This was an amazing evening full of fun, laughter, cooking, and meeting new people. Lulu and Erica are fantastic! They are knowledge about Japanese food and cooking. You can tell they love doing this. They are also warm and inviting and it was a real treat to have this experience with my family who love food and cooking. No experience needed at all, they both helped us in the kitchen. When it’s all done we ate together and it was very memorable. I highly recommend this event. Also, I have food allergies and she went above and beyond to accommodate me.

The class was awesome, they had several helpers to make sure we made a delicious meal and all knew what was going on. They also made sure to take lots of pictures for us. It was a great experience! We made sushi and a green bean salad.

Chieko-San was wonderful! She answered all of our questions and spoke English very well. We really enjoyed that it was home style cooking, making it more believable that it could be achieved in our home when we return!

Canceling without notification

Beware! My family and I were suppose to have a cooking class with them, and the evening before the class I emailed them to see if we could reschedule to a different day or a later time (we accidentally double booked ourselves). Since we didn’t not hear back from them morning of the cooking class, we assumed it was still going on as there was no talk about canceling the class. We rearranged our schedule, so we could make it. It wasn’t until we got there that we get a message back notifying us that they canceled the class the night before!!! This company DIDNOT inform us that they would be canceling our class nor did we ask them to cancel. Viator would not give us a refund. I have booked countless tours with Viator and I have never had this happen to me. Needless to say I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with both companies and will never be booking with them again!!

Thank you for your valued message. However, In Midnight before the class, you informed me that "my family and I can Not make it tomorrow becaus we have different plan". Then, of course, I needed to cencal the class and told my staff to do so. No Refund in this case is judgement by viator(Tripadvisor) Company too. MY classes have never been in trouble with this kind of thing and been loved by many guests. Sorry about it.
