I had the best photoshoot with Mehdi in Tokyo. He knows how to take pictures and is patient and calm with his work. He’s very happy, respectful, smart, and talented. He is responsive and communicates well via text. I would book Mehdi again when I go back to Tokyo next year.

Don’t book this photo shoot or with viator

This photographer is a complete fraud. He was a no show when we went to the confirmed location sent by Viator. We called and he said he had called us before and changed the location—-which we had never talked to this guy before. Even more disappointing is Viator won’t offer a refund or research the issue. Had to dispute it with our credit card. Won’t use Viator any more after several years of success. They don’t investigate the issue at all. We wasted two taxi rides and a lot of time and walked away wi the nothing. Their customer service is terrible.

Hi Jarrod, this is really a "cheap shot" to put a bad review and mention false information here. I want to clarify with anybody who's reading this that I gave you a meeting point and you went somewhere else by mistake. You didn't get a refund cause I had evidence that you agreed to meet at the meeting point I sent you but you went somewhere else. These things can happen and I accepted to wait for you to do the photoshoot but you didn't answer. For your information, I choose a location that was kid-friendly to avoid having your kids hanging around Tokyo's Red Light district by night.
