This was amazing, the food included was incredible - there was so much food! Our guides (lead guide Chambliss) were really knowledgeable and it was great to learn about the history of the market as well as the food. Would recommend!!

He was a kind tour Hyde always trying to be helpful during our walk through the market. When I rate average it’s because I expected something different from the market itself. The guide gave us a little history of the market and we ate good sushi.

Truly appreciate the details our tour guide pointed out and the sharing of different food at market. A few nice surprises we learned on the way when browsing through the market / vendors and 1 surprise impromptu tasting of a soup made me to go back and purchase a pack. Nice nice tour.

Chihiro was a FANTASTIC guide. Her english was perfect as her was her knowledge of the area. She was so friendly and took our family's food preferences into account. She treated us to some off the radar special places and kept us from many of the lines we would have been stuck in. I highly recommend this tour and cannot stress the need to come hungry. You will be well fed.

My husband and I had a great experience with Ninja Food Tours. Our guide, Kaz, was great. He lived in California for 15 yrs and we are from California so the connection was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took us to great locations where we could try ramen, sushi, green tea, steamed buns and mochi. We had a great time in this tour and would highly recommend.

What a fantastic tour of the old market. Our guides were amazing and knowledgeable and made this experience our favorite tour in Tokyo. You should definitely sign up for this tour. The company contacted me to let me know that I would not be able to eat all of the items on the tour because of my gluten allergy. The guide came to the market before meeting my boyfriend and me to make sure that what I could eat was gluten free. Come to the tour hungry because you will be well fed by the end! The guide was very knowledgeable and personable. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our tour of the fish market.

Our tour was wonderful! Our guide Shiro was knowledgeable and easy going! He explained some of the history of the market, got us samples of the best and most unique foods and answered all our questions. We had a great time and the food was to die for! Highly recommend!

Tour of surrounding area of Fish Market

What a lively little area around the fish market. I thought we were going to the actual market to see all the live action, but this is just a tour outside the surrounding area. The small street vendor scene is a sight, and we got to some places that other tourist don’t likely go often. I thought a little expensive for what you get, but overall a neat area to visit, just not sure a “tour” is absolutely needed for what we did.
