Jenny was a perfect tour guide. She went out of her way to help us find a place we were lost at even before the tour happened and held a large piece of luggage for us the entire time. She planned a tour exactly to our specifications and my kids loved her!

Amir is an excellent guide. He took us to some of his Hidden Gems and explained much about Japanese culture and customs. Not Japanese by birth, he clearly respects and admires the Japanese life-style and character. Traveling on foot and subway was better in many ways to feel like a local as we moved about the city.

Kenta was an amazing tour guide. He met us early at our hotel, helped us navigate Shinjuku station (which is not easy), then guided us to Meiji Shrine. We walked the grounds, explained the history and protocols, then helped us write our wish on an Ema, a small wooden plaque, and hang it at the shrine to be received by the kami. Later we went to Shibuya Crossing and experienced the public crossing. Was a great time and would do it again. He was very kind and patient with all our requests and questions about Japanese life and culture. Thanks Kenta.

Great experience. Cyril was very friendly and knowledgeable. After the tour was complete and we went our separate ways, he still assisted us when I sent him a message asking about which subway to take to get to my next experience. Thanks to Cyril we all had a great time and learned a lot. Would definitely recommend doing this tour.

While I received a survey about what I would want for the tour none of that was passed on to the guide. I spent time listing all the sites we would cover with the tour we would begin in a few days and none of this was shared. Thus nothing was prepared and we were asked what we should do. Since we had arrived in Tokyo late the ever before we had no clue. It became a hit or miss three hours

Cristiano was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and in tune with our goals for the day. We had an easy time navigating public transit with him. Box lunch outside the Imperial Palace was a great idea and he knew exactly the right place for photos. He made our day in Tokyo very memorable.

Our guide Karl was great. This was a really good into tour to Tokyo on our first day. Karl showed us how to use the rail systems as we explored Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya.

Although it was a bit misty in the morning, we enjoyed our visit of the city with Olivier. Olivier was easily reached via WhatsApp he had a suggested tour planned for us. We opted for the car option and the money spent was well worth it. We went to several areas in town...including the Tokyo Tower, Imperial Palace (which was not open that day due to New Year's Holiday), Sensoji Temple, a walk through the streets of Harajuku, and a visit to Shibuya Crossing. Olivier found us a great spot for lunch - Mizuguchi Shokudou. We chose to end our time with Olivier a bit early to head for the Ginza Shopping District. If you are looking for a tour that is catered to your needs while moving through the city, I highly recommend this tour.

I was in Tokyo on a very short work trip and wanted to ensure I was able to see the sights so I booked this tour; it had the most flexibility and was reasonably priced. Fabian was in communication with me all the way leading up to our tour and was extremely helpful and flexible! I unfortunately ran late for my tour, but Fabian was so kind and waited for me to arrive! We had a great time touring the historical sights and I really enjoyed his commentary and stories from the past. It was absolutely worth it and would recommend it to everyone visiting Tokyo!

Jenny was fun and her English was great. We went to Asakusa and the Tsukiji Temple and Market. Jenny suggested that we meet at the market at 8am because it would get too crowded and she was right!

Albert, our tour guide was very knowledgable on our walking tour through Shinjuku and Harajuku and our final stop at Shibuya. The tour of the Meiji Shrine was absolutely amazing and we even witnessed 2 Japanese traditional weddings.
He also was very helpful on how to use the rail system in Tokyo.
