English. She also had a lot of knowledge about the history of Japan and taught us a lot about the different things that we saw and the Japanese culture. 5/5 stars!!

Very flexible but equally Tomoya came up with the right suggestions to fill our knowledge gaps. We had a great day out and we visited places that we would not have been able to visit without the wealth of knowledge. The limo is super comfortable and has aircon and water. Highly recommended!

My wife and I booked this tour to see as much of Tokyo’s main attractions in a short time. We chose a private tour because we didn’t want to be led around in a large group of people.
Our guide, Danish, was amazing! He took us around the city in a comfortable van and helped us choose the sites we should see based on our into. He took us around the sites and told us everything about them.
The tour company was excellent to deal with and stayed in contact with us before the tour.
I would recommend this tour to anyone who is looking for a private tour with knowledgeable staff.
It is truly a five star experience!!

During our few days in Tokyo before embarking on a cruise, we took a tour on our initial full day in the city. The tour provided an excellent overview of the city's highlights, and our guide, Udi, ensured it was a memorable experience. Udi was an exceptionally knowledgeable and informative guide who paid close attention to our needs. With another trip to Tokyo planned for next April, I would eagerly book another tour with this company, and I hope to have Udi as our guide once more.

Our tour guide, Ryu, was excellent. He showed us hidden spots and the best locations for taking pictures. He is very proud of his city and Japan. His English was very good, we never had a problem with understanding him. I would highly recommend this full day tour to see as much of Tokyo as you can in one day.

We very much enjoyed our day with Aimi. She is an excellent guide who knew where we needed to go but also observed us and listened to us so that she knew where we wanted to go. As an example, she observed me looking at some beautiful dishes and asked me if I would like to shop for more. She knew right where I would enjoy shopping and I purchased several things. She was so good with our 11 year old daughter as well as with our young adult children. She really got our trip off to an amazing start!

Mr. Tomo Sato was our driver/guide. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, adaptable, and easy going for our first time in Japan. It was extremely hot during our tour so transportation with AC helped beat the heat. He made reservations ahead of time to make sure places we want to visit are available (hedgehog cafe) and took us to really delicious restaurants. The entire family (between 6 year old to 77 year old) all bad a great time. The experience was really smooth. We will definitely recommend Mr.

Our guide Moe was absolutely wonderful. She began by contacting us a week ahead of our trip to carefully plan the itinerary. We were greeted with cold waters, a snack tray, and in-car wifi if we needed it. During the trip, she took us through the must-see list of Tokyo, providing cultural and historical framework along the way. a few highlights were Harajuku, Shibuya Sky, Meiji Shrine, Akihabara, and multiple stops for cherry blossom photo opportunities. She tried to include each of us by engaging us individually, including the children, in conversation to better customize the experience. She also delivered us hand-made thank you bags with a customized note at the end of our trip.
Midway through the tour, I discovered my friend was also in Tokyo, and she found a restaurant that could accommodate a large group and made the reservation for us. She really went the extra mile and was amazing. We would highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re fortunate enough to have Moe lead your experience.
