Miscommunication between the Venue and Viator!

We arrived at our class 10 minutes early to find that the venue did NOT get our reservation and the class was full! This is after receiving 3 reminders and being charged for the event. We were very disappointed. We expect a full refund and I will hesitate to use Viator again. Such a disappointment. I’m not sure who is to blame, Viator or the venue.
