This tour is operated for both Japanese and foreign customers. A Japanese tour conductor will accompany the group and provide key information using a translation app. Please note that the tour conductor is not a tour guide and will focus on sharing essential information during the tour.

There are no meals provided on this tour, so we recommend bringing your own packed lunch or enjoying a meal at one of the restaurants at Murodo.

Delays or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to refund

According to traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may be changed and the bus arrival may be delayed

Infant (0-2 years old) are free of charge but with no tour inclusions.

Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be contacted 10 days prior to your travel date and offered an alternative or full refund.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. In September and October, the temperature at the destinations are below 10℃ and some snowfall is expected. Please prepare winter clothes.

Due to bad weather, some or all routes may be suspended. In such cases, unused portions will be refunded according to the situation; however, if alternative arrangements are made and costs are applied to those, refunds may not be issued.

The Alpine Route operates as a round trip from Ogizawa Station back to Ogizawa Station (turning around at Murodo), and is not a one-way through route.

The Alpine Route involves transferring between many different types of transportation, so please wear comfortable clothing suitable for walking. You will need to carry your own belongings during sightseeing, so please pack them compactly (e.g., in a backpack). Also, temperatures along the Alpine Route can be 10–15°C lower than in flat areas, so please dress warmly.

Train seats may not be adjacent or close together, even for groups.
