We had so much fun cooking with Graziella in her lovely home. Everyone had a chance to participate, and the food was delicious! Graziella contacted us in advance to help plan the menu, so we chose pasta with artichokes since they were in season. A lovely tiramisu finished it off. Graziella made us feel like we were just family visiting. I would definitely go back next time I go to Sicily.

Our cooking class was the highlight of our trip to Cefalu. Graziella was knowledgeable, fun, spoke excellent English and she shared family recipes with us. Her home was charming, the sunset was amazing and the food was our best dining experience in Sicily. We can’t wait to come back again to cook with Graziella.!

A perfect pizza class in a beautiful cooking school apartment with gorgeous views of the sea and mountains.
Our teacher, Graziella is so welcoming, charming, funny, positive, and professional. Her communication was perfect and she even very kindly switched to a pizza class instead of a pasta class for us at the last moment.
The recipes were easy and Graziella was so patient with our lack of cooking skills. We had the best time!

10/10 stars for Grazianna!!! My husband, parents, and our 1 year old daughter had a beyond amazing experience with Grazianna. We learned so so much about traditional Sicilian cuisine and how to make pasta properly. It was the highlight of our trip. She was also beyond accommodating for my 1 year old daughter which allowed me to really focus on cooking. I 110% recommend. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it!! You won’t regret it!

We both had an amazing time and experience at Graziella’s cooking class! We learnt to make traditional recipes with her helpful guidance. Graziella was so accommodating of gluten intolerance’s, adjusting the menu for us - gluten free gnocchi was delicious! Not only did we learn to cook, we had a wonderful experience eating on her balcony with a view of the sunset, drinking wine and getting to know Graziella. She takes all the hard work out of it so you can just relax and enjoy! An amazing experience with a true local! We will definatley go again when we can get back over! Xxx

We had a wonderful evening at Graziella’s home making local foods like parmigiana, pasta alla norma and cannoli. It felt like we were visiting an old friend with Graziella sharing stories and tips while making sure we follow the recipes and can enjoy the food together over local wine. Very much enjoyed cooking with Graziella. She had wine and antipasto available to us when we arrived and throughout the cooking course. We made caponata, home made pasta with a tomato sauce and an almond dessert. She ensured we were able to participate in cooking all parts of the meal. The venue was beautiful with amazing views of the coast. It was a fun experience with a gracious hostess.

Graziella took amazing care of us—coordinating communication, planning our menu, preparing all steps of the process, and providing excellent instruction and conversation throughout. We learned, we ate and we enjoyed amazing views. The recipes were absolutely delicious and we are excited to recreate them at home. Best of all the class feels authentic— in a real Italian home, cooking traditional Sicilian food!

This was a very relaxing intimate cooking experience, very homely, authentic and a lovely woman. Very clean home, professional but warm. Cooked 4 dishes, and all would be able to be made at home- practical tips for pasta making. Would 100% recommend.

What a fun afternoon! And tasty one. We were greeted warmly by Graziella, who explained what we would be making. As I had chosen her class due to her willingness to accommodate my dietary preferences, I was delighted that she was prepared to make food that met them and still exceeded our taste expectations.
My husband started whipping the cream that became the foundation with ricotta and chocolate for our tiramisu without eggs or mascarpone. It went in the fridge.
I made the ravioli filling which included nutmeg and lemon zest.
Then we started making pasta, and I made short videos to remember the methods. After we conquered ravioli, Graziella taught us to make cavatelli and then orchiette.
Her assistant made lightly crumbed fried eggplant and we made eggplant parmesan in the style of Palermo. (Stacked appetizer style, not baked in a layer of heavy cheese.)
When we sat to eat our ravioli with butter sage sauce we were incredibly happy. And the stacks of eggplant parmesan and tiramisu were perfect bookends. Wine and water were generously poured..
We shared photos, family stories and snippets about traveling in Italy, Sicily and other locales.
We parted with new skills, full tummies and new friends.
What a perfect voyage.

Graziella was wonderful. She was sweet, kind and so welcoming. It was a delight to be in her home. She greeted us from her balcony and directed us up to her home. We were met with a glass of wine and a big smile. The lessons were fantastic. She was so patient with my children and the food came out great. We had a blast. Almost forgot….the view from her balcony was absolutely beautiful. Would definitely do it again. Thank you Graziella for such a wonderful experience. Antonio and family.
