Nice, easy transport to the Yokahama cruise terminal from our hotel in Tokyo. Great communication from start to finish. Prompt arrival and help with luggage. Very stress free way to get where we needed to go.
Worked exactly as expected. We had plenty of room for all of our suitcases for nine of us. He loaded and unloaded the vehicle for us.
Driver was prompt and friendly. The ride was very comfortable. It made for a seamless transfer from hotel to cruise.
Mr Xie is the best! Great service! We used the same company for transfers to and from Haneda and the Port as well as Tokyo transport.
Wow amazing company and service, we used them 4 times and truly they made our trip amazing, the communication was excellent we not only used them for airport pick up and drop off but they took us from the hotel to the cruise ship and on another day they drove us to all the places in Tokyo we wanted to visit. Best car company in Tokyo!
We highly recommend this transportation service! We had a group of 9 traveling from the cruise port to our hotel in Tokyo, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Our driver was professional, friendly, and punctual. He helped with our luggage, made sure everyone was comfortable, and provided a safe and relaxing ride. Traveling with a large family can sometimes be challenging, but he made the entire process easy and stress-free.

Car was. He was on time . We stopped he waited. And then took us to autonomously time
Communication with the company prior to arrival in Japan was clear and timely. The driver was outside of our hotel early! I even changed the time of pickup multiple times and they were understanding with my requests. Ride from our hotel in c steal Tokyo to the cruise port was smooth and comfortable. We are two adults with 3 full sized suitcases and 2 carry on.
Confirmation was sent in a timely manner. Driver came on time. Smooth ride to destination. Driver was polite.

Our driver knew VERY LITTLE English which made it very difficult to communicate. He was a very safe driver and smooth ride.
The driver was not at the port when we arrived. We waited 25 minutes for the driver. We were the last passengers to leave the port.

Very good transfer. Communication was great we got off ship a bit early and driver was to pick us up
I booked 4 taxis 3 came early no problem. The 4th was caught in a bad traffic jam right in front of my hotel. He did finally inched through. We all got to our destination on time.
Driver was prompt, and efficient. He was very helpful and helped us load our large assortment of bags. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Handed 4 adults, 2 toddlers and lots of baggage. Good communication ahead of time with punctual performance.
While the driver got us to the port there was no communication during the trip. No one could sit in front seat due to baby car seat. We all crowded into back with our small luggage on laps as did not fit in luggage hold. Maybe Viator needs to validate that contractors can accommodate clients/luggages. Very crowded experience. Once we got out he took pictures of his van as if we had contaminated or damaged his vehicle on the short drive. We felt very humiliated by his actions. Would definitely not want someone else to feel such humiliation. Would not recommend.

Sorry for causing you a bad experience.
In the product, we clearly state how many passengers and luggage a vehicle can accommodate, maybe you haven't noticed. In addition, our online customer service will also confirm the number of luggage with you in advance. It seems that they haven't done this part properly. We are very sorry for that.
Regarding the driver taking photos, you misunderstood the driver. We require the driver to take photos after completing the transfer to prove that the transfer service has been completed. This is not aimed at you.
GT-Transfer was a great. Our driver Sha Ho was on time and did a great job packing all of the luggage in the van. There were five in our group and we had a lot of luggage, it all fit nicely. The ride from near Tokyo Station to the cruise port in Yokohama was smooth and trouble free, right to the door of the terminal. Great job!
One time, Very professional, polite very helpful, knowledgeable, went above and beyond to make the ride nice
It will go down as the worst experience that I’ve ever had with Viator. First I get the message that I have a special window to meet the driver and if I’m late a charge of 100 yen per minute even though I explained that I have no control over my getting off the ship. I then get a message to meet with him somewhere outside and I standing near a bunch of drivers who all tell me to have him come get us. He does reluctantly and only takes care of part of my luggage. He’s totally rude and when we reach our hotel he just dumped our luggage on the ground didn’t offer to help us at all. If this is the best Viator can do you guys are in real trouble as I’m going to use another company.

I'm sorry for the bad experience. However, we have to explain it.
First of all, we offer 90 minutes of free waiting time, after 90 minutes, there will be a timeout fee.
Secondly, you did not purchase the meet & greet service, so the driver is waiting for you at the meeting point, and we have been communicating with you to guide you go to the meeting point, but you refused to go. Eventually the driver had to come to you.
Unfortunately the driver ( who was very nice) Took 30 minutes to confirm we were his pick up even though I assured him it was us as we had been given the a description of the van and number plate. When he finally let us on he then asked which airport? We were going to the cruise port.
Again he didn't know where it was and we finally got the hotel staff to talk to him and get the address.
Along the way he had to stop and check the route. He then informed us he hadn't been there before. We were very happy to finally reach the port and grateful we booked an early pick up.
The car was clean and roomy for us and our luggage.

Great service. On time pick up and drop off was good. Family and friends party of 14 was picked up and transported to their hotel without any issues.
Driver was very professional. Contacted us by WhatsApp. Was able to communicate where to look for him. Had our name tag also.
We (3 adults) arrived at the Yokohama port in the morning and got great instructions from David via WhatsApp on how to find our driver! The van was able to fit all of our luggage (3 large suitcases, 3 small suitcases, 2 backpacks, and a duffel), the trip to the hotel was smooth, and he was very understanding when an emergency bathroom break was needed lol

We scheduled 11 but needed van to come early because we were out in the din and heat. He did come 1/2 hour early and we appreciate that drive was great and driver was sweet as all people in this country are
