Pickup is available from hotels and accommodations within central Tokyo and from designated pickup areas at Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, and eligible Disney Resort hotels. After booking, please provide the exact pickup address or hotel name, destination, preferred pickup time, passenger number, luggage quantity, stroller quantity if applicable, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp. For hotel pickup, please wait in the lobby or at the main entrance at the confirmed time. For Disney Resort pickup, the exact meeting point will be confirmed according to the selected park, hotel, vehicle type, and current stopping regulations. Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the confirmed pickup time. Waiting beyond this period may incur an overtime fee of JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles with up to 14 seats and JPY 10,000 per hour for larger vehicles. Service between 22:00 and 07:00 incurs an additional JPY 2,000 night-service fee. Please provide accurate passenger and luggage quantities. If the selected vehicle cannot safely accommodate the group and luggage, a vehicle upgrade or additional vehicle may be required at extra cost, subject to availability. Pickup or drop-off outside the confirmed Tokyo service area requires advance approval and may incur an additional fee.
