Highly recommended. Our guide, Fumina, was wonderful with many insights into the rich Japanese culture and great tips on where to eat and shop. The tour wound around and in the many differnt buildins and streets in central Shibuya, many off the general walkways to different places of interest. Great fun.

Shibuya Scramble Crossing

Our guide tried her best to accomodate the travellers, there was my husband and I and we waited 15 minutes for the next traveller who's was on his own and when he eventually arrived, he monopolised the guide and started asking and discussing personal questions to our guide which was totally irrelevant to our tour, I feel the guide "Sakura" was just being polite and replying to his questions, but it was a waste of time and resources. Maybe in future the guides have to be trained that they should not be detracted by inconsiderate people who was obviously trying to chat her up, considering there were only 3 of us in the tour , it was blatantly obvious and it's not the guides fault. She wasn't initiating the constant irrelevant conversation, but they need to be trained in situations like these where other travellers were made to feel uncomfortable, we weren't there for a hook up.

Hiroko was an amazing tour guide showing us many of the highlights in Shibuya, providing the history, key places to stop and see and a few of her favorite spots (and some hidden gems)! She was very friendly and personable and gave us a great tour. I would highly recommend it to anyone new to Shibuya. Thanks again Hiroko!

Best choice for short tour!

This was the best choice for our first day in Tokyo. Our guide Sakura was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and super helpful, had a great English level and took us to nice, less crowded hidden spots to get the best view for pictures. She gave us great recommendations for things to do in Tokyo the rest of the time too, 100% recommended!

The tour gives the quick highlights of Shibuya. If it is your first time in Shibuya, you will get familiar with the area after the tour. The guide, Shiho, gave me useful tips and recommendations for good restaurants, cafes and other tourist attractions. She was quite friendly and spoke English very well. It is definitely worth the price.

A circuitous tour of the Shibuya Scramble area where the guide leads you on a route thru building passage ways and provides viewing and eatery pointers for this area. A good starter to learn about this area but prepare for massive crowds and a quick pace.

We went walked all over and learned about the area. Our guide, Mayuka, was very nice. Part of tour, we went up to an observatory of a nearby building to get a bird's eye view of Shibuya Crossing. In addition, we got a lot of ideas for further shopping and eating.

Our guide, Hayato, was excellent and the tour was a very fun experience. This was our first time visiting Japan and we chose this tour to learn more about the area where our hotel is. Hayato provided us with historical background about the sites and area and walked us through different parts of the neighborhood where we could find restaurants and shops as well as parks and cafes. We would highly recommend this tour to others and Hayato, specifically, as a guide.

A 90 Minute Scramble Through Shibuya Whets Your Tokyo Appetite

Are you in Tokyo for the first time? Or maybe it's your 5th time, but you've never left the conference center? Spend 90 minutes scrambling around Shibuya and get a local's perspective on food, bars, nightlife, and culture. Tokyo is huge. It's challenging knowing where to start. This short tour is the perfect amuse-bouche, a tiny taste to whet your appetite. Following Myuka's recommendations, we had the courage to drop down into the most unique (and delicious) ramen places I've ever been. (pictured). For a nightcap, we climbed into a shoebox of a bar, where we yucked it up with expats over gin and tonics.

The Shibuya tour was simply amazing! Our tour guide Fumino was so nice, very passionate and dedicated to show us incredible places in Shibuya! I have had the pleasure of visiting Tokyo for work a few days ago. While there I decided to go on to viator and book a tour. I had initially found this one, which had no reviews, and I was a little nervous about going on it. I can honestly say now it was the best $20 I have ever spent! Shogo managed to fit me into his schedule despite a last-minute booking. He showed me all around Shibuya and took me to the most important places. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and answered all my questions with ease. Shogo learned English in Canada, so he speaks perfect English. One thing Shogo knows well is FOOD! My work commonly takes me to all places of the world, and I'm constantly looking for the best restaurants. Shogo recommended the absolute best restaurants in Tokyo to visit! He really knows his stuff! If you like food and you must go on this tour solely for his recommendations! Shogo was even nice enough to communicate with me via instant messaging after the tour to recommend other places to visit in Tokyo as well as other restaurants I had to visit. He's such a nice young man I have invited him to stay with my wife and me in Colorado anytime he wants. If you're thinking about what tour to do, make sure it's this one!
