Meet inside the Metropolitan Government Large Bus Parking Lot at JR Shinjuku Station West Exit. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. The tour conductor will be holding a flag and a placard with the local tour operator's logo.

Mt Fuji may not be viewed in case of bad weather conditions.
Mishima Skywalk may be cancelled due to bad weather, in such a case its fare will be refunded at a group rate.
At Mishima Skywalk, umbrellas are not permitted on the suspension bridge on rainy days for safety reasons. Please bring your own raincoat, or you may use the complimentary raincoats available at the entrance gate.

Infant (0-2 years old) are free of charge with no arrangement.
Delays, shortenings of the tour or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to refund
Due to traffic conditions, the order of the itinerary may change.
Lunch is scheduled early, at around 11:00 AM.
The seafood BBQ menu may vary depending on the day.

The Hakone Pirate Ship may be suspended due to weather conditions or other operational reasons. In such cases, an alternative sightseeing stop will be provided or a partial refund will be issued.
