Our guide showed up 90 minutes late, he drive us in an illegal car for taking tourists. It was supposed to be a 10 out tour and we ended two hours early after starting 90 minutes late. I can’t recommend this tour. Sorry to say.

We got around the city nicely and on time. Followed the itinerary closely except the imperial palace which is closed on fridays.

Nice tour of Tokyo

The driver/guide, Umer Farooq, picked us up from the hotel. From there we are to Asakusa to the Senso-ji Temple. A wonderful experience. Big, cozy busy and a new experience. Then Tokyo skytree. Experience in itself definitely recommended. Fish market where we had the opportunity to have lunch. Then a walk through the forest to Meiji Shrine. The road to it is relaxing and enjoy nature and history. Meiji Shrine is a Shinto Shrine in Shibuya, Tokyo, dedicated to the deified spirits of Emperor Meiji and his wife, Empress Shōken. We were lucky a bridal procession just passed by. Then I visited Aqua city in Odaiba. Here you can see the skyline nicely. Unfortunately the fountains did not work.
